All of the great reviews are true – Dr. Dumanian is the best dentist I’ve ever had! I hate drills and really don’t enjoy getting dental work done (who does) but since I switched to Dr. Dumanian, I genuinely don’t mind going to the dentist! Dr. Dumanian is not only great at what she does, but she takes the time to get to know her patients and is genuinely helpful and honest. I first found her when I had an unexpected dental emergency and was so impressed with her openness about my options and willingness to be totally transparent about how much everything would cost. When drills make me uncomfortable, Dr. Dumanian puts on music for me and puts me totally at ease. On top of all that, Dr. Dumanian’s office staff is incredibly helpful and nice. I can’t recommend her more highly!

Dr. Dumanian is the best dentist I’ve ever had! She is personable, incredibly skilled, and very kind to her patients. I had to have several multi-step procedures done to correct years of not going to the dentist/ignoring dental issues, and she walked me through all of my options in detail, helped me to get benefits and discounts from my insurance, and even offered me some free services on top of the necessary ones I required. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a good dentist in the city!

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Dumanian a few times now, and I must say I feel lucky to have found her and made the switch from my childhood dentist. It’s rare to find a medical professional so committed to the patient. She is, without a doubt, the best doctor I’ve visited, medical or dental. Dr. Dumanian goes above and beyond the standard procedures to inform me of my options and educate me throughout the way. We talked at length about my x-rays, and during my first filling, she took pictures of the tooth at various stages to show me how it looks. Her bedside manner is very warm and engaging, making me feel at ease. Moreover, they use state of the art equipment and Dr. Dumanian is very skilled at her work. She made sure to adjust all my fillings until they were flawless. They look so good I can’t even identify them from my other teeth. I couldn’t recommend her more.

I have been with Dr. Dumanian for 2 years – best dentist I have ever had hands down! Why? -She really gets to know her clients and makes sure her service is customized to the patient. -She never tries to up-sell you on extraneous procedures to make an extra buck. I always feel like she has my best interests at heart. -Booking appointments is very flexible. I had problems scheduling appointments with my prior dentist because they would always be booked up months in advance or they would switch dentists on me last minute. Not the case with Dr. Dumanian. She is always the one checking my teeth and doing the cleaning (rather than having someone else do the actual cleaning like at other dentists). -Anna at the front desk is great at working with your insurance company and being upfront about what you owe. She will check your insurance coverage in advance to make sure your visit is covered so that you don’t come in just to find out that you didn’t wait long enough after your last cleaning (as has happened to me before). -Above all, the cheerful attitudes of Dr. Dumanian and her staff always make it a pleasant experience to go to the dentist.

I’ve been going to Dr. Dumanian for many years and underwent several procedures, such as dental crowns, bonding and Invisalign. Dr. Dumanian is an exceptionally-gifted dentist, who works meticulously to ensure you are completely satisfied with the results. Recently, she worked on one of my crowns that fell out, and since I had delayed too long in making an office-visit appointment, , my tooth slightly shifted resulting in the crown not fitting perfectly. Dr. Dumanian worked tenaciously on it, and managed to shave down the crown until it was aligned and comfortably fit. Park Lex 60 has a dedicated and highly professional staff. Annie is far by the best hygienist I have ever known!!! She is a perfectionist when it comes to “clean teeth”. Lastly, the entire staff exudes a genuinely warm demeanor. They have been extremely accommodating when I brought my 4-year-old daughter to my visits ( ever since she was 22 months of age). Thank you Stefanie for the extra attention you gave to my daughter; you made her experience a positive one!!

I (like many) had always hated going to the dentist, until I found Dr. Dumanian a few years back. Yes, getting a cleaning or cavity filled is still the same process of holding your mouth open for uncomfortably long periods of time, but Dr. Stephanie Dumanian’s chairside manner, her total loyalty to her clients, and her perfectionism set her apart. She’s SO thorough making sure I never leave with any kind of discomfort. She remembers details about my life, and even checked in on me via text over the weekend after I had a root canal at the oral surgeon’s. She also works flexibly with each client (she’ll do a few procedures in a visit for me because she knows getting me out of work into the office is this monumental task, has offered installment payments and some services free of charge, etc.) On top of it all, she’s also FUN and nonjudgmental (she doesn’t shame me for not flossing.) She’s built a team of highly skilled, and wonderfully kind, women, who are always using cutting-edge technology and who clearly love what they do. I can’t believe I’m someone who would rave about a dentist but I could literally go on and on. I originally found her by chance on zocdoc years ago at Delaire Dental but she’s opened her own practice in the last two years and I followed her there – Park Lex 60 Dental. I’ve referred multiple friends & my boyfriend to her and they’ve had the same stellar experience. Spending my Sunday afternoon drooling over a dentist (and not at the dentist) is not something I ever thought I’d be doing, but here we are. I’m so grateful for Dr. Dumanian’s patience, professionalism, and personality.

Dr. Dumanian is great! She is kind, welcoming and very thorough. I have had cleanings and cavity fillings from her with no issue or pain during or after the procedures. I also love that the office goes over everything with me before it’s done, from x-rays to insurance coverage I know everything that is happening. She also pays attention and remembers everything discussed from my previous visits-from my teeth to mundane everyday facts.  Also, the staff in the office is great as well and quick to answer any and all questions I may have. They reach out to me to remind me of annual cleanings and follow up. I recommend her to everyone!

The dentist is normally an ordeal, but this was actually a pleasant visit. Dr Dumanian is very friendly, and she’s really good at explaining what she’s going to do, letting you know different options, and giving you plenty of time to decide. Before the tooth cleaning, she checked my neck and jaw for any issues. And the cleaning itself was painless–or at least as painless as a tooth cleaning can be–and took place in a room with natural daylight and a view of the Empire State Building!

From the moment you walk in the door, you know & feel you’re in good hands! The entire staff is very welcoming, pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable & efficient. All the way to each & every dental procedure, the doctors & hygienists/nurses/assistants are gentle, thorough & patient. Dental visits are overwhelming, however this group makes it a fun, safe, and less daunting experience! 10 stars ⭐️ all around. Love Park Lex. Thanks for all you do!

I felt very safe! Dr. D redid the entire HVAC system, added an ionizing air filter and a separate mouth filter. Everyone was in masks, my temperature was checked and I was asked to wait in the lobby until they were ready for me. They emailed my receipt and I did my paperwork virtually before my appt. They’re in text contact with you throughout the process. Always excellent and thorough care with many options for any issues you may be having. Highly recommend!
