The best dental practice in town. I have been a patient for more than 17 years and have referred numerous friends. And before becoming a patient, I hadn’t visited a dentist in years because of bad past experiences. My outlook completely changed after becoming a patient of Dr. Pappert. She and her staff are friendly, professional, and excellent at what they do. They treat patients like family members and make even the most difficult procedures comfortable and painless. If you are looking for a dentist, look no further.

I’ve been a patient at this dental practice for nearly 30 years. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The entire staff is top-notch and extremely well-trained. Everyone is capable, caring, and extremely kind. They want to be sure that patients are not only given the best possible dental care but also treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Our family has been going to the Pappert & Kirk Family Dentistry practice for over 15 years. Over this time, we have seen several different hygienists and they have all been very, very thorough and professional. On several occasions over the years, we’ve had dental emergencies. The practice has been so responsive, and the doctors have gone out of their way to accommodate our situations. Lastly, one of the things that most impresses us about the practice is how up to date the dentists, hygienists and staff are, and how the latest technology is effectively employed. We’ve always had the utmost confidence in the care we have received. Keep up the great work!

I have been visiting this family Dentistry for the past 3 years I have been living in Charlotte and I have to say I give them 5 stars. Emily my hygienist is simply amazing and she knows how to put me at ease the moment I walked in the door. She is so amazing I won’t let anyone clean my teeth lol.. everyone is great but I have to give her a shout out! Thank you Emily

Awesome staff! Very friendly and caring. Dr Pappert is excellent, extremely knowledgeable and I love the time she took to talk with me and explain my options and procedure in detail. Although I knew I wasn’t, she made me feel like I was her only patient. I am very happy with the service and dental expertise that I received and would highly recommend to anyone. I was amazed at the outcome of my dental treatment and have a beautiful smile again!

I was a regular patient of Dr Pappert’s from 2004-2016 when I moved away. I’ve had a lot of dental issues all my life (40+ fillings, 2 crowns, braces, gum disease) and she’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. Funny, kind, thoughtful, and so knowledgeable. Recently, I had a dental issue while on a business trip in Charlotte, and even though it had been 2.5 years since I left, they remembered me (the staff is so nice!), got me in right away, and her and Dr Kirk were so incredibly helpful. I came in in tears, but left on the mend. While I like my new dentist, I wish I could keep going to Dr a Pappert, as impractical as that would be.

Dr Pappert has been my dentist for 4 years and she’s fabulous! I’ve had fillings, crowns and implants done with great success. Her caring nature and willingness to listen to me as a patient are very important. Her hygienists are gentle and thorough and always explain what they are doing so I understand my treatment. A+++++

I had the best experience with Emily and Dr. Kirk! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a very long time so I couldn’t have asked for a better start back. I can tell a huge difference after my cleaning and am excited to continue this journey to improve my smile! I’ve been Dr Pappert’s biggest fan for over 20 yrs! The staff is very professional always with consistently top notch dental hygiene care. I’ve been through crowns and root canals, a few extractions and occasional emergency care for my children – the whole gambit. The best thing for me is that she has a way to keep things pain-free more than any other dentist I’ve been to. Dr Pappert finds the solution that is best for you as a patient at the time. They look at each person as a whole, not just a mouth and make treatment recommendations accordingly. In my opinion you can’t go wrong here.

Love everyone who works there. Everyone makes you feel welcomed. The hygienist and dentist are very knowledgeable in the field. I love this office! I’ve been a patient for about two years here. My cleanings are always thorough and fast. The dental hygienists are kind and courteous and it is always a pleasure to go in for a visit. Who else can say that about their dentist? An extra plus…They give you chapstick, along with your complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss at the end of your visit. It’s delicious and a nice touch!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Pappert for over 2 years, she and her team have really made me feel at home when I see them for teeth cleanings and once when I had a cavity. I used to be afraid of going to the dentist before going to Dr. Pappert, they’ve helped me get my teeth in shape and and really feel like they are apart of my family and I’m apart of theirs. I’ve seen Dr. Kirk once when Dr. Pappert was not available and she was awesome as well.

I had such extreme anxiety when even just thinking about the dentist that I didn’t see one for a few years too many. I finally gathered the courage to call about sedation dentistry (as there was no way I would be able to make it through without it) and upon initial contact I immediately felt as though my comfort was their top priority. I had a bit of work to be done after not seeing anyone for so long, but Dr. Pappert and the team there has been absolutely wonderful. I’m still not to the point where I feel as though I don’t need any sedative, but I am to a point where I may be comfortable enough to give it a try (which is HUGE!). I would highly recommend the team here to anyone that asked.

Dr. Lori Pappert has been my dentist for over two decades and she’s awesome! She can stand on her head and fix anything in my mouth, which is a challenge. From root canals to crowns to partials, she’s the best with the latest technology in town. Highly recommend her and her staff that are by far the best around.

Emily and Dr. Pappert was awesome! I haven’t been to the dentist for 7 years and they made the whole process so smooth and comforting. Dr. Pappert was really informative during my consultation, making sure that all my questions and concerns were answered. Emily was really gentle with me during my gum therapy, making sure that I was comfortable at all time. She did such a thorough job – I can see and feel a difference in my gum and the way my teeth looks. I would recommend them to everyone I know!

From the hello upon arrival to checking out, you are welcomed with friendly faces. Dentists can already make me nervous so it’s nice to see a smile. During my time with PKFD, I have been pleased with appointments (routine dental work) and dental hygienist, Tiernee is a gem!

They’ll take the time to answer any and every question you have. They’ll work with your schedule to get you the services you need. And when an emergency happens, they’re all hands on deck to help. Trust me. You’d never know my top two front teeth were broken off in an unfortunate coach vs football helmet incident. I often have to resort so showing pictures on my phone because nobody believes me. The real proof is in the attitude of each of our four children: not one fears going to the dentist.
