I hate going to the dentist, at least I did!  Dr. Stokes and her staff help me decrease my anxiety about dental work.  I hate to admit it but I actually look forward to going in for my regular teeth cleaning.  Great staff! Great office……I recommend this office for your dental needs.

Dr.Stokes and her staff are very professional and kind. Their judgment is sound and based on truth. I certainly appreciate their professional demeanor and consideration they offer their patients. They really DO have your best interests at heart and will do everything they can for a positive outcome. A rare find in todays business and medical world. I highly recommend this practice as a reliable resource for dental care.

I had the same dentist for over 20 years. She moved to Springfield and I followed her. She sold her practice and I stayed with the new dentist. He sold and I decided to make a change. I know Dr Stokes through Lane Leaders. I had my first appointment Tuesday and knew I was in the right practice. I felt comfortable right away and had the most fun one can have going to the dentist! I got a bad toothache over a holiday weekend, and the Pearly Whites office was closed the next full week for vacation. No problem! Dr. Stokes called me back right away and made sure it wasn’t a full-on emergency. She fit me in the first day they were back and took good care of me, thoroughly inspecting the problem area and clearly explaining the options. It’s comforting and reassuring to know they care.

My last appointment for a cleaning was scheduled for mid-March, and of course it got canceled. Yesterday, I went for the first time since the pandemic started. The experience was top notch, as I would have expected from Pearly Whites. They are always professional, and they’ve made some changes to make the experience as safe as possible. There is all new equipment that reduces the possibility of any spraying. The staff are wearing more PPE. I felt very safe and well taken care of. I highly recommend Pearly Whites!

I have reviewed Pearly Whites before, but since I keep going back and getting great results I thought I’d share that–the dental hygienist Deb is fabulous. Kind, considerate and great with teeth sensitivity. I also like her scientific approach and her focus on educating me on the latest research in teeth and gum care for health and longevity.

Staff seem very professional, yet personal, relaxed and upbeat. Intake forms can be filled out online and were referenced during the initial exam. Exam was probably the most thorough I’ve ever had. All of the work including the initial cleaning was gentle and meticulous. Also, all of the staff is very communicative, which is a major plus.

My whole family and I are forever fans of pearly whites. From Carolyn’s professional scheduling and reception, to the whole hygiene team’s cleaning and checkups, to Doctor Stokes herself, each and every one are the consummate kind, caring, and expert professionals. Thank you Pearly Whites! And welcome new hygienists Annie and Matt! Thank you for a wonderful experience this morning.

I hate going to the dentist.  In fact I didn’t bother to go for about 25 years.  Then I found Dr. Stokes and as anxious as I was to go for the first time, I hate to say it, but I was ok from the experience.  In fact, I went back, voluntarily for more care.  The staff is wonderful, and really the experience was not as bad as I make it out to be.  The best part, I got to watch netflix while they worked on my teeth.  This completely distracted me.  The only thing I was upset with is that it was all over before my show finished, so now I have to go back to finish watching it.  I have referred my family in for care with Dr. Stokes and I have referred other people as well.  Despite my being a baby with seeing the Dentist, I can honestly say it really was a good experience.  That’s why I am going back for more..

Amazing every part from going in to make an appointment to the time I left. Feeling like every one from the lady at the front desk who helped so much with the forms and getting old x-rays from another place, then the day of my appointment which I will add that I am shaking all over and feeling like I am going to be sick as the word dentist does the to me!!! The dentist assistant was the best she was so kind and Caring even when I was crying she was so sweet and telling me you are doing just fine just take your time everything is fine you are doing great. And now to that lady dentist Josephine Stokes made me feel like she had all day to sit and talk and explained everything to me was like no hurry, went above and beyond anything I could ever or ever had experience. Starting with Carolyn and progressing through Dr. Stokes, everyone involved with my dental care here is knowledgeable, well spoken, very well trained, highly skilled but most important, compassionate. After my second visit, I felt that I had always known these people. Am I saying that going to the dentist can be fun? Well, Dr. Stokes does have some great stories!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Stokes and the Pearly Whites team for more than 15 years and they have consistently exceeded my expectations for professionalism, expertise and compassionate care. I originally came for pain management but have kept coming back because of the extraordinary care I’ve received. The whole team always takes the time to educate me on the latest techniques and I think that the result will be a future of healthy teeth and gums. I highly recommend Pearly Whites.

Jossi is a phenomenal dentist and so personable. She even manages to make my daughters (ages 1, 4 and 7) comfortable during each visit despite them being highly sensitive when it comes to their teeth. In addition, all of her staff are so sweet and caring and always go above and beyond to provide the best care and service. I always have an awesome experience here. I’ve had a injury from a past assault they’ve been very careful with, and have always made me feel like I’ve been a priority from the start. I’ve also had severe anxiety about going to the dentist after multiple other bad dental experiences other places and Dr. Stokes has always been so kind and helped alleviate that anxiety. Literally my favorite dentist I’ve ever had, I’ve reffered many friends and family to her over the years.

I’ve been taking my family to Pearly Whites since moving to Eugene in 2019 and they’ve always taken fantastic care of us. I’d never go anywhere else! I had a lot of dental work to be done and was very nervous but never once did I feel uncomfortable, Dr. Stokes is so skilled and gentle and is always checking in to make sure you’re doing okay. I love the staff here and the space is so welcoming.

We have been going to Pearly Whites ever since they opened.  Dr. Stokes and her staff are a delight to work with, which is saying a lot for a trip to the dentist. Everyone from the office manager to the hygienists and Dr. Stokes is friendly, thorough, professional and communicates well with patients. The office is bright and welcoming. Dr. Stokes goes above and beyond in treating the needs of each patient.  I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Josie is an excellent dentist with a top notch staff who are welcoming, efficient and competent. Josie spends time to make sure my dental concerns are addressed while also clarifying in an understandable way. I’d give her 20 more stars easily since she agreed to see my college-age son (who was in town briefly) without an appt. for a second opinion on recommended work from his new dentist. We were suspicious of the need and she confirmed it saving me hundreds of dollars. Thanks Josie and staff!

Each and every member of the Pearly Whites Team are kind, gentle, patient, and professional. Dr. Stokes’ work is meticulous and beautiful. My entire family, from my 20-year-old son to my 65-year-old mother, are Pearly Whites patients, and we are all fans. My husband had major reconstructive work after a devastating bicycle accident, and Dr. Stokes has cared and advocated for him every step of the way, going above and beyond through accompanying him to outside appointments, triaging with his other providers, and dedicating years to his mouth looking and feeling better than we ever imagined possible. We are moving out of the country soon, and are already making plans for how/when we can come back so as to continue our care at Pearly Whites! Thank you so much for all you have done for us.

I’m new to town and needed a dentist, and now I couldn’t be happier that I ended up here! Dr. Josie and her team are friendly, genuine, and professional. They had me laughing out loud on both visits that I’ve made so far — the first was just an info gathering and new patient exam, the second was a normal cleaning. Furthermore, their dental care is top-tier. I got a proper education in my visits, my visit was pain-free, and they helped me think through future options without being pushy. Just don’t come here — I don’t want to have to compete for appointments (they’re so easy to book).

Just switched to this dental office after hearing raves from family members; it’s also closer to home. Very happy with all aspects of the experience – friendly and competent staff, thorough and professional care and easy scheduling process. They also took great care with all the COVID protocols which helped me be more comfortable.
