My children and I have been going to Palisades Dental for several years. They are efficient with appointments and you don’t wait for hours to get in the chair. Audra is the best hygienist I have ever had-never leave feeling like someone tore up my mouth. She’s personable and spends time with you. The office is clean and new. They give great goody bags with your visits. My kids have always had good experiences there! Dr Kryzman and her practice team are a great choice!

Palisades Dental Care is my number 1 location for dental care, I have had the pleasure of meeting there staff a few times and its always been nothing but great service. My little one loves going there and appreciates the friendly staff. I have brought my daughter twice for tooth extraction and every time has been a great experience for me and my child. Appreciate them very much and would recommend them 100%

I typically don’t write reviews but when I come across an employee that gives me great experience its only right.  I condemn Nicole for her friendliness she is an awesome employee and great asset to your company. She made me feel very welcomed she has great energy and I’m sure has taken away the phobia from many clients such as myself visiting the dentist.  Dental care is priority but visiting an office with a staff such as Nicole makes the experience a better one ! I had been searching for a new facility and finally found the perfect fit!

This place is absolutely awesome! If your looking for a place in Palisade, look no further. From front desk staff to the AMAZING ASSISTANT NICOLE. This office will make you have a great experience overall before you even get to the chair. Dr. K just puts the icing on the cake. Hope you all get to experience what my children and I have. Trust me you won’t regret it.

Palisade Dental moved to a new state-of-the-art facility in Dumont. Huge reception/waiting area, multiple self-sufficient patient rooms, equipped with TVs in the ceiling. The staff are, as usual, awesome, trying their best to provide first class service, despite the hurdles caused by the pandemic. I have been visiting PDC for three years now. I have always had a great experience here, the hygienist and dentist were really nice, detailed, and informative. I get excellent deep cleaning and dental checkup. The new facility is bright, modern, clean, organized, equipments are new and modern. The receptionists are also very friendly and helpful. It’s very easy to make a future appointment and manage all financial dealings. As your appointment approaches, there are several reminders sent via email and texts. You can re-confirm the appointment via either. The COVID survey is also online, and can be filled ahead of arrival at the facility.

From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with the friendliest “HELLO”. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The Doctors + hygienist do a great job at explaining your treatment. The front office is very helpful in explaining your payment options and making it affordable. My experience is always great. Check out Palisades Dental Care , you won’t be disappointed!

If you want a dentist that is family oriented, treats you with respect, and office staff that truly cares about you this is the dentist office to make yours! I had a positive experience over here, staff was super friendly and caring. The hygienist was great and kept me comfortable the whole time (I really wish I remembered her name, but she is a young grandma I know). The dentist was also very caring, I did not feel any pain during my cleaning and during my procedure. The only thing I really dislike a little is that services/ treatment plan is not really thoroughly explained in terms of cost. I feel like I am buying a car the pressure and selling services that are not urgent can be uncomfortable, especially being that you do not know someone’s circumstances. I will say after talking to the office my next visit was completely different and they made sure that I knew exactly what was being done and the cost. I really love this office and how family oriented everyone is! I am going no place else and Dr. Kryzman will forever be my dentist for as long as she is practicing!

My experience with Dr. Kryzman and Yvelisse was very warm and comforting. I was a bit nervous considering I needed to be numb for my filling (I have not had very good dental experiences in the past with other dentists). Much to my relief Dr.Kryzman applied anesthesia and I did not feel it. The rest of the procedure was easy as I was able to rest on the patient chair (after a long day of work), I was able to catch up on one my favorite channels on a tv mounted to the ceiling of the operatory. Yvelisse was very gentle and made sure I was feeling at ease while Doctor perfected the finishing touches on my tooth, she also checked on me to ensure I was happy and not in any kind of discomfort. I’m very pleased with everything and my tooth looks and feels amazing and I can chew on it again. Upon completion of my treatment I was accused of things to do to avoid the problem I learned with, which I greatly appreciated. If you are someone who may be fearful of going to the dentist or nervous like me, give Palisades Dental Care a call. You will be satisfied with the service from the second someone picks up the phone to the end where you book your next visit, go see for yourself!!

I’ve been going to Dr. Kryzman for years now and her and her whole team are everything you want from a dentist office. Everyone from the dental hygienistS (Audra is so friendly!) to office manager is professional yet warm and welcoming. The office is always clean and they’re great with making sure to take you at your designated appointment time. Dr. Lefokowitz is great too, he noticed a really small chip in my tooth and made the process for fixing so smooth. I highly recommend!

My appointment at Palisades Dental Care was a positive experience. I was greeted by Cindy when I arrived. The office is bright, clean, and organized. I was nervous but the dentist and assistant were very calming. They explained everything to me. I followed through with the recommended procedure and felt great afterward. They were quick and personable. I travel a long distance to visit this office and I’m so happy to have found my new dental home. I would recommend this office to anyone.

My family and I have been coming here for years! I absolutely love the staff they have been amazing to me and my parents every single time. They are super flexible, attentive, and with amazing services. I had an implant done and it was a very smooth process. I also had a teeth whitening done and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Lastly, I chipped my tooth and the new looks identical to my old ones. Thank you for all you do!

Palisades Dental Care is AMAZING!!! From all the ladies at the front desk, to Audra the most gentle and informative hygienist I’ve had in a long time, down to Dr. Kryzman, who’s very sweet and knowledgeable in her field. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility and their staff. Professional and at the same time down to earth. Everyone so attentive and genuinely wonderful people. Thank you Audra for being so attentive to my needs and teaching me new things I should know about dental care. I appreciate all the recommendations you provided. Thank you Dr. Kryzman for your patience and your explanations. I did not feel rushed at all which I truly appreciate. Definitely will be a returning client. From one essential worker to another, I truly appreciate what you all do.

This is definitely the dentist office to visit. Came here while experiencing pain and have been coming back ever since. I used to be the type that would always dread going to the dentist after so many bad experiences. But this is a place I am actually always looking forward to going to. Everything from a friendly and clean atmosphere to the love and respect shown. Would more than recommend anyone here.

After haveing such a easy going time i decided to return the practice to get more work done and again nothing less than perfection in and out service nicole made me feel at ease while in the chair and dr.k was very gental and by the time i knew it my visit was done….till next time…i highly recomend this office they work well together and its a great environment to be around when dealing with something so nerve racking as teeth

Every time I show up for my appointments I’m always greeted and I feel welcome. The whole staff is amazing, they took very good care of me. I walk in happy and leave happy. I don’t have any complaints. When you first walk in the waiting room you’re greeted not only by the staff but with many items, such as magazines, charging station, tissues and hand sanitizer and very comfortable chairs. Once I’m called in I don’t have any worries. The staff are very knowledgeable of what they’re doing. As I leave my appointment they gave me a goodie bag with a toothbrush, floss and toothpaste to make sure that my teeth stay clean for my next appointment.

I appreciated the beautiful atmosphere, but more importantly for me how I was greeted by the staff. They were very kind and most professional. I felt as though they already knew me. The Dr. was the very same. Going to the dentist can make me anxious, yet they eliminated all my fears and concerns. I have found a new dentist for my entire family! Thanks again

This place is absolutely amazing. EVERYONE I came into contact with was more than pleasant. My 13 year old daughter is actually looking forward to her next visit and excited about her dental hygiene after having her cleaning with I believe Natale (sorry if I got your name wrong) but she explained everything to my daughter. The whole process, what to expect and answered ask questions she had. After the dentist came in and he was equally as pleasant. Im extremely happy I found this place. Thank you guys so much for just being pleasant. The dentist isn’t usually a place you look forward to going to but they are different.

I had such an amazing experience at Palisades Dental Care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dental care in the area. The facility is wonderful and all of the staff are very professional and friendly. Natalia, the dental hygienist that took care of me was very thorough and made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout my whole visit. They clearly explained the state of my teeth and gave solid advice and great recommendations on future care.

I dread going to the dentist out of fear, and as a result, I haven’t been to one in years. I’m going on 25 pretty soon and felt like I should get a few things checked out. Never had a more comfortable experience then at Palisades Dental Care. Friendly associates, clean space, and most of all they made me feel safe. I truly recommend this place for any of your dental care needs.

Dr. Kryzman and her staff are best people I ever dealt with in a dental office. You will always be greeted and welcomed, but most importantly treated with utmost respect. The office manager was very kind and took the time to explain what I needed done and explained how much different options would cost. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking an excellent dentist in the Bergen County area!

When my previous dentist unfortunately closed her practice, I decided to give Palisades Dental Care a try based on the positive reviews – and those reviews held up! I went first time for a dental cleaning, and second time for a tooth filling. First of all, the office is very clean and beautiful. The ladies at the front desk are all extremely kind and helpful at both registration and discharge. Registration is a breeze. Wait time is basically non-existent – both times I had an appointment, they took me in on time. My dental hygienist took x-rays and cleaned my teeth (I unfortunately forgot her name), and Dr. Kryzman took a look at my teeth and recommended I come back due to a cavity. Both were so kind and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When I came back for a filling, the dental assistant (I’m so sorry, I forgot her name as well) and Dr. Small took care of me. The process was quick and easy, and they both were also kind and knowledgeable, and they made me feel very comfortable (I’m usually nervous at dental appts). I didn’t encounter any pain or issues. I’m looking to return to replace one of my veneers – the only thing stopping me is the cost (not the office’s fault… dental insurance really doesn’t cover cosmetic procedures and I’m not rich… haha). Despite my financial hardship, they did not make me feel bad or pressured, but offered me options and put the decision in my hands and let me know I can reach out to them about it when I’m ready. I’m so happy I found this place! My experience here makes me look forward to returning.

My experience so far has been lovely. My first experience with Palisades was at their old office in Cresskill and was treated very politely and with care. The associates clearly know what they’re doing, and know how to explain the complicated things for someone not as educated about dental health. Also, the majority of the staff being female feels empowering to see as a young women myself. Their new office at Dumont is more spacious and modern! Also, Dr. Kryzman, Dr. Small, Natalia, and Rosie took very good care of me. I would trust them with all 32 (or less) of my teeth

I don’t remember remember the office assistant’s name, but she was also very sweet and set a great tone for the visit. In short, the whole atmosphere in the office is very welcoming, kind, and professional.
