Dr. Payne and his partner Dr. Porter have done a fantastic job getting my smile picture perfect for my wedding! I had significant crowding and “narrow arches” on both my upper and lower teeth. I started Invisalign 9 months ago and now have the attachments off… everything looks perfect as far as I can tell! Starting the Invisalign was really hard for me. Dr. Payne listened to my concerns and was very supportive. I’m glad I stuck with it! The end result is well worth the time/money. Thank you so much!!

I will begin by saying that next week I will be 79 years young. When my dentist told me that I really needed to consider orthodontics as my bite was so bad that I was fracturing my teeth and I would end up with a mouth full of crowns. My response was that I was too old for braces, they are for my grand kids. After a lot of thought I decided to go for it. It took me nearly 2 years of braces but I am so glad I did it. My teeth are now straight and the bite is perfect. My wife says I even look better and not like I am missing teeth. Dr. Payne set up a payment schedule that we could meet with out dipping into our retirement. From the first day to the last every one at Orthodontics at BridgeTower were fabulous. Always kind and genuinely interested in my progress. I would give them a 10 star rating if it was possible. My only complaint was the fact that you go in the office and see all these pictures of kids the age of my grand kids getting braces. I teased Dr. Payne that they needed to put up a picture or two of us old duffers to show that braces are not just for kids! YEA!

We had the best experience there today! The employees were so helpful and amazing to work with. My daughter is SO excited to finally have braces, and they made it happen the same day as the consultation. So glad we chose this place!

Dr. Payne is the greatest orthodontist to ever walk the earth. Why does he not have any reviews? Because all of us are trying to keep him a secret from the chuckleheads out there who do not understand what true orthodontic art is. My kids were not only plagued with the horrendous bite of early civil war era spittoon cleaners, but the rickets and scurvy that often accompanied their thankless trade. That was, until Dr. Michael Julius Payne bent stainless steel to shape and refine their teeth – nay their very souls. They say that Leonardo and Michelangelo were more than mere men or ninja turtles. To say that their works are simple “paintings” would similar to reviewing Dr. Payne’s work as mere dentistry. So stay well away if you’ve ever non-ironically considered drinking Dr Thunder or Mountain Magic. This man is the real freaking deal.

Today I went in for a consultation with Doctor Payne, from the second he walked in the room he just had such a positive uplifting presence to him! I knew instantly that Bridge Tower was the place I’d be getting my braces! Not only that but I literally was able to walk out with them same day! I got to interact with quite a few of his staff and they were all so friendly! I’m very excited to see the results of my beautiful smile thanks to Doc and his team, you guys rock!!

Amazing clinic! My kiddos LOVE going to their appointments. Dr. Payne has helped us navigate a difficult situation with my daughter missing an important permanent tooth. I trust him explicitly with her orthodontic needs! Love the staff, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Abby, Mindy, Cheryl, Mikaela, they’re all wonderful. You won’t be disappointed with your service at this clinic.

The feedback and recommendations from friends of the quality of care and service was not exaggerated. I experienced a very professional and pleasant environment. Treatment options were discussed in detail with Dr Payne giving honest and direct recommendations for the treatment he felt would yield the best and most timely results. The staff was very friendly and made significant efforts to ensure I was educated and informed of all benefits and options. There was no pressure to decide or choose a treatment which I found refreshing. The mix of professionalism, experience, and fun made it clear that they loved helping people, their jobs, working with each other, and Dr Payne.

I love the orthodontics at Bridgetower! It is a fun place with lots of nice workers that are supportive of the situation your in. They have a fun game room with loads of arcade games, and give you little gifts and/or prizes throughout your time there. These prizes can be things like Churros and Otter Pops, all the way to things like Roaring Springs tickets for the family. Thank you Orthodontist at Bridgetower!

I had a great experience with this office. It is right in the heart of Meridian and is super accessible from anywhere in the valley. The waiting room was clean and had plenty of reading material. The office staff made me feel welcome and answered all my questions. Mindy helped with my consult and I couldn’t have askded for a more friendly person. I am a taller gentleman and she had to stand on a stool to properly adjust all the equipment for me. Chloe also helped with my 3-d scans and it was awesome the technology she used. Dr. Payne took the time to explain all that needed to be done and made me feel in control of the whole decision. He is a great orthodontist and helped me understand the possibiliites. I would highly recommend this Orthodontist.

It caught me off guard until I realized I was no longer hiding my teeth…I was smiling confidently! Thank you for giving me my smile back! We started seeing Dr. Payne early on when we knew we were going to need braces for our daughter. When we finally decided to take action on his recommendations. We were very well taken care of. Our daughter had a great patient experience. Dr. Payne and his staff are all very personable and professional. My daughter followed all prescribed directions with bands etc. and completed her treatment months ahead of schedule. The kids are given great incentives and thanks to Orthodontics at Bridgetower she has a beautiful smile!! Thank you!!

As a family we have over 10 years of experience at this location, and I have nothing but excellent words to say. Dr.Payne and his associates go above and beyond to make sure that your health comes first. Dr Payne is very knowledgeable of what he does, and will not release you from treatment until he has done his job and got the most results he can out of your braces treatment. He made me and my kids feel welcome from the first day. Also, the price is fair, would not recommend any place more when it comes to getting braces and all other orthodontic needs.
