When my dentist determined that I needed braces she highly recommended Orthodontics Limited. Dr. Pale and staff are friendly, professional, and never make you feel uncomfortable for asking questions or expressing concerns. They genuinely care about giving you your best smile. Updated 6/19/20: I had an appt after a 3-month delay due to the pandemic. By following the office on Facebook I was aware of how much thought and care they were putting into making patients feel comfortable returning. Questions I had before my visit were immediately answered by text and the office was fully prepared to handle patients in the safest possible manner. What has not changed, however, is the friendliness or professionalism. Dr. Pale was as welcoming as ever and I felt as confident and safe as before in having my braces adjusted. If I could give a review higher than 5 stars I would.

Everyone in the office is great. Very knowledgeable and friendly -they have thought of every detail too. Arcade area for the kids, good tv and coffee for the waiting adults, lots of incentives for good oral care, the list goes on.

This place has been great!! I don’t normally write reviews however the dentists and staff were very friendly, detail oriented and really showed passion and professionalism that exceeded my expectations. The morale in the offices was welcoming and friendly. Most importantly, their work coupled with the results of my teeth gets the highest marking possible. I strongly recommend Orthodontics Limited to anyone wanting to straighten and renew their smile!!

Dr Pale is the most talented dentist. She really did an awesome job on my smile. Nothing was too much for her and the fabulous staff that work there. They always have time to squeeze me in, with my busy schedule. They make you feel relaxed and take you through each step always asking if you are ok. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I saw Dr. Pale for invisalign treatment for over a year. All I can say is excellent! I never had braces as a child and my case was severe. I was initially supposed to have a tooth pulled or I was going to have to have to use terrible metal braces. None of that happened and Dr. Pale worked with me so I could utilize invisalign instead. This made my life so much easier. I am almost done with my treatment now and I can’t believe how good my teeth look. It is a complete transformation. A few other things to note: Dr. Pale’s bedside manner is great and she is so friendly. It was always a pleasure to visit the office The office location is convenient in center city The office staff are all equally as friendly The operation is extremely professional and well run 5 stars all the way around!

From the very first consultation we knew Orthodontics Limited was the right place for our family. The experience for our girls and ourselves has been fantastic! We look forward to being greeted by the always friendly and accommodating staff upon every visit. Dr Gemmi and Dr Pale (our 3 girl’s Doctors) are expertly skilled in providing excellent care for their patients and comfort for their patient’s parents. The search for care for our children is a top priority for us. We feel we absolutely made the right decision on behalf of our girls and we see proof of that in their smiles! My daughter just got her braces off today and they look amazing. The staff is the friendliest and so helpful. I would call with a brace issue and they would see my daughter that day. Best staff!!!! I recommend them to anyone that asks me where to go for braces. Thank you to all the Dentists and staff. See you in a few years with my son.

I have absolutely no complaints about this office. From the first day I entered this practice I have been treated so well by the staff and doctors alike. They truly care about their patients and take pride in their work. The office is so accommodating and was able to fit me in for emergency appointments within 24 hours if not the same day. I am so happy I chose to do my orthodontic treatment with this office and love my beautiful my smile turned out. I recommend them to everyone I know and I am very picky with the medical professionals I choose to see.

Dr. Pale and her team are and always will be a group of professional and outstanding women. Every appointment, every casual visit, down to the final moments of my departure, it has been a pleasure. The unwavering dedication and character of Dr. Pale and everyone on her team is impecable. There wasn’t an issue they couldn’t help me resolve. There wasn’t a Moment where I didn’t see someone smile and welcome me with open arms as if we were family. There isn’t one bad thing about this place.
