My twin daughters got braces today at Ortho 360 Avery ranch and the experience was amazing. The staff was extremely nice and let us know every detail of what would be happening and what to expect after they got braces. The place is so clean and open so I could see my girls both getting worked on. I love that especially since I had a 1 year old running around that I was trying to keep up with. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet to him and he loved blowing them kisses. Lol We really love this location. My girls had Veronica and Valerie and they both said when we left how nice they were. Made them feel comfortable the whole time. The ladies at the front that I really enjoyed was Ebony and Liz. I will always recommend this place! Jen. B

I was extremely nervous about my appointment but the staff were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I was excited that I was able to start my treatment the same day as my first appointment! They thoroughly walked me through my options and made sure all my questions were answered. Very excited to continue treatment with them!

My five year old son needed X-rays for his front tooth and he was treated so nice by the staff; he stood perfectly still through several long minutes of pictures and the X-rays. So nice to see the staff care for us! They really made him comfortable and able to get the treatment started!

Went to this Orthodontist’s office on recommendation from my dentist for my step-son and was not disappointed. He already had existing braces from an Ortho in another state (he moved to live with his dad and me this year) they were able to pick up where the other office left off, but also made some recommendations I was grateful for. He liked the office staff Patsy, Liz and Ebony quite a lot, and Dr. Burgess was no-nonsense and seemed to have both the interests of his teeth and our finances in mind. I recommend this practice for anyone seeking good kind care!

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They made this process as easy and painless as possible. Aside from how pleasant it was to visit the office, they were able to achieve an end result for my teeth that I didn’t think was possible. If you’re in the Austin area looking to get orthodontic work done, this is the first place you should visit!

I’ve been to a lot of dentists but Ortho 360 really stood out to me. They’re so clear on your entire procedure and make you feel comfortable the entire way. There were no hidden costs. Liv has been one of the kindest people and has helped me more than I know. She’s one of the main reasons I decided to stay and not transfer out. Thanks for everything!!

It was good. The people are nice and enjoy conversation. They make me feel welcome and important. It’s very spacious and has lots of room to walk around. The teeth brushing station is the nicest one I’ve seen. The bathrooms stay clean and are equipped with everything you might need. They offer coffee and cold water for refreshments. The ladies at the front desk don’t mess around and they keep smiles on their faces. I definitely reccomend this place for braces.

I haven’t yet completed my Invisalign treatment with Ortho360, but my experience for the past few months with every single staff member from my first inquiry has been phenomenal! Their team is well-educated, professional and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and schedule. They were also extremely fair and responsible during the chaos of Covid-19. I would highly recommend Ortho360 and appreciate them greatly! =)

Staff and dentist are extremely helpful and nice. Extremely attentive. Personalize your visit. Dentist took the time to discuss all of our concerns and answer all of our questions. Was not in a rush to get in and out. A bit more expensive than the original orthodontist we were going to but definitely more accommodating. Hours are perfect for kids and parents who need extremely early appointments because of school or work.

Both our boys are going here and we have been very impressed so far. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. They are very efficient, hardly any wait time. Dr. Burgess  took the time to call to check on my son with his full set of braces. He also got a card from his orthodontic technician it made his day! Highly recommend them for any of your orthodontic needs!

My wife and I decided to both get braces and we’re extremely happy with our decision to choose Ortho 360 with Dr. Burgess. I highly recommend. 5+ stars!

Dr.Henry and Dr. Burgess are both exceptionally professional individuals. They made me feel comfortable from the outset of my treatment with invisilne and continue to do so as time goes by. They are responsive to any concerns that I’ve had and address them promptly. Kayley the financial coordinator is great! She worked with my financial situation to ensure that the down payment and monthly payments were in my price range. This has kept me from getting orthodontic treatment for years and she assisted in removing that barrier. I can’t say enough about her ! Emily the treatment coordinator was the first person that I had the pleasure of talking to when I came in for my initial consultation. She is friendly and obviously enjoys her job and helping people. She seemed genuinely interested in my treatment and more than happy to ensure that everything is in order and goes smoothly. Ortho 360 and especially Dr. Burguess have been very supportive during all phases of my orthodontic treatment. Halfway during braces at my age we discovered they were not a good fit for what I needed. Dr. Burguess didn’t have a problem to explain in detail my options and what should I expect from the treatment. I was switched to Invisalign and I can’t be happier. Im in compliance wearing them 22 hrs a day. It is not easy for me to wear braces or appliances at my age but Ortho 360 bear with me. Thank you and cheers for my future Hollywood smile.

Ortho360 is awesome! It was super easy to make an appointment. The staff was all amazing and seemed to actually like their jobs! They take covid very seriously and I felt safe the whole time I was in the office. Dr. Burgess was thorough and knowledgeable, explaining all the options available and providing answers to all of my questions. Patsy was great at explaining all the financing options, connecting me with other providers for more in-depth treatment, and making sure I understood exactly what the process for treatment was. 100% fully recommend!

Lovely staff! Norma was wonderful in helping me find the perfect fit with my new bottom retainer. I also got a snazzy case for it. Oh la la! The orthodontist even came over and introduced himself and was super sweet. He encouraged me to come back if I had any concerns with my retainer. Thank you, Ortho 360 team! Thumbs up for great service!

Doctor Henry was referred to me by a friend. I came in for a consultation for Invisalign. They took some X-rays and some pictures. The team is very friendly and made me feel very confortable. After the X-rays I met with Maranda, the coordinator, and we talked about my concerns and what I wish to accomplish with my smile. She was very nice and sweet. Doctor Henry came in and looked at all the X-rays and pictures. I highly recommended doctor Henry! He is very kind and understandable. He took the time to talk to me and explained all the process!The office also follows Covid-19 protocols.

I had to find a new orthodontist office after moving from Atlanta and not getting my braces off in March due to COVID-19. This office was the closest to me and really convenient. I’m so happy I didn’t search for another office or try to get another opinion. I love the staff here. They are all so welcoming and my treatment was done in the amount of time the doctor told me during my consultation. I’m so happy with the outcome. Anytime I have questions they are always nice and answer them. I would recommend this office to anybody in the Austin/Cedar Park area. You will not be disappointed.

We have been extremely pleased with our daughters’ care at Ortho 360! Dr. Burgess and all of her staff have been wonderful & always so pleasant!! Not once in the 9 months we’ve been coming have we ever not been greeted with friendliness from time we walk in the door to time we walk out and accommodated with the utmost professionalism and care while there. I highly recommend them & will be back with my daughters siblings if they end up needing braces as well.

Everyone is friendly and professional .I always get a reminder of my appointments before each visit. They have a cool point system that lets the kids rack up points and redeem for cool stuff. Also I get hand written notes encouraging my son and his progress . Telling him he did great ( brave).it means the world to him . He posts them in his board on his wall . Thank you Your work and the extra steps u take are def noticed:)

My husband and I were very impressed with ortho 360 Avery Ranch we’ve decided for both of our children we will be using them the doctors were very friendly and explained all of the information to is clearly my son enjoyed his visit which I was surprised by because it is an ortho appointment he love the fact that they have cookies and toothbrush is already for them if they come from school to brush their teeth he loves the fact that they have a reward system and he can earn points for gift cards I think it’s a great experience for kids and recommend it highly

I had my first dental visit today, and I just want to say that they’re fantastic!! Exceptional experience, staff is super friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Dr. Burgess is very sweet, she made me feel very comfortable and answer all of my questions/concerns. I look forward to going through my Ortho treatment with them.
