I never thought I could afford braces although I knew I needed them so one day I was at a doctor’s office in Florence when I met the nicest lady ever who talked to me non stop for about an hour as she waited on her daughter to come pick her up. By the time her daughter came, I felt like I knew her daughter personally. This daughter was a drop dead gorgeous young woman who introduced herself. For me, being a lesbian, I’m normally pretty shy when it comes complementing other women because I never want to make anyone uncomfortable. Never the less, I had to comment on her nice smile. She shared that her smile hadn’t always been that way. She shared that she was a patient of orthodontist specialist and how professional and friendly the staff was and suggested I take advantage of the free consultation with Dr. Kevin Ison. She shared that the payments were flexible and affordable (as if she needed flexibility). I had no intention on going because financially, I wasn’t in the best position; all of a sudden her mom pulled out her cell and showed me some ugly duckling before pictures of her daughter, I knew I had to at least make an effort to visit this miracle worker. Update: Today my braces came off afterv2 years, and I look damn good! I got the up most respect and admiration for the friendly and compassionate staff. The payments were very reasonable. I loss my mom a few months ago unexpectedly. Im healing but still broken. The staff checked on me with daily words of encouragement. They gave me hugs when I needed them most. I was at my lowest point and needed a reason to keep going and they were professional but human. Update: my braces were removed today and though I’m still struggling to put my life back together, I look damn good! The lady I met that day became a second mother of a different color; the daughter with the nice smile is my friend who’s joined at my hip. I had always served my community but now, she’s right there with me. I think she has found her calling. We are feeding the homeless and serving our communities together with plans to do even more. I don’t give reviews but I want everybody needing the service to experience this level of professionalism which was extended to me. This is not a referral but an invite for you to become part of OUR professional, exceptional service family. I’ve been to the Kenwood office and the Florence office and love them both. This is the place to go for a compassionate delivery of great service. I heard about a third location but I haven’t been. Thump up!

When you make the decision to put braces on your child it is not just a big financial responsibility but also a big time commitment. We started our journey at Dr. Zettlers office, I have to say this was not a pleasant experience. From the rude front desk, to the people in the back barely speaking to you when you come in, they were not understanding or helpful with insurance, payments or the transferring of our care. We eventually transferred to Dr. Ison and I can’t say enough good things about his offices and staff. From the time you walk in the front desk is so nice, the girls in the back are so personable and helpful. Dr. Ison himself has the best bedside manner and wants the best for his patients. He doesn’t make you feel as though you are just another number. He actually cares about each patient. Dr. Isons offices are so flexible with schedules, insurance and payments. There are so many locations to pick from which makes it convenient for everyone. I could go on on but I’m thankful for Dr. Ison and his staff for taking such great care of my daughter and for accepting her as a patient!

My daughter has been going to the Hebron Orthodontist Specialists for just a little over a year and plans on getting her braces off next month. I can honestly say that this establishment is top notch! Also special shout out to Lili for always being there for me when I have questions about the insurance and financial responsibility stuff!

Dr. Ison and his staff are so amazing and caring. I recently threw away 8 packs of my Invisalign trays by accident (they were in a Walgreens bag and I must’ve thought it was trash). I was so panicked looking all over my house for them. I called the office and I am sure they could hear the anxiousness in my voice. I didn’t want to delay or ruin the progress of my therapy nor did I have any idea how I was going to afford to replace 8 trays. They were ever so kind enough to replace them for me!!!! I’m so appreciative and grateful for them! Early Christmas gift to me 🙂 Every appointment I have, everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. Thank you Dr.Ison and the Westchester staff!

This orthodontics team is the most AMAZING group of people EVER!! Dr.Ison absolutely cares about his patients. He takes the time out to actually talk WITH YOU about your necessities and wants. The employees are outstanding and so, so helpful! If you need a orthodontics special is and want I be cared for correctly, this IS the place to come!!! Thank you ALL for ALL you do!!!

Dr. Ison is so amazing! for 2 years with braces, he has made every visit smooth and detailed. He let me know everything that was going on and what was happening. You can also tell he wants you to love his work Because he goes an extra length to make sure everything is perfect. Amazing staff, always smiling and they all have great characters.

I am a patient of Dr. Ison and I visit the Florence Ky. office. I have been in braces twice in my life, the second time with Dr. Ison. I will say the care was much better the second time around !! Due to some changes in my teeth over the years I have recently returned to Dr. Ison with my concerns. We talked, he listened and recommended Invisalign teatment. The care I have received under Dr. Ison and his team has been nothing short of top notch! The office is convenient, clean, respectful, very friendly and efficient. I look forward to my visits and appreciate the care and concern he has for making sure my teeth are perfect and I’m happy with the results. Dr. Ison and his staff wrere very kind and patient. Nobody in our family had braces before and they took the time to explain how it works. We had the option to do braces or Invisalign. The cost of the braces was very affordable, especially since they set up monthly payments. The braces are off now and we could not be happier. We had a fantastic experience and will continue to recommend Dr. Ison to everyone.

Dr Kevin Ison is the best Orthodontist around. He has done my smile, my son’s and many other family members. He’s done such an amazing job, not only to achieve a perfect smile but keeping it perfect for a very long time. His staff is great, so sweet, helpful and full of knowledge. I had the pleasure of getting to know Danny Noll at VCU as he aligned and straightened my teeth in preparation for surgery to correct a massive overbite. Since VCU is a school, I have had the pleasure of meeting many talented orthodontists who carefully worked on my face before and after surgery. Danny always stood out for his humor and radiant personality. He makes the whole tedious process of having braces seem so easy. He truly cares about his patients and giving you a beautiful smile.

I’ve had braces since 1/4/17, the office staff is always nice and helpful, Dr. Ison is very nice and friendly. My teeth are looking so good and I’m so happy with my results so far. Ive never wanted to smile before braces and now I cant stop. The only thing I would suggest is I have a Really hard time getting appointments for when they would work for my schedule.

I had a fall about 6 months ago and it caused one of my front teeth to move out of place. My tooth was longer than my other one and was a little crooked. I went to Dr. Kevin J Ison and Dr. Daniel A Noll and they did an amazing job fixing it up! I love how my teeth look now and I can’t stop smiling thanks to them!!! I highly reccommend! Absolutely LOVVVVEEEE Dr Ison … he has always made sure my 2 kids were happy and has done everything to ensure they love their smiles! Most recently my daughter had to have 2 major extractions causing very large spaces on each side. This really made her very self conscious about smiling… other day Dr Ison fixed that and she hasnt stopped smiling again. You cannot tell any differences … AMAZING!!!

Dr Kevin Ison and staff took care of me about 14 years ago..the results were phenominal! They are now treating my daughter and her teeth look amazing as well. She will get them off in about 6 weeks.
