I had another dentist put in a crown and make adjustments that messed up my bite, something I’ve never experienced before. He gave up trying to fix it and I tried 2 other dentists over 5 years before coming to Dr. Paulus. She is the only one who was patient and persistent enough to fix the problem. I started thinking I would never be able to comfortably close my mouth again, but I can thanks to Dr. Paulus. Her staff is wonderful too!

Not only do I have dental anxiety and sensitive teeth, I’m extremely hard to get numb. I’ve sat for two rounds of multiple fillings with Dr. Anita Paulus, and she has been nothing short of a saint. She’s incredibly patient and kind, but also works quickly and efficiently. I would recommend her to anyone with any dental anxiety or pain management issues. Thanks Dr. Paulus & staff!

Can’t say enough good things about the people at Paulus Dental / Paulus Orthodontics. The staff is always very polite and I’m usually in and out with no wait. Dr. Paulus is very courteous and professional. He knew me by name the second time I visited his office. The work he’s done to my teeth is remarkable. I recommend this place every opportunity I get.

I have nothing but positive feedback for Paulus Dental. We found Paulus Dental while searching for an orthodontist for my daughter to get braces. When I scheduled our first consultation, they were able to get me in that week. The second appointment, I called that morning as I was driving in to work, and they were able to schedule us that afternoon! Shaunda was such a delight and she greeted us with a smile and a hello as soon as we walked into the door, which is the first thing that I determine when making our choice, the customer service. She was so informative of everything I needed to know, I didn’t have to ask any questions at all. She worked with me on a payment plan, we worked out 3 different options, which made me really happy! During the consultation, Dr. Paulus told us everything he was going to do and the timeline of it and it was to the point and we were done. Very nice. We waited less than 5 minutes in our first appointment and then there was no wait on our 2nd. Love this place! I’m so glad we chose Paulus Dental!

I had a dentist totally mess up my bite and he could not correct it. I went to 2 other dentists who also could not figure it out and gave up. Then I came to Dr. Paulus and with her patience, persistence, and a couple of crowns, she was able to align my bite. I no longer deal with teeth that hurt or constant tension in my jaw. Her staff is wonderful, too!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr.Antia Paulus & Dr.William Paulus and their entire staff. I have never been to ANY dental office or medical practice in my life that has made me feel so at home. The most I ever waited was 2 minutes in the waiting room. Everyone is incredibly friendly. i give this office two thumbs up!!

As someone who suffers from extreme anxiety about dental visits I must say that Dr Anita Paulus and her staff are awesome. They are personable, friendly and very caring. She immediate puts you at ease, and does everything in her power to make sure you’re comfortable and pain free. If you’re looking for a dentist that really cares, Dr Paulus is the one for you.

Upon entering the office, two people were on their computers, but didn’t acknowledge me, so I waited & was about to ask either of them if I needed to sign in, but then suddenly a lady came from around the corner, who turned out to be the Receptionist, acknowledged me politely & showed me good customer service. I feel that anyone who works in an establishment should welcome all who come thru the doors. They represent the company they work for & the customers keep them employed. Treat people the way you want to be treated. First impressions is everything, & although I was a little annoyed at first, I went ahead with my appointment & was treated professionally by the dentist & her assistant. I appreciate that. �

Dr. Paulus is one of the best dentist I have seen. She is comforting & patient. She provides lots of infortmation about whatever procedure you’re getting done! She has several different payment options & is more than willing too work with you financially. (She accepts some insurance.) I got an extraction done when I seen her. She made sure I was completely numb before starting my procedure, stopped if I felt anything besides pressure & finished quickly. Afterwards she uplifted my spirits with positive comments & made sure I was comfortable before she left out. I’m 18 weeks pregnant & she is who my OBGYN recommended. I will definitely be going back if need be! Overall my first experience was awesome! Staff is great & super helpful as well!

Dr. Anita Paulus and her staff are the reason why my husband and I keep coming back. Recently, I needed a pre-molar in the top right quadrant extracted — and, holy moley I do not wish that on my worst enemy! But! For such a terrifying experience, Dr. Anita Paulus made it 100% pain free (she of course couldn’t do anything about the sound of the tools and the sound of the tooth — per my husband’s advice, and Dr. Anita Paulus’ encouragement, bring music and headphones LOL). In addition to her great skills, my favorite thing about Dr. Anita Paulus is she takes the time to explain everything: the procedure, multiple treatment options, the best option in her opinion, and she respects your decisions based upon your finances. And to add on, the office visit prior to my most recent one was for an onlay, and that was a very impressive job, too! My molar (in bottom left quadrant) looked like a swimming pool after Dr. Anita Paulus removed the decay in the middle and she fitted the permanent onlay perfectly. There was minor pain for a couple of days, understandably because that poor tooth took a beating, but the sensitivity was gone by the first week and now it is life-changing that I can eat on the left side of my mouth again! Thank you Dr. Anita Paulus and staff. I shall be seeing you soon for my flipper! 🙂

I have been going to Dr. Paulus for almost 8 years. It started when I was in 8th grade and he put on my braces and I saw him at least once a month for two years. He has always been so kind and a great orthodontist. If something is uncomfortable with your braces or retainer he actually listens and will fix it (if he can, sometimes your teeth need and extra push!). His staff has ALWAYS been so friendly and professional all 8 years. I now live and San Diego and have broken my retainer twice since moving and I will only go to him to have it fixed. He is THAT good.

Dr. Paulus is an amazing dentist. She is the ultimate professional and I trust her implicitly. She is gentle, quick and very thorough. I never have to wait and her staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Paulus for any dental issues.

A truly awesome dental team! A while ago when still living in Fort Worth had an after hours dental emergency. That day had some really yummy popcorn but one little fragment somehow into my gum. After only a few hours there was extensive swelling and pulsating on the left side of my face. Contacted Dr. Anita Paulus and she told me to come in ASAP. She did extensive work including a crown. I was truly a hurt “puppy”! Thank you for your awesome customer service!

on may 20th I called the office due to a chip in a crown, the staff immediately saw me and placed a temp on. Today I returned and with fast and efficient service, they again took care of me. I love, the love and attention I received and the feeling of family when I walk in each and every time.

Dr. Paulus and her staff have been outstanding. They immediately put me at ease and went above and beyond to help me understand the process of my dental treatment. As a young girl, I was in an accident that caused severe damage to many of my front teeth.
