If you’re looking for a good dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Tsai and his office 🙂 It’s never fun to have fillings and a crown in one day… From the minute you walk in the door to leaving it is a great experience! His staff is efficient and timely, he is personable and does a fantastic job, he is the best dentist I’ve been to as far as giving shots and making sure his patients aren’t uncomfortable. His RDA Dawn is friendly, but experienced. Their hygienist is good too! I can’t say enough great things about his office. If you need a local dentist- I can’t say enough good things about his.

Not gonna lie – having a tooth pulled is not exactly how I want to start each day – but if I’ve got to do that stuff, I am soooo happy to do it here! Dr. Tsai is kind, patient, skilled, and ready with the box of Kleenex for those patients that start crying (not that I’d ever do that). This is a wonderful facility from the front desk on back. Kudos to you guys – I’m sending everyone your way!

Dr.Tsai and his staff are wonderful and compassionate people who care about the work they do for their patients. They do not rush to get the work done and are very detail oriented. A lot of attention was put Into making sure I was accommodated and not in pain. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Made the best choice in switching from a corporate dentist to Dr. Tsai, who’s staff remembers you by name and recalls topics of conversation from previous visits. Moreover, Dr. Tsai provides dental care that exceeds expectations. He is very friendly and extremely thorough when explaining a procedure. Additionally, Karina the Dental Hygienist is amazing as well. They both have been very caring and gentle. I highly recommend Dr. Tsai and his office!

This Office personnel is very friendly and helpful. The best part is almost no wait time in the lobby :} All my 4 children love going here and recently my husband that never goes to the dentist went and is now on a regular routine followups that’s”AWESOME”. The dentist is very professional yet down to earth on explaining the treatment and options. Love this office I’m so glad I was referred by my friend.

I came here for the first time today after a co-worker recommended the dentist and his staff to me. The waiting room is comfortable and includes a large-screen television mounted on the wall that was playing soap operas on NBC. (I’m guessing the Olympics were on earlier and the soap opera just came on.) The initial exam with Dr. Tsai was good. I met a dental assistant who took my x-rays with a digital machine, which took five to ten minutes. Dr. Tsai came in a few minutes later, gave me an examination, and then discussed my teeth with me. I was impressed at his professionalism and knowledge. A little later, I was called back by the dental hygienist. She was pleasant and did a great job of small talk and helping me understand what was going on with my teeth and plaque buildup, etc. I don’t remember being in any pain and I don’t recall being scolded for not being perfect or having perfect teeth, which is something I’ve regularly experienced with other local dental hygienists. Seriously, for the first time in a while I am interested in returning to my dentist’s office in six months for my semi-annual dental cleaning. I really felt that Dr. Tsai and his staff were some of the most professional people I have ever dealt with at a dental office in Bakersfield. I highly recommend them.
