Absolutely fantastic Dentist. The staff working here is friendly, kind, and tried their best to make me feel comfortable. I’ve had a phobia of the dentist for some time now, but Dr. Palm quickly changed that. He’s kind, tells you exactly what is going to happen, and tries to work with you as best as he can. After years of being afraid of the dentist, I’ve finally found an office where I am comfortable and will visit again. You guys are great! Thank you!

After having a really bad experience at another dentist,  I was in search of another facility.    I discovered Palm Family Dental through Yelp.  Dr. Palm and his staff is very professional and caring.  Emily is amazing at making appointments around your schedule.  All of the staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable.   If you are in search of a dentist, I highly recommend Palm Family Dental.

They are SO nice here! I’ve been searching for a decent dentist forever (like 40 years!!) The office is pleasant, clean and inviting. The staff is courteous, professional and incredibly nice. Dr. Palm is as sweet and gentle as can be. My hygienists have been friendly and extremely competent and accommodating. Finally, for the first time in my life, I don’t dread a cleaning or dental appointment of any kind. I feel they are very fair in pricing and not trying to rip me off with unnecessary procedures. I recommend this office without hesitation to anyone!

I’m very cautious when it comes to visiting dentists, as I’ve had bad experiences in the past (one dentist committing fraud by over-charging and billing my insurance company with the wrong ICD code, another dentist telling me I had cavities when I didn’t). So I went here, and was very impressed by the dentist assistants and the dentist himself. They even offered to “sand down” a filling by another dentist that was impairing my bite for free. They didn’t seem to be in the business of shady dentistry like many others have (it’s hard to argue when a dentist tells you you have something wrong because you can’t really see in your own mouth even with a mirror). Recommend these guys.

I needed a root canal this week, and I was in a bit of pain. Dr. Palm’s office got me in the next morning before work for a free evaluation, and then made time the following morning to do the root canal. I do not have dental insurance, and his office has a great plan to help with the costs. The staff is friendly, the office is clean, and Dr. Palm is easy to talk to, kind, and gentle. The root canal did not hurt at any point – I actually fell asleep a couple of times during the procedure (it was at 7am)! This is a stark contrast to the chain dental office (rhymes with fright hide lentil) which I had gone to a couple days before. The other place tried to pressure me into getting the procedure right then and there, plus they quoted me a cost that was 2 and one half times what Palm Dental charged. I am so happy that I decided to wait, and that I found Dr. Palm’s office!

I am in shock that there are not hundreds of great reviews for this office. Let me just say that everyone in the office is just wonderful. I went to my appointment as a new patient a few days ago after having a bad experience a year ago with another office in the area. They got my in as a new patient in about a week, were super friendly, informative, and very up front. Meaning, no hidden fees of charges. Deann took my x-rays, did the periodontal probe, and cleaning and she was gentle and very nice! Dr.Palm came in to meet me and examine my teeth and he was also great! He found that I only had 1 cavity, and that my gum disease was no where near as bad as the office from the year prior told me. The office was easy to find and is very clean. They kept me informed about approximate costs for procedures I will need in the future, but are getting quotes from my insurance for me. Very straightforward, they will not hit you with a surprise $500 bill. I also noticed that on their website it states they also have have workable payment plans, which is also very nice of them. I’m going back in later this month to have my cavity filled, and then start planning future visits to help get my gums healthy again. This place is a gem, I’ve found my dentist for life. I will never go any place else. I honestly can not find anything bad to say about this place! They are as good as it gets and that’s a hard thing to find these days. I highly recommend them! I’ve just returned from my first appointment with Dr. Palm. I chose him based on all the favorable reviews on Yelp and elsewhere. I made the appointment because the hole left when a huge filling fell out was just too deep to ignore anymore. Well, the bad news is that the tooth had in fact split in two, lengthwise…and couldn’t be saved. But the good news is that all those favorable Yelp reviews of Dr.Palm are TRUE. After patiently explaining the extraction procedure, and once the area had been numbed, it took five…maybe eight…minutes to removed the tooth, clean surrounding area, etc. This was the first extraction I’d undergone since my wisdom teeth were removed decades ago. I would never have believed that pulling a molar could be so utterly painless and so easy. There was absolutely NO discomfort of any kind. It’s been about an hour since I returned from his office and the novacaine has all but worn off. And still no pain. One more thing; I don’t think you’ll find more reasonable prices anywhere. I have the Careington 500 Plan through AMAC (Association of Mature American Citizens). It costs $75 a year. Dr. Palm is one of the providers under Careington. I bet I saved at least that much, today, by using that plan and this dentist! Over the past 35 years, I’ve had four dentists, and I’ve never been as impressed by any of the them as I am by Dr. Palm! Great staff, too! HIGHLY recommended!
