I think I’ve been with Dr. Zadeh now for three years, and felt it was time to update my last 5-star review with…another 5-star review. When I first went in to see Dr. Zadeh I was coming to her from a bad experience and had taken (dare I say) a few years away from the dentist chair. Well first and foremost, lets just get this out of the way: the fear is gone and now there is actual comfort if not down right enthusiasm as I head in to the dentists’ office. I don’t want to gloss over the very important aspect of being comfortable when one goes in to see the dentist, but I do want to focus in on the more important aspect for me: dental health. Since my first visit to my latest, my gums have shown a resurgence in color, strength and with that comes confidence in my smile. Dr. Zadeh’s office helped me re-learn how to be a true participant in my own oral hygiene and not just relying on intermittent office visits. Without any hesitation, I fully recommend Dr. Zadeh (and have to friends and family). Dr. Zadeh and her office are hands down the best dental experience of my adult life.

Several years ago I did extensive research to find a holistic dentist, and I’m so excited to have found Dr. Zadeh who is the most knowledgeable, talented, GENTLE, thoughtful, and caring dentist I’ve ever had; plus she’s a lovely, kind person. Dr. Zadeh is THE BEST, and so is her entire efficient team who all genuinely care about their patients. During a checkup, Dr. Zadeh considers your overall health and not only examines your teeth and mouth, but also your neck/thyroid and other areas. Importantly, Dr. Zadeh is a perfectionist and wants your teeth to look as good as you do. Dr. Zadeh does not take insurance, but her office promptly submits invoices to your insurance company on your behalf for insurance reimbursement (to you, the patient). I feel grateful to have found such a wonderful dentist.

I came to Dr. Pearl Zadeh after my previous dentist did less than stellar work and paid for it in many ways – cheap is not necessarily better, especially since you will need these chompers for the rest of your good life. Pearl fixed all my issues over time and now it’s about maintenance and I appreciate that she is ahead of the curve on holistic dental work which was an important criteria for me. The staff is fantastic and always present a convivial environment. You might even get an even bigger smile from office manager Sharon, if a box of specialty donuts arrive along with your visit.

I could write a book about the beautiful humans who make up Dr Pearl Zadeh, DDS. I came to Dr Zadeh 7 years ago in desperate need of proper, healthy and loving dental care. Over the past seven years, this office has never let me down – even during the most difficult bumps in the road. Always encouraging and supportive, I trust Dr Zadeh and her wonderful staff with my overall health. I’m writing an updated review because today was just another positive day in the dental chair… I had a lower onlay that chipped and needed to be removed and rebuilt. Sharon & Leslie offered me an early appointment to ensure my problem was resolved in a timely manner. The care and bedside manner I received today from Dr Zadeh and Jesus were beyond top notch. Dr Zadeh is truly one of a kind. She’s extremely thorough, clear, efficient, has a professional and “let’s get this thing done” attitude, all with a smile and genuine care. I came in needing 5 onlays and the equipment and software she uses made it so simple and easy to see what she was talking about. She took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions so I could make an informed decision. Payment plans are offered and the thing I love most about going to the dentist now is laying under a soft blanket with my favorite music on ear buds and sunglasses, all provided by Dr Zadeh! Dr. Pearl is personable and knowledgeable. Her staff has helped me prevent dental problems that were well on their way. I had been going to a experienced dentist who retired, and then he sent me to someone else before I found Dr. Pearl. Through my research I found I had many problems that were not attended to. They are all now being addressed and future problems prevented. I highly recommend her and the hygienists in her office are extremely thourough. Wow! If you need an amazing dentist…. My dentist of 20 years retired. I gave the new owners of the practice a year, and I was not impressed. The next 18 months, I tried two other dentists and they were equally poor. Finally someone recommended Dr. Pearl Zadeh, who is right in Woodland Hills. She is a holistic dentist, highly skilled and a truly caring person. And the best part is, my former hygenist, Kathleen works there now! Dr. Zadeh is replacing two crowns that had seen better days and putting a veneer a the front tooth that was cracked. When she gives you a shot, it is truly painless! Today she came in her office at 8 AM on a Saturday just to put my permanent veneer on, so that I would look nice for my birthday dinner tonight. Not only was she there, but also a staff member, and she had arranged for the ceramist to be there, at her expense, so that he could adjust and tweak the veneer until it was perfect. I was in the chair three hours and 15 minutes before all three of them felt that it was perfect. On their day off! I have found a dentist I will use for the rest of my life. I had some problems with some unethical dealings with the office manager at my previous dentist so I was a little skeptical. The other reviews are very true in my opinion. I’m 69 years old and have been to a lot of dentists over the years. The fact that I am willing to drive over 140 miles one way to have my dental work done by Dr. Zadeh and her amazing staff should give you an idea of how highly I value their work. On my first visit to her office I informed them that I had just recently had my teeth cleaned by my local dentist. The staff took the time to take photographs of my teeth and show me where there were still stains that were missed by the cleaning. After they cleaned my teeth and showed me the follow-up photos, I was convinced this was not the usual dental care group. My desire to find a bio-compatible dentist is what brought me to Dr. Zadeh’s office in the first place. The excellent work and willingness to explain the why’s and how’s of what they do (I’m a retired biology teacher and ask a lot of questions) is what keeps me coming back…..well, that and the friendly, accommodating staff (they’re awesome!)…

Dr. Zadeh is the best there is! She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable and wont let anything go unnoticed, she also gives amazing referrals when needed. I went in to see her due to a previous horror story of a dentist and she was able to help fix all the damage my last dentist did. She was also able to catch things that where not caught by my other worthless dentist. I had extreme jaw pain and she referred me to Dr. Demerjian who saved my jaw. Dr Zadeh will explain everything she does to you and keep you informed. You really feel taken care of. Her staff is top notch and Heather who runs the front is so knowledgeable, so helpful and so on top of it, she is one of a kind and Dr. Zadeh is lucky to have her. All the assistants are the best and you feel like you are in great hands no matter who is working with you Dr. Zadeh is the Ferrari of dentists and if you are wise you will make her yours!

I have had my share of dental experiences having had a couple of teeth removed and braces in my 30’s. Dr. Zadeh’s office is so warm, filled with polite and knowledgable staff members. From the gentle hygienist to the even more gentile but very precise Dr. Zadeh, to the advanced x-ray machine the office is a great experience. I was taken in on time, which is rare for any doctors office and I was taken care of completely. I love her refreshing and healthy aim to dentistry and how she has every detail covered to make sure the experience to her patients is whole and wonderful! We’ve been coming to Dr. Zadeh for over a decade and live a distance away–the drive is 1 hour 20 minutes. Totally worth it–wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. I trust Dr. Zadeh and am glad to find a dentist who wants to do things in the least toxic way and looks for the best routes to health. We see her as more than just a dentist–she’s part of our health team. The hygenist, Kathleen, has taught me so much about how to take care of my teeth. I take her suggestions and try them out at home and have seen a dramatic drop in the need for dental work. The rest of the staff is also competent and they CARE! We shouldn’t be surprised at this but what is surprising is that there are healthcare people out there that don’t seem to care. I am one of those people that stops breathing the night before i have to go to the dentist and doesn’t start breathing again till i walk out of the office. . i am proud to say this will never be the case again!! Today i had the best dental experience of my life!! Lets face it, laying down with your mouth wide open while someone is poking around with a sharp tool or even a drill is a very uncomfortable and vulnerable position to be in. That is why most of the time I avoid going to the dentist, especially because most lack sympathy for the suffering of others and even get annoyed when you admit to being scared or in pain. Those days are over for me! Dr. Zadeh immideately treated me like I was her only patient in her world! She was so warm, gentle, understanding, professional, detailed, organized and compassionate. My overall experience was really good. The staff and Dr. Zadeh were patient and kind. The only part that I was not as happy with was toward the end of the session when a treatment plan was written up; I felt like it wasn’t explained to me well enough. I think the next client came in, and at that point I was rushed out. While checking out, I had to ask for the paper with my treatment plan. There was very little explanation of what they were or what the next steps would be or why. However, other than that last part of not getting enough direction and explanation on the treatment plan, my experience with this dental office was fantastic. I have dental office anxiety and panic attack issues, and the staff and doctor seem to know how to calm you down. I will certainly continue my treatment with them.

Sometimes she has to make difficult choices and my experience so far has shown me that she does what is best of the patient and not always what may be best for herself. Having been a patient for a few years, I have undergone a variety of procedures (mercury amalgam removal, crowns, etc.) and believe that the internet search that led me here was providential! Dr. Pearl is named appropriately: gleaming, bright and worthwhile. Her support staff is friendly, attentive and ready to respond to all inquiries, including the occasional call for help if something isn’t just right. Flexible appointment scheduling, including some Saturdays, has been invaluable in avoiding the legendary LA traffic, particularly as my drive is 30 miles to the dental office. Dr. Pearl has taken an obvious personal interest in my well-being and my wife’s, who is currently undergoing an extensive restoration process; culminating in a series of sorely needed implants. She did a fantastic job on my dental revision. removing mercury fillings and replacing faulty composite fillings done by previous dentists. She is really excellent, thorough, and has a gentle touch. Comfortable, calming, educational. I went to Dr.Pearl as a new patient. I, like everyone else have had not so great dental experiences. My new patient consult was 90 min or longer She didnt rush me. We went over all my needs one by one She educated me on traditional dentistry and a newer biologic approach to all my work. She told me about materials of composites and crowns. After reviewing the pros and cons of different materials I was the one that picked what I wanted in my mouth. I had never been given options before. She explained my my teeth looked flat, benefits of night gaurd. I was also educated on the safe removal protocol and what to expect, She gave me referrals to a nutritionist and naturopathic doctor to get tested for the dental materials that I personally selected to be placed. After Heather her office manager reviewed the fees. Heather had already called my insurance for me and got my benefits, even though they dont take it as primary payment. She told me what they will cover and what I will be out of pocket for. They just made the whole experience EASY. Not much is easy in the dental world and I liked being educated on all of it. I would highly recommend their office. Clean, inviting, coffee/tea, all the technology I was expecting to see!!!!
