I recently went into Dr. O’Connor’s office for a long overdue check-up/cleaning. I was truly impressed with the service I received. I have high anxiety when it comes to dentist offices and have tried several. I figured they were all the same and that it’s something you just have to deal with. Turns out there’s a world of difference when you find a great dentist. My entire experience was great and pain free. I really appreciated the genuine care and honesty of the staff. They break down every procedure and focus on getting your mouth healthy. I enjoyed my consultation with the dentist and hygienist who took the time to really talk to me and explain it all. I highly recommend this dentist and will share this rare find with everyone I know. FYI they also have TVs in their patient rooms!! You will not find another dentist or support team better than this!

Great Dentist, great staff, great office. Like most I have been going to the dentist for decades, and Dr. O’Connor is the first and only dentist I have never regretted visiting. In my opinion, he and his staff are very friendly and very honest and never try pushing dental work I don’t need. I had some work done to fill some cavities, and I felt nothing at all. He was also quick and efficient. His front staff are truly nice people and his assistants are awesome too.
I’m glad I decided to choose him as my dentist and I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough.

Everything with Dr. O’connor is a home run! He is the best dentist hands down that I have ever had. He fixed a gum problem I had for many years that nobody else could figure out and has done excellent work on my crowns and fillings. He also has a great personality and is a lot of fun to talk to. His staff is excellent and they put up with hours of cleaning coffee stains off my teeth with a smile. I have been seeing him for about 5 years now. My wife also sees him (well not that kind of seeing him or at least I hope not) for general dentistry – she had a serious case of the snaggle tooth. Dr. O’Connor set her up with Invisalign and within 3 months her teeth had changed dramatically, she is halfway through the treatment and her teeth look fantastic already. We both highly recommend him for Invisalign, general and cosmetic dentistry. They even have free coffee and a there is a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory next door, both of which will keep you a happy customer of Dr. O’Connor’s for years to come!

Dr. O’Connor and his staff are the absolute best!!! Since switching over to his office, I no longer dread going to the dentist. The Hygienists, Front Office Staff and assistants are always so friendly and go out of their way to make sure guests are treated with the utmost care and respect. Each treatment room is clean, completely private and includes a dedicated TV to help pass away the time. After a thorough cleaning and a report of zero cavities, it was time to address a cracked tooth and prep for a crown. Dr. O’Conner’s handy work is second to none. A great friend of mine referred me to see Dr. O’Connor. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and was feeling nervous about returning. Dr. O’Connor and all of his amazing staff made me feel welcomed, informed, at ease. Every staff member that I encountered (about five!), were incredibly warm and professional. They kindly accommodated me by giving me an early appointment in order for me to be at work on time. Jane was my hygienist was terrific, she made me feel comfortable and walked me through everything that she was doing. In addition, she answered every question that I had. A WORD FROM YOUR DOCTOR
Dr. O'Connor started this practice in 1979 in La Mirada after graduating from USC School of Dentistry. He practiced there for 13 years before moving to it's present location in La Habra. We've been practicing Family Dentistry with an emphasis on today's technology and yesterday's values. We started with PPO plans several years ago and continue to get the best coverage for our patients. We like to think of ourselves as the "non-clinic", one Doctor with one office. Dr. Patrick O'Connor, a native Californian, received his Bachelor of Arts in Biological Science from California State University at Fullerton in 1975. He graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from USC in 1979. He practiced in La Mirada for 13 years then moved his office down the street to it's present location where he has practiced since 1992. Dr. O'Connor believes in conservative, value based dental treatment with the emphasis on integrating the mouth with the rest of the head. Recent research has shown how destructive the lack of a good relationship of the mouth to the musculo-skeletal structures can become with aging. Dr. O'Connor regularly attends continuing education seminars and conferences to stay abreast of the latest techniques and their supporting research. Dr. O'Connor is married and has a son and a daughter. Both his children attended the University of Oregon. They enjoy water skiing, surfing, motorcycles, off-roading and RV camping.
