Dr. Lazar and his staff were fantastic at Park Lake Dental! First off, I have become used to unacceptably long wait times at my past dental office (as long as over an hour), but, at Park Lake Dental I was seen on time which was an extremely pleasant surprise! Not only was I seen swiftly but the care and responsiveness to questions and answers by staff was refreshing. I’m not a big fan of going to the dentist in general, due to bad past experience, but they made sure to make me feel comfortable, educate me on any work they were going to do beforehand and walked me through steps as they were working on my fillings. They were very reactive to any pain I felt, gave me a break, and adjusted the numbing medication to my comfort level before continuing on. It is customer service like this that makes a difference in healthcare and I would be happy to recommend Park Lake Dental to whomever is in search for a quality, caring, and friendly dentist!

I had very bad experience at the dentist in the past. Dr.Lazar treated each tooth very carefully on my first visit.And his staff also great too. when I have an x-ray check she is very gentle .All of his team are friendly, helpful and patient. This was my first visit to this office and everyone was very accommodating. From the front desk, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist everyone was kind and welcoming! I’ve been to several of the large chain dentistry’s that treat you like cattle in and out and prescribe unnecessary (and costly) dental procedures. My experience at Park Lake Dental was completely the opposite. Dr. Adam Lazar took the time to sit down and discuss my x-rays and future dental plan. I did not feel rushed and that he (and the rest of the staff) took a genuine interest in me as a patient. I walked into the office today anxious and nervous and walked out feeling great with some shiny and clean teeth!

As a person that’s so terrified of the dentist that I put it off for 3 years, I am SO glad I found Park Lake Dental! All of the employees are so nice & welcoming, my hygienist was very gentle & calming, & Dr. Lazar was the first dentist I’ve been to that wasn’t overly pushy or standoffish! I used to be one of Dr. Lazar patients, when he was a dentist in Apopka for a large dentistry chain. I live quite far from this downtown office but I am certainly willing to drive farther, for good dental work. Here some pointers: 1. Quiet office 2. Friendly and professional personnel 3. Prices are average for the area 4. Hardly any wait time. They do not seem to overbook. 5. Dr. Lazar is extremely professional and I am very pleased with his work. 6. Great mid-century modern decor and clean space 7. The location is right on SR-50 so it’s quite busy. They do however, have a private parking lot.

Loved this dentist office! I was unhappy with my last dentist, very scummy giving me a treatment plan 3 pages long with thousands of dollars of recommended dental work. Dr. Lazar was to the point and honest in his recommendations and very friendly. Walked out with my next appointment already set for a few fillings, otherwise nothing urgent. I had been a patient with the Katzman’s, then our insurance changed. I had to go to a chain and it was terrible! I learned my lesson and changed our insurance so I could see a REAL Dentist. My husband and I came back knowing the Katzman’s had retired but the staff the same. The staff is so nice and friendly. My hygentist was so sweet and took her time. Dr. Lazar did a thorough check and I didn’t feel rushed. It was a great check up, thank you Park Lake team, see you in 6 months!

Kathy at reception its beyond welcoming, warm and always on point (she will get you the time you need !!) Lois always with a smile will go above and beyond to get the x-rays done right, while making you feel absolutely comfortable. Dr. Lazar takes the time to explain all options and the reasoning behind.
