This dentist is a wizard! Dr. Palmer worked a miracle! He’s not God, but close. A little background I’ve had dentures since I was 11 years old. Back then they just pulled teeth and plopped in a denture. Everything was okay until 5 years ago. Thanksgiving day 2013 my bottom dentures broke in half. An emergency repair was made until I could get home. Once home I found out that because I was so young when the teeth were extracted my bones had deteriorated. After numerous rejections of help Dr Palmer tackled my issue head on. 10 months later I have a full set of teeth! All those years I had no idea what I was going to do. I prayed, I cried, I cussed my mother for doing this to me. One very caring and knowledgeable dentist has turned my upside down smile right again. At one point he asked me if I wanted to see myself in the mirror with the temporary dentures. What he didn’t know was I didn’t care what I looked like. I have no one to impress. I’m too old to care about looks, I was more concerned about eating healthy food. I want to live long enough to see all my granddaughters graduate, get married and have children. Today I’m one step closer to achieving my dream! I cannot thank Dr. Palmer, Malissa and his entire staff enough!

Dr. Palmer and his staff are THE BEST! They take their time and make sure they know exactly what you want. As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted by the friendly staff that are always smiling and happy to see you. They conversate with you and make you feel comfortable and welcome. Before my experience with Dr. Palmer’s office, I was very self-conscious about my smile. I had a small mouth with small teeth. Dr. Palmer performed a gingivectomy that basically removed part of gums to show more of my teeth, making them look bigger. Just this procedure alone made a huge difference! I decided to get veneers because I wanted something more permanent than the prior bonding I had done when I was younger. My teeth look absolutely AMAZING! I love my new smile and I gained so much more confidence because of Dr. Palmer’s exceptional work! They have a very friendly, yet professional office and staff and I appreciate their good work. A few months ago, I started the Invisalign process to correct a bottom tooth that was protruding out of line. The Invisalign process was so easy, non-restrictive and it works great. I found Dr.palmer after a bad experience with another dentist. My teeth was in bad shape meaning I have avoided going to the dentist in many years. Nervous maybe even a little embarrassed I made my appointment. From the lobby to the receptionist to the techs and hygienist WOW I felt so comfortable and then Palmer comes in! He made me feel ok about where I was at and gave me hope he would get me to where I needed to be. About a year later my teeth are feeling great and look so much better. For my entire life up until now, I’ve hated visiting the dentist. It was always a horrible experience, to the point that I actually feared going back. Having moved to the Cincinnati metro area a number of years ago, I stopped using my dentist back home and switched to Dr. Palmer. At first I had some issues with my teeth, with some doing, they got me fixed up. I remember there was a woman who spent extra time with me after Dr. Palmer was finished to improve the appearance of my teeth and that meant a lot to me because they didn’t have to, I could tell that they really cared. From then on, they’ve set me up with Nick, who is literally the best dental hygienist in the world. His style of cleaning is always painless and easy. It’s basically like hanging out with a friend, saying hi to Mr. Palmer, and going home. Thanks again for the great service, see you in 6 months!
