I have been a long time patient of Dr. Kapec. The team at this office are friendly and professional. Dr. Kapec explains the dental procedures and what to expect. The medical records staff outlines the financial costs and assists with insurance and payment options. Dental visits can be anxiety producing. Dr. Kapec’s bedside manner helps to alleviate feelings of anxiety associated with visiting the dentist. The office setting is warm and inviting and always decorated with style and class.

Always warm and inviting and the staff does a great job. I had to get a filling and a new crown from an old root canal with another dentist and they worked with me to understand my costs and insurance payments to decide when would be best to tackle it. Please don’t let this practice not being on your insurance network stop you if you want good fit for service where people are up close and personal in your space. You have to feel comfortable which I have from day one. Dr Kapec and staff from front desk to back office are great. If you have questions you ask and you will receive and answer. They do a great job with cleanings, fillings and other services. Nickie always makes me feel comfortable. I was a bit apprehensive when a plastic contraption was inserted in my mouth for my protection, but after some calming thoughts and adjusting to the adjustment, I was fine. Dr. Kapec came in and made me smile, although I couldn’t! There is a comforting chemistry in the office as soon as you walk in. The overall procedure is not to be feared, but “smiled” at.

Met the office staff and Paula several weeks ago. Had a root canal done. Everyone did a wonderful job, but I really do not know who I was talking to because everyone was wearing a mask and all suited up with protective gear. Hopefully, sometime next year, I can be reintroduced to my dentist – When mask wearing will no longer be required as I would love to see what she and all the staff really look. We all had nice conversations about cats and dogs during my root canal procedure.
