Everyone here is incredibly nice and helpful. I appreciate the Dr. Stiles always takes time to explain what he’s doing, how he’s doing it, and what I’ll need to know regarding aftercare. I mean he explains EVERYTHING. And I love it. Another thing. The office staff here is so terrific. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve love a doctor but their staff made it terrible to visit. Not here. Everything is delightful.

I have been a patient of Parkside for over 15 years. Great service! Fixes emergency issues quickly! Dr Stiles explains everything and all of yours options. I’m 53 y/o and have lived in several states of the U.S. throughout my lifetime, so I’ve been to many dentists in my life. I’ve been going to Parkside dental ever since I moved to Illinois, so I’ve been going to Parkside dental for almost 20 years, and will continue going as long as I live in Illinois. Dr. Styles and his staff are very polite, welcoming, and pleasant to visit. Dr. Styles is one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful. He’s always happy to answers any questions I have. If you go to Parkside dental, and listen to Dr. Styles on how to care for your teeth and gums, you will be very happy with your smile.

I chose Parkside Dental because it was close to work, and up until this point I figured dentists are basically the same – no fun and way too much money! What a pleasant surprize! Dr. Stiles and his staff were amazing! Top of the line equipment and a relaxing atmosphere. I needed an emergency appointment because my mauler was hurting me. They got me in right away. They said I needed an surgical extraction. Even though they don’t do the extraction there, they got me an appointment with another dentist on the same day. This was my first time there and I would go again. Dr. Stiles was awesome and the staff was great, like no other.

I called for an emergency visit s couple weeks ago and spoke with Angelica. Angelica showed great amount of care and squeezed me into the schedule. Angelica was great with going over financial costs with me and even emailed me the new patient paperwork when I informed her I would not have time to arrive 15 mins before appt. I saw the doctor and he was amazing. So kind and sincere. The office staff up front was amazing and I am grateful. You just do not find staff and a doctor that cares that much.

For my first visit with a new hygienist, it was a good visit. I was taken aback initially because I was expecting to see a familiar face, my hygienist of 12 years, but she was not there. No one told me why until I asked. Kinda weird. Now going to Parkside is like going to a completely different dental office than the one I had been visiting since 1999 now that both my dentist and hygienist have left. The service is still at a high level so I will continue with my scheduled check-ups.

I called to schedule a first time appt today, and spoke with a lovely receptionist named Angelica. Angelica walked me through everything with patience and care for what to expect for my first new patient appt. I have not even went in the office and I am already in love with the staff. I did not know my benefit breakdown, and this woman went out of her way to issue me a copy beforehand so, I would know my out costs before the visit. You just do not find service like that!! I am excited to become a new patient for this dental practice!!! Great customer service!

Dr. Richard Stiles has been a good dentist since I’ve known him for about 2 years he sits there and tells you calmly what needs to be done his staff is excellent I had a dentist for 30 years which retired I hope I got one for another 20 years I believe they’re all very knowledgeable in their job I’m happy I’m able to find someone I could trust had a couple before him did not like they all have good positive attitudes you need that you can feel very comfortable with him and his staff it’s hard to find a good dentist I know I could trust dr. I had a dental emergency! A front cap that I’d had since I was 16 fell off after 35 years, and I needed help! I called Parkside because they are close to home, and I don’t have a regular dentist. I had a fabulous experience – they got me in right away, the office is beautiful, and everyone was super nice and helpful. Dr. Stiles was kind, funny, and professional – my new tooth looks amazing, and I enjoyed the whole experience (as much as anyone can be said to “enjoy” dental work). I was totally terrified of taking my 3 yr old for the very first time. I didn’t know what to expect or how he’d behave considering he doesn’t do well with people he doesn’t know and especially doctors… Came there – he was shy but the hygienist took her time making him comfortable, let him play with instruments, etc until he was comfortable enough to open his mouth and let her count his teeth… She then demonstrated teeth brushing on my son’s teeth and then asked if she could brush his teeth and he LET her. I was amazed!! Dr Stiles was awesome as usual also. The cleaning appointment turned out so great with lots of laughs and it was actually “easy”!! Major props to everyone for their patience and compassion!! This was such a relief and I’m so happy it went so well. Thank you thank you!!!!

I have been coming here my whole life (it used to be a different dentist but same location and I was there for the transition). Everyone here is incredibly nice and friendly and makes the whole dentist experience great (one that’s usually not the most fun). If you’re looking for a new dentist in the chicagoland area, you’ve found it. I come all the way from the south loop to get my dentist needs here because they’re worth it.

My first visit since the Covid issues went very well. They work hard to be sure those that come in are safe to be around. Thermometer, sanitizer , mouthwash, Call in, checklist, and lots of PPE for the Dr and assistants.. Still they did a great job. They were thorough and friendly and explained things well as they worked. Definitely the things you want from a dentist. That’s why I’ve been coming here for the last 2 years. I would highly recommend them to anybody interested.

Couldn’t be happier with my visit to Parkside Dental. The office was clean and professional looking. I got right in and the dental hygienist, Caitlin, who was friendly and knowledgeable, performed an extensive review and cleaning of my teeth. Dr. Stiles was great and very personable, he took time with me to explain some areas of concern and things he wanted to keep an eye, he wasn’t in a rush to get to his next patient. I also felt a level of trust with him because he wasn’t pushing me to have work done on some of my areas of concern, instead he thought it was best to just hold off – I appreciated that level of concern and advice.

Hands down the BEST dentist I have ever had! I was visiting out of town when I developed extreme toothache. I found on this office on Google, called at 11:30am and they saw me at 2:15pm the same day! It turned out I needed an emergency root canal and Dr Stiles was able to perform the procedure right there and then. He was amazing, quick, friendly and very informative about every part of the procedure from X-rays to prescribing the medications that are right for me and my medical history.

I have been going to Parkside Dental for many years!! I have been seeing Jackie and Dr. Stiles for a while and I choose to see NO ONE else!! I trust only them with my dental hygiene! The front desk is extremely friendly and Jackie knows what’s she’s doing and I mean from top to bottom she does NOT miss a single spot! She is thorough and professional and she has an AMAZING sense of humor! She puts me in a fabulous mood every time I am in! Plus, she ALWAYS rebooks me every six months!
