We are lucky to have Passamano Orthodontics. They are professional, capable, punctual, friendly and honest. They are the ones who found out we had extra benefits and refunded me. They are the ones who left their thanksgiving dinner table to come to office just to resolve my daughter’s complaints. They referred us to a great surgeon so that my daughter did not have problems even with multiple extractions. From front desk to dentists, they alway make us feel comfortable and confident. TRULY AWESOME! 100 STARS BUT YELP MAXED ME OUT AT JUST 5!!!!! I can’t say enough about Passamano Orthodontics. I started going here about 2 years ago and they have been incredible from beginning to end. I’m finally done and on my retainer now and miss going to appointments and seeing everybody! The initial consultation was great- educational, informative, and very clear. They’re really flexible with schedules, and Grace is a delight to work with when it came to scheduling/insurance/payments. The entire staff for that matter is so friendly and welcoming, and I actually really enjoyed going to my orthodontist appointments as strange as that sounds! I don’t think I ever had to wait longer than 2 minutes for an appointment. They also recently renovated so the office looks super clean and contemporary.  They use the most technologically advanced (and probably really expensive) systems and software for scanning your teeth for the aligners, which means the procedures are quick, painless, and completely accurate. This is SUPER important! They’re pretty active on social media and have giveaways or contests once in a while with prizes. I actually was one of the winners of an Instagram contest last summer and received a $100 amazon gift card!!!! Does YOUR orthodontist do that?! I didn’t think so! Dr. Passamano is very passionate about his practice and his patients. He’s a terrific orthodontist who is really good at what he does. He has a great work ethic, doing his job with a smile, professionalism, and a terrific attitude. I appreciate how much of a perfectionist he was when it came to my teeth, and how he cares about results. Even though my case went on longer than it was supposed to (as all cases are different and my teeth were pretty stubborn), he still did whatever it took to fine tune the last details to make my teeth as perfect as possible.  There was so much attention to detail, and he really cares about his patient’s satisfaction. I’ve recommended several of my coworkers to Passamano Orthodontics and I’ll definitely be taking my kids one day when they’re older. I am so confident you will have the same awesome experience as me with braces or invisalign. They’re truly the best of the best!!!!!!!!!!

I took my twin boys to Dr.  Passamanos office almost 2 yrs ago.  I can’t tell you enough about their quality of work,  professionalism and the amazing office staff. So much so that the twins felt comfortable to go by themselves for appointments after school.  They were treated so nicely.  One of my boys was in football and every two weeks he had a broken wire or a loose bracket.  Every time the office worked him in and fixed his braces without making him feel bad.  In fact,  I trusted them so much that I hardly went to any appointments. Today my other son’s braces came off and his teeth look gorgeous. Thank you Dr.  Passamano Jr & Sr for the amazing service.  I just can’t say enough about this office. What a great experience!!

Final update. I’m scheduled to get my braces/invisalign off in a couple of days. As far as my experience of having work done here goes, it’s been pretty fantastic. My teeth look great. I always felt welcomed between the front desk staff to the ones in the back. I never felt like a number, and most importantly, when I felt I needed to be heard, they listened. One more thing, as far as appointments go, they’re really great about it. They don’t overbook. So you never have to wait long like I typically experience at other medical/dental offices. If you’re shopping around for an ortho, I highly recommend this place

Wow … I love having two Dr. Passamano’s work on my teeth.  I can’t believe the quality of care here.  Both Docs actually spend a lot of time analyzing and talking to me about my progress and goals. I’m so glad I chose an orthodontist for my Invisalign instead of a dentist.  My friend has Invisalign through his dentist and our experiences are completely different. And my teeth look excellent.  I need to change my profile photo now because my teeth look WAY BETTER than before.   Highly Recommend

Our experience with Dr. Passamano office is beyond amazing.  Front and back office team are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Office setting is very welcoming.  Nicely remodeling office with up-to-date technologies.  The office is spanking clean and organized.  Of course the father and son team Dr. James and Robert Passamano are excellent with kids.  They start the journey with a detailed thorough consultation for new patients about options, risk and benefits.  They answer all the questions  and evaluate the plan as they go to be sure that the plan are on track.  They don’t push patients in making decisions.  They take their time to answer all questions without rushing.  Front office staff Grace is super helpful, knowledgeable about insurance and very patient with all the questions.  Back office Debbie and Brittany are skillful and great at what they do.   The whole team treat patients like family.  Dr Passamano always engage patients in conversation and making the experience less stressful.  Highly recommended!

The staff here are extremely professional and caring. Dr. Passamano goes out of his way to ensure that you’re happy with your results. I signed up for invisalign through a referral from my regular dentist and Dr. Passamano gave me a thorough consultation and gave me choices on how I should proceed with my care. At the time I was going through several procedures involving a few different dental specialists involving a crack root, and root canal, and implant and he suggested different options on how we could proceed. He never rushed me in any way, was not pushy and genuinely cared about how to best save me time and money. He worked with my regular dentist, and specialists and consulted with them and even offered suggestions on how I could save money through all of the procedures. This kind of care is rare in todays world of trying to make a fast buck as though you were just a transaction. I felt Dr. Passamano and his son, Dr. Passamano, cared for me as a patient and a person under their care and looked out for me and my pocketbook as well. The front office and back office are all exceptional. The Dr. patient relationship is still alive at this office and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent attention to detail, patient, knowledgeable,friendly, and unquestionable outstanding people.  This applies to both Dr.’s Passamano and their wonderful staff.  I just completed 1.5 years of Invisalign, which was required since at age 50, my upper teeth were touching my bottom teeth and causing the enamel to wear away.  I was not thrilled at the prospect of braces, but am thrilled with the results.  In fact, I am so pleased that my daughter will be the next person who gets braces.  She has already had her consultation and felt very comfortable with the practice and the process.  Do not hesitate to become a patient of Passamano Orthodontics.  I highly recommend them

I was having  a lot of popping and a TMJ problem that was causing bad headaches and tightness of the jaw when I went to brush teeth in the morning. This was at the time I was already considering a treatment to realign my bottom teeth that over time had shifted after wisdom teeth were pulled. My long time dentist Dr. Rodger K. Uchizono recommended his buddies The Passamano’s down the road in Irvine. Like my dentist this father and son team- Dr. James and Robert Passamano are AMAZING professionals, PATIENT and VERY PERSONABLE!! With an aggressive Invisalign treatment the TMJ problem was corrected within a year and within three years I can now say I have beautiful & perfectly straight teeth again!! My treatment took  bit longer than planned because of a job relocation and (I admit) my perfectionist ways. BUT IT WAS WORTH IT- they were so nice to work with me and loaded me up with extra packets between trips. Dr. Robert was happy to work on the fine-tuning of my teeth until I was satisfied. In general, they work with you persistently and patiently until you are happy and they are pleased with the work that they did. So YES! I would have traveled any distance to see them and their staff. They are Elite Preferred Invisalign Providers with the Invisalign Teeth Scanner iOC Digital Impressions, their office and equipment are immaculate and the staff…I can’t say enough about them (I don’t want to single out anyone) they are all special! All so nice, patient and lovely and I will miss the fun chats we had every time I came in. BTW- my dentist said my teeth never looked more perfect! Pure love and respect to Passamano Orthodontics ! I highly recommend them and I will continue to sing their praises to others.

Both my daughters, ages 14 and 10, are patients of Passamano Orthodontics. When you choose Drs. Robert and James, you become part of their family! My oldest had some complications after her wisdom teeth were extracted, and Dr. Robert answered my email and sent me her panoramic x-rays on his day off. They go the extra mile for their patients. I have referred 2 of my neighbors to them, and after consults with other orthodontists, they both chose Passamano Orthodontics. Grace, Brittany, and Debbie always greet my girls with big smiles.
