Thank you Dr. Jennifer and her team! I went through a whole treatment with root canal, cleaning, and filling. After the initial visit, Peter went through my insurance coverage and proposed a treatment plan that takes advantage of my insurance. Dr. Jennifer is very funny and friendly. She is also super efficient and makes my appointment extremely enjoyable!

Massage chair + Netflix + thorough Dentist = couldn’t really ask for more when getting my teeth cleaned & examined. My appointment felt more like a trip to the spa than anything else. Dr. Jennifer is thorough in her examinations, she found early stage cavities which were overlooked by my previous dentist, gave me the dumb downed explanations of all my teeth issues which alleviated a lot my worries, and took the effort to suggest preventive care that could reduce future cavities, having a sweet tooth sucks. If you need a transportation, they provide free Uber rides (dtla area only) via uberHealth, just let them know where you need to get picked up. Also, New patient sign-up was a breeze, just schedule an appointment on their site, then fill out patient forms (forms are filled online thank god). You can email or call them to verify your dental insurance is accepted. Getting to the clinic itself is a bit tricky if you’re new to how downtown buildings work, the entrance to the upper floors is to the left side of the building past the bank, you’ll see rotating & automatic doors. Once you enter to the right just tell the front desk you have an appointment at Pearlique. They’ll key you up to the 7th floor for office # 750 which is the 1st door you see on the right side of the fork after getting off the elevator. All in all, if you’re looking for a new dentist or just moved to DTLA recently like I did. You won’t regret going to Pearlique 😀

Staff is friendly, place is clean and up to the modern dental era. Everyone from the Doctor to the RDA, Dental hygienist, to the assistant were very friendly and accommodating. There was no pressure for me to do anything I didn’t want to do like it happens in many other dental offices. Very convenient location for downtown LA. Oh and the doctor is pretty hot. Also, the Dental Hygienist is into cars like i am so it made for a very pleasant convo. I think I’ve found a dentist I’m going to stick with from now on

10/10 experience with Dr. Jennifer and her staff. I filled out the new patient paperwork online prior to my appointment. The office is very modern, clean and I felt welcomed. The equipment for the x-rays was up to date and I was amazed of how quickly it was appearing on the screen behind me right after each x-ray was taken. The chair had a massager & I had the option for Netflix, WOW I was impressed. I was always asked if I was comfortable and okay, which I appreciated that the staff & Dr. Jennifer were so patient. Dr. Jennifer was amazing. She’s so knowledgeable about overall care for my teeth and my cleaning was great! Definitely recommending my friends and family because everyone should have an amazing experience at the dentist! 🙂 THANK YOU

So happy to find a good dentist that I really like and enjoy the experience in DTLA. Dr. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and being patience and detail oriented. Peter is very friendly and let me know all the pricing and being very transparency. All the staff are nice and give me the best experience. If you’re in DTLA area, Pearlique will be the best dentist choice for sure!!!!

Dr. Nguyen and her staff are exceptional. After having moved to Los Angeles recently, I was a bit apprehensive about finding a new dentist. It’s not an easy decision, finding the right oral care specialist. Lucky for me, a new dental practice had just opened up next door. The whole experience from start to finish is outstanding. They really make you feel at ease (this coming from someone with SEVERE dental phobia) and do not rush through anything. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Nguyen and it is refreshing to have a dentist who does not push you to have unnecessary work done (not that I would know what is necessary or not, but if it isn’t required, she won’t recommend it). Definitely staying put as long as I’m in LA. Bonus points for the TVs hanging above you while you get those cavities filled so you can catch up on Stranger Things or whatever else is currently at the top of your list

Dr. Nguyen is a fantastic dentist that I would recommend to anyone in downtown Los Angeles. PEARLIQUE is incredibly conveniently located, with a modern office, friendly staff, and heavily qualified practitioners that makes you feel at ease and comfortable in a place that would typically produce anxiety. A great experience from beginning to end!

Dr. Jennifer and the Pearlique team provides an unmatched dental experience. Not only do they get the core “dental” things right (ie fast and thorough cleanings, straightforward advice, etc…), but they have thought of all the details to help enhance and make your visit one of the best. Need a ride to the dentist? Pearlique will get you an uber to their office and back to your office / home. Bored by long dental procedures? Pearlique has screens that let you watch netflix as you are being worked on. From scheduling appointments online to receiving text message reminders they have thought of all the right things to make going to dentist a joy (rather than a pain!)

First let’s start with the aesthetics of the office which are amazing! But more importantly, the office staff was extremely professional and very informative. Dr. Nguyen as well as her staff were attentive to my teeth and suggested hygiene and dental plans that would be best suited for me! Definitely a positive experience!

This is one of the BEST dental experiences I’ve had. 1. Staff is very friendly and professional. 2. New office with high tech equipment. 3. Dental Hygienist is very professional. I don’t feel any pain and happy with the result. 4. The equipment for the x-rays was up to date and I was amazed of how quickly it was appearing on the screen. 5. Dr. Jennifer is very knowledgable and does not push you to have unnecessary work done. (i’m more aggressive then Dr.) 6. Mr. Peter goes through pricing with me. it was pretty detailed and transparency. The pricing is reasonable and affordable. I totally trust this team and already scheduled my next visiting. All in all, I highly recommend the team at Pearlique, especially for anyone who lives and/or works in the DTLA area

Fantastic. Does your dentist have Netflix? Because this one does. Really great service. Dr. Jennifer has a really easy going manner and I didn’t feel guilt tripped into doing unnecessary procedures (like my old dentist). She has a gentle touch and my teeth felt great. Best compliment I can make is that it didn’t feel like going to the dentist. I wish I’d come here sooner. I’ll be back for sure

A comfortable experience… Normally when I go to the dentist I dread it because in my experience it hasn’t been pleasant at all. Either the dentist is grinding away at my teeth with one of those metal picks or I’m staring out the window listening to the super sonic cleaning machine as it goes to work on me. This was entirely different. I entered the dental room and was excited that they had TV’s and headphones to distract me from being in a dental office. I was even more excited when the chair started massaging me! Awesome. After the thrill of being comfortable and content in a dental office slightly wore off, I was really happy with how smoothly the entire visit went. I barely noticed as Dr Jennifer Nguyen completed the entire dental cleaning

I’ve tried many dentists but have struggled finding quality care until now. Dr. Jennifer is very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. She explains everything she is doing, answers all questions, and does not rush her time with you. Her team is also knowledgeable and attentive. Peter, the manager, made it very easy for me to understand what my insurance covered. 5 stars

Dr. Jennifer has been the best dentist I have ever gone to from San Diego to OC to LA. She is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and does not simply rush you through the appointment. From a dental standpoint, her team clearly explains each step of the cleaning and exam process and are thorough and efficient in their performance. She additionally answers questions about service offerings and provides recommendations without being sales-y or high pressure. If you care enough about your teeth to get regular cleanings, I’d strongly recommend going to Pearlique as they will do that AND probably be able to point things out that your previous dentists never noticed or knew to mention

This has been the best dental experience I’ve had thus far in my 30 years of getting my teeth cleaned. I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes before I was already back in my private suite getting my x rays. The equipment is state of the art, not to mention the automated massage chairs you sit in during the entire process. Everyone was extremely friendly and talked me through the entire process. All of my questioned were answered and they even asked their own to get to know me as their patient. Plus the free teeth whitening tray made my day! Afterwards I was given a summary of their finding from my x-rays and they did not try to sell me on some unnecessary deep gum cleaning or other nonsense that other dental offices tried in my past. I walked out the door without paying any additional money for once! Thank you for such a great, top of the line, memorable experience! I will definitely return!

I am one of those people who go to a dentist every time because I never feel comfortable during the appointments. After coming to Dr. Jennifer’s office I will no longer be moving dentists. I went in for a teeth cleaning and overall exam. She made me feel comfortable the whole time and gave several pointers on how I can continue to keep my teeth healthy and strong. Afterwards, Peter went over what my insurance covers and how much I would be expected to pay for other services in the future. Highly recommend Pearlique if you are looking for a dentist in DTLA!

I would have never imagined enjoying my trips to the dentist as much as I do now 🙂 Saw Pearlique’s grand opening flyer at the front desk of my apartment and I took it as a sign that I needed to schedule a cleaning. I’m shy about my teeth and have mastered the art of smiling with my mouth closed. My teeth aren’t horrendous, but they’re not as straight or white as I would like them. I was a bit nervous the morning of my appointment, but the staff was so welcoming and friendly when I got there that I instantly felt comfortable. Peter helped me fill out the new patient forms and then took me to my suite. I came early for my appointment, but instead of keeping me waiting in the front, they took me to my room, turned on the massage function on the chair, handed me a blanket, noise canceling headphones, and turned on Netflix for me! I was so impressed. Dr. Jennifer is amazing. She introduced herself, we chatted a bit, and then she started the cleaning right away. This was the best cleaning I’ve ever had. It was painless, quick, and thorough. I keep up with my dental hygiene at home, but the before and after cleaning was noticeable. Also, their assistant, Heidi, is the absolute sweetest! My experience was so enjoyable that I decided to schedule an appointment next week to start invisalign and get a whitening treatment. The Pearlique team is the best. Everyone is professional yet personable, and I can tell that they genuinely care for their patients. I’ve only met them once, but they feel like lifelong friends hahaha.. Feeling thankful that I found Pearlique and excited for my teeth transformation with this team! yay!

This is the most comfortable dental office in a super convenient location in DTLA. I watched the last episode of Stranger Things while the Dental Hygienist did her thing. Afterwards, they took the time to go over everything in detail with me and ensured that I knew the proper technique to floss since I was never convinced that I needed to until their thorough explanation. Very glad I found this place and will definitely be my new dental office going forward!

I followed Dr. Jennifer over from El Segundo to her new office as I’m very particular about my dentist and I work in downtown quite a bit. The new office looks stunning with all the latest equipment. Dr. Jennifer has always done an amazing job of making a dentist appointment feel like a pleasant experience. She is honest and professional and also warm and kind and her staff made me feel welcome
