Today was my first time here and I have one word that will say it all! Absolutely OUTSTANDING! Dentist was very attentive to my needs making sure I was comfortable, he was very patient and I need that due to the fact that I can be a bit of a pain in the rear end! No matter how many times I complained he new how to put me at ease! The back office girl sweetest thing! The front she said something that I don’t think anyone has ever said to me! I explained my financial problem sort of speak and she said she treats everyone the way she hopes to be treated. I think that says plenty of how this office is going to be! They care about there patients not the $$$$! I recommend this office to everyone out there! I am beyond happy and satisfied! Thank you Pearl Dentistry

I rarely write reviews, but I feel like this dental office deserves my time. I have had terrible experience with my previous dental treatments and they said I have so called “dentalphobia”.  I came to Dr. Lu from the recommendation of my friend. I will say she cured not only my tooth problems, but also my “dentalphobia”.   The ladies in the front desk  are welcoming and the assistants are attentive and sweet. Dr. Lu is super gentle and she explains every details with patience and answers all my questions and concerns. They showed you your digital x rays, intra-oral pictures, and educational videos, so that you understand things thoroughly.  Unlike other dental offices, they are very considerate and patient, and you feel like everybody there is determined to make you have a great experience. I have recommended this office to my family members and all my friends.

I’ve been going to Dr. Lu for years. Dr. Lu’s entire staff is professional and friendly. Laurdes at the front desk always picks up the phone with energy and enthusiasm and a smile and it just brightens your day to hear her familar voice and she’s very caring. I trust Dr. Lu and her knowledge and expertise and that she has her patient’s best interest at heart. She also speaks English and Mandarin perfectly, which has helped tremendously when I bring my mom in to see her (no longer do I have to be the translater and they have good rapport… Dr. Lu has a sweet nature and very likable personality) I believe she also has staff fluent in Spanish which I imagine is very helpful. The location is next to Tokyo Central (a Japanese grocery store) and the post office and 24 hour fitness. I will reccomend Dr. Lu to anyone looking for a good dentist.

Dr. Lu is an awesome cosmetic dentist! I went in for a veneer consultation for my upper front teeth. Dr. Lu did a smile study analysis with me about my teeth shade, shape and alignment. She is really informative and explained to me about all my options and benefit/risks of each option. We decided that we are going to do 8 veneers for the top teeth with some shape modifications then the assistant took impression for the wax up. My experience was awesome because Dr. Lu understand my main concern and she make sure that I got the results I wanted! I feel so much confident with my smile now because of the new shade and new shape and alignment. I also did the teeth whitening for the bottom teeth to match the color.  She also has a great team who are very caring and professional to their patients.  Highly recommend Pearl Dentistry for veneers and other cosmetic procedures

I’ve been taking my mom to see Dr. Lu since the beginning.  Dr. Lu takes great care of my mom and her staff is professional and courteous. The facility is clean and cozy. The tools they have seem newer and high tech (cameras that can show very clearly on the monitor where the issues are). I can go to the Japanese grocery store next door (formerly Marukai) while waiting for my mom. Dr. Lu speaks perfect Mandarin Chinese, which is important for my mom whose English is limited. She cares about her clients and patiently explains things whether in English to me or in Mandarin to my mom. The costs are reasonable. Pearl Dentistry is easy to find with very good signage and convenient location. Not surprised Dr. Lu already has this many great reviews. I recommended Dr. Lu to anyone searching for a trustworthy dentist!

This review is for Dr, Lu. My wife’s tooth filling fall off one night and some nerve was exposed. She experienced constant sharp pain and could not sleep that night. We called the office Dr. Lu was able to squeeze us in the next day.  Dr. Lu really did a great job on the filling. My wife usually needs to re-patch her cavity filling every year because either the filling falls off or becomes unstable. Dr. Lu’s filling lasted since 2015!  My wife got a couple dental check ups in Taiwan and the dentists there said the filling is holding really well and does not need to be replaced. Really amazing. Price is reasonable with such professional health care. Highly recommended!

Dr. Lu and her team have been great. I have been attempting for a year to find a dental group to provide treatment for my 4 yr old son. I was referred to Pearl Dentistry and I am very happy with the services my son received. I hope to bring my daughter eventually. My son needed to be sedated and her wonderful team helped put me at ease as much as humanly possible. She was conservative with her treatment and I am very thankful for that. Lourdes assisted with pre approval through the insurance process and provided updates. I felt like they valued my business, but most importantly my child.

Dr Yuki and her team are awesome! They are always friendly and accommodating every time I visit. Before coming here, I dreaded going in for teeth cleaning because I’ve had unpleasant experiences in the past. Here at Pearl Dentistry, they do their best to make you feel comfortable during your appointments. Dr Yuki has excellent chair-side manners: she is attentive to my concerns and has gentle, precise handwork. She even gave me advice (and a free sample) of dental floss which would be best for my problem areas. Thank you Dr Yuki and her wonderful team.

These guys are ridiculous. I seriously loved them. Of the different dentists I called to get a rough pricing estimate, I got 2 impacted wisdom teeth removed + X-Rays, exam and follow up visit for less than the other dentists were quoting just to remove 1! I had an infection due to what turned out to be an impacted wisdom tooth. I called 4 different places and the appointments were about 5 days out in average (3 days to 1 week). Pearl scheduled me for the next day at 1130 and they were true to their appointment (not waiting longer than 5 minutes with new patient paperwork). Reception is amazing, and their dental assistants are funny and down to earth (Played pandora for me while I waited). Their staff really makes this place a gem. That first day I got a free X-ray and exam, and a prescription to manage the pain and antibiotics for the infection. No out of pocket, and I was feeling better by the next day (4 dollar generic prescriptions at target!) The following Monday (once the infection was better) I saw the surgeon (again, no wait time) and was done with two impacted extractions within the hour. I just left my final check up, and was done within ten minutes. I’m recommending these guys to everyone I know. The team is so accommodating and friendly, and the pricing is so reasonable.

Great Drs visit!!! Dr Lu is so nice n so professional! She is also very detail oriented and also a perfectionist (which I love)! Also the girls that work there r so nice!! Alex was my assistant she was great!! She explained to me everything that she was going to do, step by step.. Also the treatment coordinator explained to me my benefits from my insurance n since I didn’t have no insurance before I thought I was going to pay a fortune!! But of course that didn’t happen!! I’m so happy for my dental work that was done n I will be bringing my whole family here!! Highly recommend this place n for those afraid of dentist come here!!! I finally face my dental fear n now nothing can face me thank you Dr Lu and wonderful staff!!! U guys rock!!
