Another awesome visit at Paloma Dental. They are staying extremely clean and safe during this crazy time we’re living in. A few years later after my first visit I am still so happy to have found this dentist. I was never a big fan of the dentist, anxiety and stress having to go in, that is no longer the case after finding Dr.Bassett and her team! Thanks for always being so awesome!

The team at Paloma Dental is fantastic. They’re excellent about appointment reminders and requesting forms filled out ahead of time so you can get started right away when you arrive. The whole team is friendly and professional, I never love dental work but they’re very clear about what they’re doing the whole time and offering guidance for post-appointment hygiene practices. Thanks so much!!

My coworker recommended Paloma Dental and I see why. It started when I called and said that I might be a little late for my appointment and the receptionist said, “Take your time and get here safe.” It’s little gestures like that, which mean a lot. The dental hygienist, Shelby, explained everything well and answered all my questions. When Dr. Bassett came in, she put my x-rays up on screen as she explained what was going on. This helped me understand everything better. Lastly, there were the extra perks like Netflix playing on screen to keep you entertained. When you are tilted back in the chair, there’s even a screen on the ceiling for you to watch! You get a choice of flavor for your tooth polish, amongst them, strawberry daiquiri and mojito. The women’s restroom has feminine hygiene products available for free and you even get a little goody bag with a toothbrush, toothbrush cover, floss, and toothpaste when you leave. (Great toothbrush, BTW). I highly recommend Paloma Dental!

How many people can say that they actually like their dentist? I, like most, dread my visits to the dentist. But now that I’ve found Paloma Dental, going to the dentist is actually a pleasant experience. Dr. Bassett and her entire staff are extremely kind and professional. Dr. Bassett genuinely cares about your experience and comfort. And as a plus, I got to watch Parks & Rec while in the chair (because there are TV’s on the ceiling!) which was a lot of fun!

Just started at Paloma dental and everyone here is amazing! They really went out of their way to work with my insurance and see what was covered and tailored their services to work with my insurance. They are very interested in making sure everyone is comfortable and taken care of. I have been in a few times and every time Dr Bassett personally asked how I was doing and if there was anything I needed help with. They also have TVs on the ceiling so you can watch Netflix during your procedure. I also like how their consent forms and appointments are through email and text. Its so much easier to ask questions by sending them a quick text along with confirming appointments through text rather than playing phone tag all day to just confirm an appt. I do highly recommend !

Dr. Bassett is the best dentist. She cares about what I want done in my mouth. She makes me feel so comfortable. There is a TV on the ceiling for you to watch anything you would like on Netflix while she and her assistants are working in your mouth. She will tell you the truth about your mouth overall, the treatment and the process and she will make sure that you are happy with your smile and your teeth. She will remind you every time about your appointments which I appreciate. Thank Dr. Bassett

Very pleasant experience! Not a huge fan of going to the dentist but I wouldn’t hesitate coming back for any dental need. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The office was very clean and relaxing with TVs on the wall and ceiling with headphones to take your mind off the anxieties of a dental office. I plugged the headphones into my phone and listened to music during my cleaning and fillings and it just went by in no time. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Dr. Alex and her team are awesome! Alex was kind, knowledgeable and patient. I took my five year old son for an initial exam and was very impressed with the entire process. She easily accommodated him and provided headphones so he can watch Netflix while she was doing her thing. The office is located in the RiNo neighborhood with plenty of street parking. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I have never been to a Dentist office as nice as this one. Not only is the office super elegant and clean but the staff is amazing. The treat you amazing and professional. Erik the dental assistance and the dentist are great! I have never been at a visit where they actually take your time and screen you for everything!! She even explains why you are needing the work up on your teeth. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever go to another office this by far has been my best experience.

Trips to the dentist always make me anxious. After reading outstanding Google reviews for Paloma Dental and perusing their website, I decided to give it a shot. My first patient visit was phenomenal. I was emailed the first patient docs ahead of time and therefore was seen immediately upon arriving. The office is equipped with all the latest and greatest tech, including flat screen TVs with Netflix! Nyquita helped complete x-rays, cleaning and flossing–she was super gentile and respectful. Dr. Bassett thoroughly examined my teeth and fielded all of my questions and concerns–I didn’t feel rushed at all. The most impressive part… Lorena came in after the visit to explain my insurance benefits, what would be covered/what wouldn’t for my current and follow-up visit. I am so, so impressed with Paloma Dental and would highly recommend!!

The ladies are AMAZING! I didnt wait long. When i went in the back the dental hygenist was pleasant and gentle taking x-rays. Once Dr. Alexandra Bassett came in she was very warm and welcoming. She explained my options and didnt pressure me to make any decisions or try to get me to buy things I didn’t need. She is very personable and thorough. If you are like me and have a fear of Dentists then she is the one for you. Also, they have the most comfortable dental chairs I have ever set in

The receptionist, the dental hygienist and the dentist herself were all very personable, knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything they were doing at each step and seemed to do a very thorough job. The office was extremely clean and as an added bonus, they have televisions on the ceiling to entertain you while you get your teeth cleaned! Very positive experience overall.

The Day I walked into Paloma dental I instantly appreciated the atmosphere. Dr Basset is an outstanding dentist. I’ve always had a hard time with dentists. ( finding the right one) The day I met Alex I knew she was my dentist for the rest of my days…. She genuinely cares for all her patients, The work she has done for me in my prosthesis is incomparable. I feel like not only is she my dentist but she’s a friend. In my book she is one of the top best dentists in Colorado. Thank you Alex for your dedication and integrity and most importantly your genuineness and caring.

Had a really wonderful pleasant visit today at Paloma dental. Alex and her team are super delightful and talked me through every step of the way. You can tell she really loves what she does and her team seems to want to work equally as hard. I hadn’t been to a dentist in a few years for various reasons but one of them being I had had so many bad experiences with my previous dentist. Sure had my faith restored in dental care today. I can’t say enough positivity about Dr. Alexandra Bassett. She’s what every dentist should aspire to be, honest and trustworthy and who strives for excellence in her practice. Unfortunately, like many others, in the last ten years besides I’ve had all other dentistry practices fail me. From having shoddy work done, work done that was shoddy that then led to complications and 20k in more dental work being done that wouldn’t have been necessary….I have been through the ringer at a mere 30 years old. So finding Paloma Dental has given me some hope back in getting some ease with it all. Dr. Bassett in my opinion is one of the minority of dentists who actually wants to help people and not just line their pockets. She has gone out of her way to consult with a jaw specialist for me without me even expecting or asking of it. I am 31 weeks pregnant and she has made me feel as comfortable as possible while going through the pain of getting a crown re-done. Front desk staff is very helpful as well as her dental hygienists. It’s like a little family over at Paloma Dental and for anyone else who has had very bad experience in the past with dentists, I urge you find the faith to try again with Dr. Bassett. 🙂

Dr Bassett was very thorough and it is easy to tell she takes a lot of pride in her work. She helped answer my many questions and did good work on my fillings! Also they were very accommodating when I changed up my treatment plan at the last second. Another bonus of going to Paloma is they don’t try to sell you on every little thing. I’ve had dentists in the past where it feels like a strictly sales situation, not at Paloma!

Great experience at Paloma Dental. Came in very nervous after not having been to a dentist in a few years and the Dentist and staff were very thorough and flexible with scheduling and options. The Customer Service I experienced through questions and emails was also amazing. I am happy to have discovered this office and would highly recommend to other people in the area needing to find a dentist.

Wow, I wish I could give 10/10 stars. Seriously. This place RULES! I came in today needing quite a bit of work and every single doctor that worked on my teeth today was incredibly kind, patient (I needed 4 1/2 hours of work done) and so delightful to chat with. A big thank you to all of the doctors and assistants for fixing my teeth up! The office space is so warm and welcoming with succulents in the windows. Also, the fact that there are TVs to watch while you’re waiting in the chair and on the ceiling while you’re getting your teeth worked on is AWESOME. Thank you Paloma Dental!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Bassett for years. She makes you feel relaxed and comfortable as soon as she walks in. She has a calm, professional demeanor, which I really look for in dentists, and she doesn’t talk down to you like some dentists do. She is really good at explaining things, and actually takes the cost into account so you know what your options are. She is super gentle when she examines your teeth and makes you feel like you’re in great hands the whole time. If you’re looking for a dentist who is experienced, easy to talk to, and sensitive to your needs and your budget, this is the place for you.

I have to say my experience today with Dr. Bassette was phenomenal. I had experienced more than anticipated staining from the at home care following a recent procedure and called her to talk about my concerns. She literally got me in the same day (hours later) and more than fixed all of my concerns immediately (my teeth are now whiter than before the procedure happened). I realize this outcome may not always be possible, depending on the specific situation or concern at hand. However, I am blown away after my experience by how kind, generous, and caring she is towards both her patients’ physical needs, as well as their peace of mind mentally about their treatment plan. Her entire team could not have been more kind, patient, empathetic, and helpful. If you need a dentist that sincerely cares about her patients- definitely call Paloma Dental! Thank you Dr. Bassette- you’ve helped so much more than my teeth and gums today and I’m incredibly grateful!!!

I have had the privilege of knowing and seeing Dr Bassett for 3 years now at the other practice she has worked at in the Denver area. She is a very precise and clear doctor. You go through each appointment knowing what dental work you need, why you need it, and what the cost will be. I definitely recommend coming to see Dr Bassett when her office opens in February. I look forward to coming to her new office and getting the same great treatment I am accustomed to.

I decided it was time to find a dentist here in CO and decided to try this practice since I was acquainted with Alex Bassett’s attention to detail from social acquaintance. Since I moved to Colorado, I’ve been to a couple of practices for cleaning, but I hadn’t found someone who matched the quality of care and patient relationship I was used to. This practice is meeting that bar so far, so I will go back to them.

Dr. Bassett is highly professional and knowledgeable. She highlighted topics that other dentists have missed and advised me on different options to address my issues. The hygienist was incredibly thorough, tidy, and not too chatty, which I like: The receptionist was very thorough in explaining costs for my current visit, as well as costs for planned procedures. The only thing that needs to be remedied is streamlining the visit process once in the chair, as there was some delay between x-rays and the cleaning. Otherwise, I’d highly recommend this dentist and her staff.
