Dr. Parsell and her staff is a breath of fresh air for Plano dentists. The appointment was easy to schedule thanks to Judith. Online forms made the visit easy and convenient. Gail, the dental assistant, is nice and gentle during x-rays and exam. Dr. Parsell is kind and gentle, and made the exam and cleaning an enjoyable experience for a dental appointment. More importantly, Dr. Parsell gave an honest opinion about future dental work. COVID precautions in place made the visit safe and comfortable. Highly recommended and sending Hubby to Dr. Parsell.

Dr. Parsell is amazing, and the staff matches the awesome service that I received during my two appointments. I just had the easiest, least painful, and smooth treatment I’ve ever had in the 45 years of going to different dentist. I highly recommend this office and you will to after your visit. Thank you for replacing my silver filling that has bothered me for over 12 years. The other dentist I have used and inquired about this procedure said it would be difficult, but not for Dr. Parsell. Before visiting Parsell Family Dental, I was absolutely terrified of the dentist. Not anymore! The staff is so nice, friendly and professional. They explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I needed an extraction and was very worried about the pain but I was pleasantly surprised, it was virtually pain free! I’m so happy to have found a dentist that I can trust to take care of me and my teeth.

Can’t recommend Dr Parsell highly enough. Everyone who works there is friendly and Dr Parsell has made our 5 and 9 year olds visits a breeze. She’s a dentist you can trust too. I used to have multiple dentists talk to me about needing fillings and other work, but she hasn’t used the ‘f’ word once! So glad we found her!

My previous dentist sold her practice so I needed to find a new one. Found and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Parcell through ZocDoc. She was very nice and personable. I went during the Covid-19 pandemic so I had to wait in my car until my appointment time which was fine. I was the first appointment of the day so there wasn’t really much of a wait once the office open. I went a bit early because it was my first time going to this place in case there were additional forms I needed to fill out other than what I previously sent through email. The office seemed nice and so were the staff. I very much recommend Dr. Parnell.

I’ve never liked going to the dentist (I don’t think anyone does), but Dr. Parsell and her team are absolutely amazing. They are very personable and I’ve never felt like a time slot to them. I’m always greeted by my name when I walk in! The front office staff, Gail (hopefully I spelled that right!) and Dr. Parsell have all been great and I will definitely continue coming here as long as I am close enough! I broke a tooth one night. It was most uncomfortable. The next day was Friday before a long holiday weekend. If the dentist had not been able to see me I would have had to manage the pain until the next Tuesday. Thankfully, your records were consistent with the calendering at Dr. Parsell’s office. They got me right in the next morning. This was my first experience scheduling ANY provider on line. Pleasantly surprised.
