My children and I have been going to Dr. Koepke since he came to Tierrasanta. We have always had positive experiences, and if it’s possible to enjoy going to the dentist office, then we have “enjoyed” all the years of service from Dr. Koepke and his entire staff. As a military family I can say one of the hardest things about moving is finding a truly great dentist. We didn’t have to look far. Thank goodness for Dr. Koepke and his staff of friendly faces. If you are looking for a dentist who will hear you out, hygienist’s who are knowledgeable and gentle, and an overall impressive dentist office, look no further!

Curiously, This office received a call from Yelp asking to pay a package to do Ads and what not. When they refused and decided that patients would find this office on their own (word of mouth is a powerful tool). All of a sudden a bad, yet very descriptive, review appeared. The review by Anon Y is fraudulent and Yelp refused to remove it. Dr. Koepke is a wonderfully, honest dentist who will always be real and up front with you. From the service to the cost of services. He does what he can to help the patients. They are his number 1!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Koepke for about 8 years now, which is a testament to how much I like this place. The office is tucked away across from the fire station next to Farb Middle School. Parking is never an issue. Dr. Koepke is professional, yet accessible and friendly. Dentist’s offices can be a nerve wracking place with all of those tools that can pass for torture devices, but he’s very calm and patient. His office staff is also great! All of the ladies there are so friendly and great at what they do. They run an efficient office with their great management. They’ll text you to remind you of your appointment beforehand. I’m called in right away at my appointment time, which can sometimes be a bummer when I want to read one of their many magazines in the waiting room. The office is very clean and neat. I’ve also seen them update their equipment in the time that I’ve been going. They don’t try to sell you things you don’t need; they just take care of your teeth. I love everything about this office!

It’s hard to find a knowledgeable and honest dentist these days. Dr. Koepke and his staff are friendly, caring and committed to patient care. This is the reason my family and I will drive over 50 miles to continue our dental care with this office.

If you want a trusty dentist Dr Koepke is the best! He will tell you honestly what to fix or not unlike othet dentist all they want is to make money. I recommended Dr Koepke to my family and friends. I live in Chula Vista and I dont mind going all the way to Tierrasanta just to get seen. The staff are amazing! very helpfull and friendly. Highly recommended!!!

I’ve been coming to this office for about a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Koepke, Melissa and the rest of the cheerful staff! I had some filling replaced at my previous dentist and they had fallen out THREE TIMES in less than two years! Needless to say, I was in search of a competent dentist. I came to Dr. Koepke and he explained how a filling cant be “glued back in” like the last dentist kept trying to do. He also noticed several areas of concern with decay. It was almost like the previous dentist was purposely doing a horrible job to keep me coming back! Anyways, Dr. Koepke fixed the filling that kept falling out and cleared up any problem-prone teeth. I like the fact that he explains what he will do and doesn’t make things confusing with unfamiliar terms and complicated procedures. He also suggested using ACT Fluoride Mouthwash nightly to maintain good healthy teeth. I went back for my cleaning yesterday and the results were dramatically improved since my first visit last year. At my old dentist, a bi-annual cleaning was a 5 minute deal. Sit down, scratch a few teeth, floss and rinse out. Done! At this office you’re actually receiving a thorough cleaning! Melissa has done an awesome job and she gave me a sample toothpaste to repair enamel for maintenance. She also demonstrated the correct way to floss! I have been flossing every night but it isn’t effective if you aren’t doing it right! I appreciate all the help! Char and Danney are the two ladies in the front that greet you with a smile when you walk in. When I receive that appointment reminder phone call it’s always a sincere gesture to help you remember you are due for a visit. 5 Stars and Highly recommended!

Dr Koepke is the mom-and-pop dentist office that I had been longing for, the kind I went to when i was growing up, not the awful factories** dentist offices have become these days. First recommended to me by a coworker in response to my simple test question “would you recommend your dentist?” (most people say no!), I have now been going here for 4 years and have had nothing but great service from a friendly competent staff including Dr. Koepke himself who has a friendly reassuring confident manner that made me feel instantly in good hands from my first visit. I am happy to now myself have a great dentist to pass on the recommendation to anyone that asks. All around great dental practice of the type that is hard to find these days. **(Please see my other review of a dentist I would NOT recommend)

A patient for several years. Adult children now return to him for care. Professional attitude, competent staff. Dr Koepke explains what is needed and executes it well.
