And for a patient that has been around the dental chair extensively due to periodontal problems, first impressions are often a factor that makes you go in a different direction. But after researching Dr. Santos office extensively and reading positive patient reviews, I know this was the best place I had found in years. Once I stepped inside, starting at the front desk, the staff is warm, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Santos is knowledgeable, approachable, kind and also educational. Her evaluation was very similar to the ones I get with my periodontist and never had I been evaluated by a primary dentist in such detail. And for the first time in my life I had a hygienist that directed me to specific oral products not just by handing them to me as souvenirs, but by explaining their effectiveness and how they relate to my personal dental needs. Priceless. There is one chance to make a first impression and Orlando Dental is a five star office from the get go.Absolutely happy with my long overdue decision to switch dentists and I look forward to having them take care of me for years to come.
