I couldn’t wait another minute…  I have to tell you that I had an awesome dental experience.  Everyone… from the ladies who manage the front desk, to the dental hygienist (Inna), and to Dr. Cassie – OUTSTANDING.  Pacific Hills Dental really knows how to run a dental office!  My teeth have never been whiter.  The care that they give patients is second to none! You will not be sorry by making an appointment with Pacific Hills Dental – you too fraidy cats!

This practice has everything to offer- kind and welcoming reception, knowledgeable and talented Dentists, modern equipment, everything one could need to solve your dental problems. It’s where I have gone for years, and I’m not gonna change that. If you are looking for the best Dental office in Omaha, look no further. Going to the dentist can be dreadful- the folks here make it seem like a walk in the park.

We’ve been going for a few years and Dr. Pietrok is the best in the business!  Not only is she an amazingly talented and brilliant dentist, but she was able to give my 10 year old son Tyler multiple shots of novocaine and extract a crumbled tooth without him ever knowing he got a shot!  All of my children love her.  Aside from Dr. P’s skills, her entire staff is professional, friendly and great to work with.  Best place in town!

Was needing to find a new dentist after mine retired and Dr. Cassandra Pietrok’s name was provided to me by two different sources. I am extremely happy with my choice of Dr. Pietrok and Pacific Hills Dental. The total staff – from stepping through the front door on – are very welcoming, friendly and professional. As I am overly anxious about dental visits, I was extremely grateful for Dr. Pietrok and her assistants’ calming manner, careful explanations, and being accepting of my concerns and hesitancy. I have been amazed that the discomfort that I used to experience on dental visits is essentially non-existent. Hopefully, this fact will help retrain my brain regarding dental care! I would recommend Dr. Pietrok and Pacific Hills dental staff to anyone looking for a more positive view of dental work!

My husband and I have been going here for about 2 years now and are very happy. Our lot in life seems to be spending money on dental work and in our short time with Pacific Hills we have had crowns, cavities, dental implants and gum grafting done. Pacific Hills has be great in facilitating those processes for us and providing high quality referrals. We have seen both the dentists and are very happy with both. We have both also had the same hygienist each time who is very friendly and does a great job. I recommend Pacific Hills if you are in the market for a new dentist!

My experience at Pacific Hills Dental has been amazing. Dr Pietrok, Sharon, Maggie and the entire staff were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and so welcoming. I am extremely happy with the results of the Invisalign treatment and my gorgeous new bridge. I would highly recommend Pacific Hills Dental if you are looking for a dental experience that will be sure to make you smile.

The all the members of the office are so professional and personable and knowledgeable. Most of of their commitment to the right care and solution is much appreciated. On another note, during this pandemic, I felt very safe and protected. I am grateful to have such amazing dental care from Pacific Hills Dental!

Such an amazing, warm and caring staff from my initial phone call to when I walked through the door! Doctor Pietrok and the kind talented woman that took my X-rays explained everything crystal clear and were sure to keep from any embarrassment in my delayed dental needs! Also, the entire time gloves, mask and extra measures were in place constantly to help with any Covid concerns I might have. In short, I highly recommend Pacific Hills Dental for any of your dental needs.

Dr.Pietrok is the best. I refuse to go to anywhere but her! She cares about her patients and understands that some people are very scared of the dentist. All the techs are very nice too. I’ve been going here for 10+ years and I’m so happy I found them.

I had my six-month cleaning today with Jennifer. She is consistently professional, gentle, and personable. In the past, I experienced anxiety regarding dentistry. I can honestly say I look forward to seeing the friendly staff, discussing my dental health, and the team approach prevalent at Pacific Hills Dental. My parents, my children, and now my grandchildren all trust their dental health to this practice. This trust speaks volumes to the care my family has received over 15+ years. I highly recommend Pacific Hills Dentistry!

I’ve been going to PHD for over 10 years and they never cease to amaze me with how effortless the entire experience is. In my younger days I did have some horrible experiences with other dentists which stayed with me for many years. NO More though. They are also IMO very reasonable cost wise 🙂

Dr. Pietrock addressed concerns that I have had for *years*, things that other dentists were complacent about. After identifying two high-priority repairs needed, Dr. Pietrock made sure they work was scheduled quickly. I finally feel confident I’m getting *good* dental care!

I’ve been going to Pacific Hills Dential for several years and I couldn’t be happier. The front desk staff is so nice, and Doctor Pietrok and her assistants are amazing! Her knowledge and attention to details are top notch, and she always goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible. The doctors she recommends for specialized services also do a fantastic job. Everyone is down to earth and professional. I highly recommend Pacific Hills Dential!

I can not say enough good things about the entire team at Pacific Hills Dental. If I could give them 10 stars they deserve it!! I have had 3 visits so far and they are always on time, very informative, caring and gentle. I am very pleased with the entire staff from the receptionist, hygienists, aides, and the dentist herself. Initially I only went in to have a sore tooth checked but afterwards they offered to give me a teeth cleaning which I really appreciated as I was overdue for one and didn’t think they would have time as they are a very busy office but they did take the time and I was very appreciative. All the staff there are great!

We were lucky enough to find Dr. Pietrok when we arrived in Omaha and needed a new dentist. Cheryl at front desk – great. We scheduled our cleanings with the same technicians which was so nice. We’re back in St. Louis and our dentist saw my husband today and commented on his 8-tooth permanent upper bridge “Whoever did this bridge did a fantastic job. It’s holding up great, but to even tackle this kind of bridge with that many teeth, at that angle, is a real challenge.” I’m really particular about our teeth, so when I compliment Dr. Pietrok, I mean every word. Hope this review is helpful to anyone looking for experienced, conscientious dental care, supported by a great staff (which is equally important).

I have been going to this office for over 10 years.  It is clean, prof and always on time.  They are VERY good with kids.  I have a 5 year old and a 11 month old.  The 5 year old has been going since he was 3 and the staff know him by name.  I see another person made a comment about a web appt.  All I know is they call and remind you TWO days before or you can choose to have a text message reminder.  Both dentist are great!

We were sent here on a kind recommendation from a family friend. The office has been so supportive and is great with students. They have been through it all with us. They helped when my three year old almost knocked a tooth out. She was able to keep the tooth. They have helped me when I needed a dental implant. It really feels like home. The doctors and hygienists all work so very hard to learn ok out for us.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for years. This is seriously the best dentist’s office I’ve ever visited. The entire staff is phenomenal. I’ve never had such consistently good customer service anywhere — let alone a doctor’s office! Everyone there just seems happy to be at work — truly engaged. My hygienist is always the same (Idna), and she is just a doll. Love, love, love her. She remembers the littlest things about me, even though she only sees me twice a year. You won’t find a ton of fancy frills here — no TVs while you get your teeth cleaned or anything. What you will get is exceptional service and dental care. What more could you ask for?!

I have been going here for almost two years now! Inna is my dental hygienist and she is so personable and knowledgeable! I always look forward to seeing her, and let’s face it, the dentist is probably everyone’s least favorite place to go! I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone who might have a fear of dentists.

Went for my first visit and was so impressed with this practice. I had been going to a dentist who probably should have retired a few years ago. I was very impressed with the x-rays, explanations, and recommended treatment. Staff was very friendly and the Dr. was personable and knowledgeable. So glad I made the change….now my husband and all 5 kids go there!!

Dr Pietrok and her staff are beyond exceptional. I had issues with my previous dentist and her staff was able to get me in the following week. They are very welcoming and thorough. Both staff and doctors have great bed side manners and explain everything so you as a patient understand what they are doing and your treatment plan. Sharon , their treatment coordinator is amazing and easy to work with when it comes to figuring out your insurance coverage. Their staff put me at ease after my bad experiences with a previous dentist. so much that I have recommended my family and friends to go see the wonderful staff at Pacific Hills Dental. Thank you for taking great care of me! I promise you wont going to Pacific Hills Dental 🙂
