Today was my first visit and Dr Hashemian was amazing. I spent a total of four hours in the chair and went from initial evaluation right into treatment. No re-scheduling the first round here, Dr. Hashemian wants to take care of you right away! I’ve never met a dentist who is so concerned about their patient’s comfort and education about the process each step of the way. Most of my dental issues are due to my lack of maintenance and she never gave “the speech”. This is a doctor with a team who genuinely care about their patients needs, comfort AND finances. No up-selling here. Only good treatment with all options laid out before you make a decision.

The staff is friendly and my visits are quick and almost painless.  i go 4 times a year because my insurance covers 4 free cleanings annually so why not?

My family and I have been going to Dr. Hashemian ever since she opened her state of the arts office. I like Dr. Hashemian’s style of preventative treatments to avoid costly and intrusive treatments. I have a very low threshold of pain and she can not be more caring and gentle. I also am very particular about cleanliness and hygiene and this office meets my expectations. Thank you Dr. Hashemian and staff.

I love Dr. Hashemian’s friendly, yet professional manners, and the way she receives and treats her patients. My son and I have been her patients for many years and been always greeted warmly by her staff, never had to wait for longer than 5 minutes, and have ALWAYS been happy with her diagnoses and treatment.
She is the one that I fully trust for my care and my family care.

A couple of years ago I went to Park Place dentistry when I was at the verge of depression due to what was done to me by another dentist.
Doctor Masi took such a wonderful care of both my broken tooth and my broken heart. She gave me back my smile and my confidence.Thank you doctor.

I’ve had great experiences at Park Place Dentistry! Everyone there is incredibly kind and helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable and calm from the minute you walk in the door. PPD has the most up to date equipment, which I have found makes for a shorter cleaning appt than I’ve found at other dentists. Something that really amazed me is that they have essential oils to aid in their treatment/cleaning if needed – I had a strong gag reflex while taking x-rays, and just a few sniffs of an essential oil completely took care of it – awesome. Ask for Kathy as your hygienist, she is absolutely stellar! She took the time to explain everything she was doing so that I understood, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend PPD!

One often hears of reluctance in seeing the dentist.  But not for my family with Park Place Dentistry.  While our reason to going there is Dr. Masi Hashemian, it is the total office “package” that provides us with such satisfaction.  They are thorough, caring, professional, and easy to work with.  We couldn’t be more satisfied, and our pearly white smiles are proof of the superb treatment we receive.

I’ve had several awful experiences with previous dentists so I’m always hesitant and on edge when I visit a new dentist but  Dr. Hashemien was amazing. She has great interpersonal skills and explains everything she is doing as she goes. I would highly recommend her and her staff!

Going to the Dentist is not a fun experience but with Nancy it was GREAT! She is the dental hygienist and much more.
She is proficient in her work  and has a caring compassionate attitude.

I have been seeing Dr. Masi Hashemian since 1999 back when I was a student at UC Irvine. I think I was one of her original patients. I had a bunch of dental problems that needed care, including a severely-impacted wisdom tooth, periodontitis due to a poor track record of brushing and flossing, and a terrible cavity situated right between my front teeth. She was able to save the molar adjacent to my wisdom tooth and continually checks its progress to ensure everything is OK. She installed a set of porcelain crowns on my front teeth that are indistinguishable from the rest of my teeth. And now I go there every 4-6 months for regular cleanings. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I look forward to Nancy doing my cleanings because of her special gift for taking my mind off of what she’s doing. Mojgan works in the front office and is always helpful in getting my paperwork done quickly and with a smile. Dr. Masi has always been successful in undoing all of the damage I’ve done to my teeth over the years and I always feel well-taken care of in her hands. My teeth are in great shape now. When I was married in 2008, I suggested my wife switch to this dentist, and she’s also been going there ever since.

I recently discovered the benefits of having the treatment done under nitrous oxide and now I might opt for that from now on, considering I’m still afraid of needles and drills. They are very accommodating in this regard. I have had no trouble getting the gas when I want it! My wife has a “standing order” for nitrous as well. Who knew sitting in a dentist’s chair could be this entertaining?? I highly suggest it.

Most recently, I had to get a crown replaced on one of my teeth. The lab that she sent the impressions back to was having a great amount of difficulty getting the color and sizing right. Now here’s where Dr. Hashemian is set apart from other dentists: she could have simply said “good enough” and cemented the crown in there, even though it wasn’t a perfect fit and/or match. But instead, she insisted that it be perfect, and kept sending the crown back to the lab for a better fit and color match. All of this was done on her part without any kind of insistence from myself. And she didn’t charge me a dime for all of those extra visits. I have lousy dental insurance so I know she wasn’t getting anything from them either. Sure, I could complain that it took a long time to get my crown put in, but I cannot fault her in the slightest because she made sure my permanent crown was picture-perfect in spite of obstacles from outside companies.

Nobody really looks forward to going to the dentist, but she really makes the experience a nice one. I’m a happy longtime customer!

I’ve been going to Dr. Masi over the last few years. I work just up the street, and there location convenient, their staff friendly, and their prices are fair. Mostly my work is covered under insurance, but for the items that are not fully covered (such as Invisalign) – they were competitive compared to others I had quoted in the area.
I didn’t want a ‘smile design’ type of dentist, just someone to keep ’em straight and clean – and Dr. Masi’s group does a great job.
Flexible with appointments, and I’ve had a great experiences with all the staff. Recommended.

Going to Dentist is always nervous… However, this Park Place Dentistry changed that thoughts totally.  Alliya is so friendly and helpful…warm welcoming as well as preparing the billings before the treatment with my dental insurance.  Dr. Masi Hashemian is thoroughly checking my teeth with digital X-ray as well as photos to explain the condition of each tooth, gum and bone.  Nancy is energetic and skilled hygienist that she performed excellent work with newest technology.  I felt comfortable and well cared. Even my husband was satisfied by her works.  Alea and other staff are so friendly and nice to be in this dentist office.   Thank you and keep up the good work!! God bless.

Had my cleaning with Nancy and check up with Dr. Hashemian aka Dr. Masi,   as always fantastic staff, polite, kind and yet professional,  fantastic team under the leadership and high expectations of Dr Hashemian. Our family of four have been with Park place since its doors opened. Recommended her to many friends and co workers too and all satisfied with park place. I am sort of OCD with cleanliness and appreciate the super clean environment and state of the arts facility.  Dr. Masi and staff have taken care of my family and I with all kinds of preventive treatments and I had my first filling a few months ago which is really good for the care I have received for years. I did not even feel the injection for numbness and she is always so sympathetic and caring that makes the entire experience pleasant believe or not 🙂 🙂 🙂 best wishes for Dr. Masi and all the staff.

Let me start by saying, I am not a very good patient. Scared of doctors and surgeries and anything to do with medical work. Dr. Hashemian is the most patient Dentist I know. She always has a huge smile on her face and a great attitude that makes me feel so welcome going there on regular basis. She and her staff are so gentle and nice. I have done root canals, fillings and ofcourse my routine cleanings with this office for years. Thank you Dr. Hashemian, for your job well done.

Had a great experience today with the hygienist. Got a deep root cleaning and was very comfortable and it was completely painless.

Got nitrous (I have horrible anxiety) and felt very at ease an comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re an anxious patient. They are very happy to accommodate you with nitrous if you ask for it.

I am a very paranoid patient when it comes to dentists, but I am so blessed to have Dr. Hashemian as my dentist because not only she is a fantastic dentist ,but also for me, the fact that she and her staff truly make sure that they comfort me whenever I visit , makes the whole process very smooth and painless.

Very genuine, sincere and professional team. Always going out of there way to accommodate appointment times.  Very progressive office, Dr. Masi Hashemian takes into consideration all aspects concerning each patient’s health. The team is Very helpful and goes above and beyond to provide and care for each aspect pertaining to oral and systemic health.

I knew going in that I would need extensive work. To my surprise it was not as bad as I thought it would be. Dr. Masi and the staff were extremely attentive, helpful and gave a thorough account of my needs.

One of the only office I’ve seen where every one gets treated like a part of the family. Every one is very knowledgeable and Dr Masi has the biggest heart. Truly an office worth coming too.

I chose Park Place Dentistry for its convenient location, and now I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Masi! She is thorough, skilled, and really loves dentistry. Now as I approach 60, I’m using Invisalign to straighten my teeth. I trusted Dr. Masi and she was right; Invisalign is working quickly to give me a smile I can really smile about!

The office is equipped with state of art equipment so any problem can be detected and fixed.
My son moved to Irvine to go to school so he needed a new dentist.  Dr. Hashemian and staff made us feel very comfortable and at home.  The way she pays attention to details and cares for her patients are very admirable, comforting and professional.
She explains both the problem and treatment method that she observes and makes sure that you are comfortable with what she plans to do before she starts her treatment.

I have been a patient at Park Place Dentistry for the past 4 years and would certainly give them my highest recommendation. The front office processes my insurance billing and lets me know in advance what my portion of the bill will be. The dental hygienist, Nancy is fabulous! Her personality is so upbeat.  I am sometimes nervous going to the dentist, but Nancy always lets me know what she is doing and when there is a problem with a tooth, she will use a camera to point out exactly where the problem is.  I have sensitive teeth and she is very gentle on the cleaning, but extremely thorough too. The office is also centrally located, just off the 405 and Jamboree.  I do advise you to get there a few minutes earlier as parking can be a challenge.

Dr. Masi and her staff are awesome. Staff is very pleasant and attentive. Dr. Masi is gentle and educates and informs every step of the way. My appointment was around lunch time, and parking lot was full. But if you park in nearby parking structure, their office validates.

I definitely recommend this dental office. They don’t push you to sign up for add ons and focus your first priority on what’s critical, Dr. Masi encourages what’s essential and is transparent about what’s nice to have.  I’ll be sticking with this dental office!!

No one looks forward to going to the dentist.. Until I moved to California and found Park Place Dentistry. The staff is very warm and make you feel comfortable and part of the family. They’re extremely thorough and get the job done exceeding your expectations. I had my first root canal done at PPD, and was absolutely terrified. Once the procedure was done.. I had no idea. Never felt a thing ( and I’m a bit of a baby).

If you’re looking for a clean, beyond friendly facility, that’s accommodating, professional, educated and leaves you with a beautiful smile. I’d definitely advise anyone to come to Park Place Dentistry.. Just wonderful

I have been going to this dentist for close to 10 years and have only had positive experiences.  Of course having to get root canals are no fun, nor is having your teeth drilled, but they do their best to make you feel comfortable are very professional during every dental process from a simple cleaning to the complicated procedures.  Dr. Hashemian has always given me very candid advice about my teeth and the procedures that are necessary and those that are not.  I am very particular about my appearance (having had braces 3 separate times as a kid..), so I take my dental health seriously.  I have had Park Place handle some very complicated dental issues ( multiple root canals, having a tooth knocked out, crowns, etc…)  I trust the staff here and have been to a number of other dentists over my life.  Park Place is the best I have found.

My entire family uses Dr Masi. Her staff is knowledgeable and gentle. They do not try upsell you.

Today was my first time seeing Dr. Hashemian and i had the best dental experience yet! The staff was amazing and very accommodating, they walked me through step by step everything they were doing. They took the time to educate me on my “oral care” and what was going on. instead of you need this, u need that……
I love the high tech system they have. They put cameras in your mouth so you could see exactly everything they were talking about 😉
All in all, if i had to rate the place 1-10 i give them a 15!!!
