This dental office is phenomenal! Due to a somewhat nomadic lifestyle and a sugar addiction, I’ve been to over a dozen dental offices in my days, and this is, hands down, the best. The staff is attentive and down-to-earth. And, as hokey as it might sound, they actually seem to care. In the few times I’ve been there, no one has treated me like I’m ridiculous for being nervous about having dental work done. No one makes jokes or off-color comments while my mouth is too full of dental tools for me to talk. (Yes, I’ve actually experienced that kind of thing a lot at dental offices). Procedures are explained step-by-step. They even answer my questions honestly when I have reservations about something, instead of lying just to make an extra buck. They also saw me immediately when I had a dental emergency and were open on a snow day. I feel I’m in good hands with these people!

I’ve been using Pacific dental care since 2006, nearly 15 years they are outstanding. I am on a six month recall for cleaning and checking. I tried to take really good care of my mouth. They’ve been so helpful in making some minor repairs to my mouth, I do not have dental insurance So the plus is there very affordable for me. Absolutely love this place!

I’ve been going here for almost 10 years and haven’t had a problem with them! The staff is always friendly and you can tell that everyone is friends with each other. They have text messaging follow ups so you don’t miss your cleanings, which is a HUGE plus. I’m terrible at keeping appointments but it’s easy to see the reminders since they show up as texts. Instead of having to check my voicemail and calling back to confirm, I simply receive a reminder 24 hours before the appointment and type “c” to confirm. Furthermore, I had a really bad toothache and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule day of and got me in and out within two hours! Root Canals normally don’t earn 5 stars, but the care from Pacific Dental saved me from a lot of sleepless nights from tooth pain.

Pleasant environment where everybody cares for the patients experience (they consider our musical choice and caters to our specific needs, which brings comfort). Professional dental care, where my filling came out and it was fixed with ease, additionally had everything prepared and ready in case I needed anything extra (novacane). I was also able to have an appointment in the nearest available slot (which was a few hours after I called). 6/5 stars

I came to Pacific Dental uninsured and needing 3 partial crowns and a new night guard. I had called many offices, gone to the dental school, and Pacific Dental was the office that made me feel most at ease about my situation. That was 3 years ago. They worked with me to make sure I could get the care I needed and eased my anxiety about the cost. Everyone in the office is friendly and caring, and my dentist is patient and kind. I recently broke one of my partial crowns and again, Pacific Dental is treating me kindness and concern. I’ve been recommending them to folks I know, and will continue to do so – because they’re wonderful. Thank you for such excellent care!

I have been there many times the staff was so caring, they speak 2 languages which is Vietnamese and English I’m pretty used to dentists gossiping in Vietnamese but they focus on the patient and gossiping At the same time I was scared at first then 1 1/2 years ago I was literally trying not to cry but I give it 5 stars anyway

I have been a patient of Dr. Christine’s for many many years and I can tell you that I have never had a bad experience there. The staff is friendly, they start working on me exactly when my appointment is scheduled for, and Dr. Christine always makes me feel better when I see her. She gives me the confidence to know that she can help me with any problem I may have – she has fitted me for a night guard to wear when I sleep; the benefit is that I know i am not grinding my teeth away, I feel more rested when I wake up, and my partner feels like I do not snore as much when I wear it. She has helped me with my recessed gums when I have not been properly flossing or too aggressively brushing. I can’t say enough good things about her and the entire staff. i would recommend anybody I know to use Dr. Christine – she’s the perfect dentist.

This place is great! I have PTSD, so I get panic attacks and start hyperventilating pretty easily. They were very patient with me and always extremely friendly. They were also very personable and not at all judgmental like some dentists I have been to. They also did great work on my fillings so far.

I just had to leave a review quickly because of how great my first phone call went. I don’t remember who I spoke with (It was on 12/9/20 around 2:30 pm), but she deserves recognition for her incredible customer service skills. She nearly pronounced my very difficult name correctly and even corrected herself after I pronounced my name correctly for her. To me, that shows that she genuinely cared which is rare to come across, so that was refreshing. Also, she used my name a few times throughout the call, which made me feel almost like a friendship rather than a business interaction, which is essential in a setting such as a dentist’s office simply because most people ate terrified of them. Friendship isn’t the right word but I can’t think of a better word lol. Just overall, a very welcoming and kind woman I spoke with today, and I’m looking forward to my appointment. By which btw, she got me on the schedule for tomorrow!

These guys are wonderful. I have never felt the kind of through care that I experienced at this little unassuming dental office. I arrived and waited less then 5 minutes to be taken in. The wonderful Mya (Mia?) worked with me. Normally I sit there like a piece of meat while the tech scrapes around and throws random technical jargon to the Dentist. Not the case here I was in the know every single step of the way. If she was talking about my face she let me know exactly what she was saying. I’m not paranoid but it is that kind of attention to comfort and inclusivity completely won me over. I originally went to this Dentist because it was close to my house but after my visit I am completely sold and can not recommend it enough.

My little buddy like this place for the first time already.. He’s thinks it’s was great and fun with the chair that’s moved up and down … Seem like he had a great time!!!�Steven’s wonder who’s did his teeth today 6/7/17?,thanks..�

If you need dental care and you’ve been putting it off, come to Pacific Dental! Dental care can be really intimidating and most of us have had bad experiences, but this place will make you forget all of that! I never knew I could love a dental clinic! This place is so fantastic. The staff is amazing, very friendly and remembered my name. The dentist was very straightforward and honest about my care, not trying to push me into more dental work than needed and giving me the info I needed to decide what to do. He also gave me the least painful novacaine shots I’ve ever had (thanks to both skill and numbing gel first). I brought my wife here to have some teeth extracted on super short notice and her experience was just as positive as mine. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I recently made my first visit to Pacific Dental. The reception staff was welcoming and professional. The hygienist who worked on my teeth was meticulous while maintaining my comfort throughout. She also spent time discussing the condition of my teeth. The dentist was cordial and performed an exam early on in the appointment because of a question the hygienist had for him. Finally, because I am a kidney transplant candidate, the dentist cleared me for that surgery. I would recommend this practice without reservation.

I have gotten 8 cavities filled at Pacific Dental Care and it was the best dentist experience I have ever had. Not only was my female dentist super friendly, but she was very gentle and very skilled at what she was doing. I have always had so-so experiences with other dentists and have been fearful of making appointments in the past, but since I have been going to PDC, I almost look forward to it! Also, the staff is amazing at taking care of all of the insurance details and is able to explain in layman terms what needs to be done and exactly how much it will cost. I was able to fill 8 cavities for $180! Way less that any other dentist I have gone to in the past. This is by far the best dental office and staff I have experienced in a long time!
