I never imagined I would write a review for a dentist…who likes going to the dentist? Well, if Dr. Dority is your dentist you will actually look forward to your visit. She is amazing, caring and goes the extra step wtihout question to make sure you are happy. The office is impeccable, very modern and beyond clean and the staff are a breath of fresh air when entering the reception area. I drive from Worcester for Dr. Dority’s skills. The only thing I dread now when going to my appointment is having to parallel park. LOL. 🙂

Great dentist office. Been a patient for 5+ years. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Had a long list of needs to address when I first came in and they set up a plan to accommodate my schedule and timing of payments made. Great, friendly staff and Dr. Dority is so nice and very skilled. Highly recommend!

I just came home from Parkside, and I had to give them all an amazing review. I am so happy with my teeth. I came because I needed a new dentist and I also wanted to get my teeth ready for my wedding. From beginning to end, about 8 or 9 months, I’ve done cleanings, invisalign, at home whitening, had cavities filled on all 4 of my front teeth, and I am so so happy with the results. Every single staff member is incredible at what they do, gentle with your teeth, and so personable. I’ve seen Mary Anne, Lauren, Robin, Eliza, Dr. Dorrity, and they are all so nice.

I have been with a patient at Parkside for nearly twenty years, back when they were actually beside the park. They have a lovely, friendly staff (currently) and perennially. Even when new faces have arrived over the years the vibe remains welcoming, helpful and human scale. I have had no reason to look elsewhere. And I love the fact that they offer 7:30 appointments–so I don’t need a whole morning to get a visit in.

This was the best dental experience in my life. I’ll be coming back and staying on top of taking care of my teeth. It had been quite a few years since I had dental insurance and was able to go to the dentist. I used to always be afraid of going to the dentist and now I sort of look forward to it. The team there is great and the office is super nice.

I have been seeing Dr. Dority and her staff for 6 years and have nothing but good things to say. All of the hygienists that I have encountered have been incredibly friendly (and gentle as well!) and great at putting you at ease. It is also clear that Dr. Dority is on the cutting edge of new advances in dentistry, which I appreciate. I have had regular cleanings, fillings, and even Invisalign through Parkside and have been nothing but impressed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I finally found a great dental practice!! I was introduced by referral to parkside dental by a friend whom has had great things to say about the practice. My first appointment was for an evaluation and dental exam. There location is super convenient next to the Arlington St green line stop which is close to all the offerings of the back bay and my office.  One thing that stood out to me was the amount of hygiene education I received during my appointment.  Dr Doherty is smart and deeply devoted to her craft.  One of the hygienist was able to communicate a break through idea that now makes me think of flossing in a different light, as a result I now floss daily. I appreciate PD taking the extra time in helping me understand the reasons for the recommendations and not treating me like a number but as someone they appreciate as their patient.

I went here after a recommendation from a doctor who sees her as well. Pretty happy with the dentist so far. I had one filling done and she was very gentle and I felt comfortable the entire time even though I hate going to the dentist.   Yes she did say I need lots of work but she showed me the X-rays and pictures and explained why.  People may not like hearing they have decay but I would rather know and fix it.  She may be more aggressive in taking care of patients than most dentist but that does not mean she is a bad dentist. I would rather have a small problem fixed now than a big problem later.   Also, when I questioned the treatment plan, she was happy to go over it with me, answer my questions, and even offered to call my old dentist who I trust to go over it as well.     Again, absolutely thrilled with her care and would defiantly recommend seeing her.

When I moved to Boston I spent a long time conducting due diligence on dentist practices in Back Bay. I was looking for a dentist with a highly knowledgeable staff, personable DMD, and convenient location — I found all of that at Parkside Dental. The staff is not only extremely effective, but they take the time to explain in detail all aspects of your personalized procedures. They incorporate your perspective and make time to get to know you as a person. Although I was skeptical about a recommended procedure that my previous dentist had not identified, four different members of the staff took the time to answer my detailed questions, show me my photos and x-rays, and explain the cost with my insurance. Dr. Dority commits a lot of face time to her patients and answers any and all questions with gusto and empathy. Highly recommended for those looking for a premium dentist experience!

All the women at Parkside Dental are fantastic, particularly Dr. Dority. She is skilled and very knowledgable, yet understanding of personal limitations. She always takes the time to explain what she is going to do and what the best corse of action is for each issue. The entire staff makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience! I’ve never experienced any issues with pain after getting work done, or complications with billing/insurance, which has happened at other dentists. Can’t say enough about them! I’ve referred them to multiple people and will continue doing so!

Top Notch dental facility. Dr. Dority and her staff make what should be a very uncomfortable day at the dentist office an extremely smooth and comfortable experience. Lauren, the office manager is always quick to answer my questions regarding procedures and payment options with ease. Dr. Dority’s dental assistant, Gillian, is a gentle and kind professional, and that translates well to the level of care that she treats me and other clients with. The dental hygienist, Eliza, provides a very thorough and fun experience. All the staff at Parkside are all consummate professionals and genuine people. Prior to finding Parkside, I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years so they are definitely getting their money’s worth with me but I was nervous and cautious at first, but now I get excited for these appointments because I know I am in great care. Dr. Dority is a fabulous and world class dentist and my teeth have been so much happier since I found Parkside.
