Wonderful experience. Alexis is a true professional. So happy for her new arrival, but selfishly I’m sad that I’ll have a substitute hygienist in August … but this is great news for Alexis and her husband!! The front office staff were great today with a quick and easy check-in, receipt of my new insurance, and recognizing that I needed a bandaid for a small cut due to the dry weather; very caring. Thanks again to everyone at Packard Dental … a place I’ve been visiting for nearly 20 years.

The staff at Packard Dental are simply amazing!!! Dr. Matt was extremely thorough in his exam. Set a plan of treatment and off we go! Thank you Melanie for the best care ever!! Highly recommend this dental office!! Even for those that have a tendency to fear the dentist, this office takes the anxiety away! Great experience!!

This is the best dentist I’ve been too. Despite not having an appointment they squeezed me in due to the pain of a broken molar. The professionalism was great all of the staff and customer care blew me away, they always made sure I wasn’t in pain and communicated everything very clearly to me, I will be making this my primary dentist.

I had my teeth cleaned today by Nicole, and they feel amazing! She pointed out areas that had some inflammation and gave me tips on what I could do to improve. She also used the laser on my gums and finished the appointment with fluoride. Nicole is easy to talk to, making the appointment fly by. The TVs in the ceiling are such a perk! Everyone in the office is friendly and seems like they enjoy being there – what a warm environment! I love Packard Dental and would recommend this office to anyone who wants an amazing dental experience!

I have been going to Packard Dental for years and years now and I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Everyone is so friendly! They get to know you as a person, not just another set of teeth. (Mindy is the best!) Dr. Jared got me set up with invisalign and I get compliments all the time on my smile. This team has never let me down!

Packard Dental is by far the best dental office in all of North County. Not only is the office beautiful and cleanly but the staff is incredibly welcoming, highly educated, and caring. All the Packard team members make you feel like family, they set themselves apart from other offices because they are empathetic and technologically advanced. Special remarks for my hygienist Kendra, she is wonderful! She is thorough while also being gentle. She is incredibly knowledge and provides the best possible care to get patients. Kendra is the best – she is so gentle and really cares about her patients. I love Drs. Mark, Matt and Jared – they have taken the fear out of going to the dentist for me while providing outstanding customer service and patient care!

Hi, I’m from Canada and am visiting the area. I lost a filling and needed to get it looked at. The woman who answered the phone was very professional and very nice and was able to get me in for an appointment with Dr. Mark the same day I called. Everyone in the office is extremely nice and professional. The dental assistant was very kind and professional. Dr. Mark was very pleasant and explained what was going on very well. He didn’t rush in his explanations and made sure I knew what was needed. As I am from Canada and have no insurance, I was taken to speak to Rosie who explained all the costs and was ready to make me an appointment the next business day. She was also very nice and professional. I explained that we needed to have a little extra time to call home to our insurance company and check things out and she couldn’t have been nicer. She said to give her a call after we had a chance to do that and she’d work something out. All in all it was a very positive experience and I’m very happy I chose this dental group to vist.

I have been seeing Dr. Matt for years now. Love the entire staff. Their new location is very nice. Televisions on the ceiling so I can watch something while my teeth are being cleaned. I have nothing but good things to say about Packard Dental.

It’s always a pleasure coming to Packard Dental, I walked in for my 8am appointment and was taken in within 10 seconds of sitting down! Tiffany is just so friendly and personable and Dr. Matt was terrific too. Xrays were easy and fast. All in all, great visit! And I got a onesie for my 1yr old granddaughter which says ‘Future Packard Dental Patient’, so cute!

Packard Dental was highly recommended to me by a fellow coworker and I have say they have meet and exceeded all expectations. All of the staff is incredible, professional and very caring. Dr. Jared always takes the time to thoroughly answer my questions and does a great job with his dental work. I have also been lucky enough to have Jessica S. as my RDA. Some might say she is the best RDA west of the Mississippi! In all seriousness, she is very caring and does a wonderful job. If you are looking or are in need of finding a new dentist, this is the place to go!
