I had a dental emergency while on vacation in Charleston and I was fortunate to have found the right place. The team at Peninsula were all amazing, personable, professional, accommodating, efficient and affordable. I might have to come here all the way from NJ just to see them for all my future dental needs! Highly pleased with the service I received and I’m extremely thankful.

Had a great experience at Peninsula Cosmetic & Family Dentistry for my six month checkup. They take COVID protocols seriously which made me comfortable to be there. Lauren did a great job on my cleaning. She put me at ease and made me feel at home. (I get nervous going to the dentist) Dr Wisner was great and explained everything he observed during his exam. I’ve been going to this practice for a couple of years now and have never had a bad experience. Thanks so much!

Hmm…4 fillings replaced and 1 small spot of tooth decay all done in 1 visit?! Yes! No problem since Dr. Wisner is so skilled. Not to mention I got through my whole treatment plan 1st time ever with the same dentist!!!  The TV pics are very interested and funny, and seem to never repeat. Never did a dental review but the experience over the last 9 months has been tremendous!

Carrie did a great job cleaning my teeth. They feel and look so clean and white, thank you! Also, Dr. Wisner helped to alleviate the pain I had when biting down by filing the spot on my tooth where I had created friction. No pain, and it was quick and easy. They always do a great job and are very friendly. I was most impressed with their precautionary procedures set in place to handle Covid-19 safely.

I have been a Peninsula patient for years and the dental care I have received has always been first rate plus. Recently,however, I had my first COVID era experience. The protocols the Peninsula team has put in place to protect their patients and staff are well thought out and worked like a charm. I felt completely at ease through the entire visit and never really felt any different than prior to the safety measures having been enacted. Their video perfectly lays out the procedures so you know in advance exactly what to expect. I could not have been more pleased with how things went. Peninsula has, once again, hit it out of the park.

What a great experience. I love the way my teeth feel after they’ve been professionally cleaned. The office is gorgeous. It’s like walking into someone’s living room. The staff is friendly, yet professional. Cutting edge technology coupled with a well educated staff. They are a well run and efficient dental practice, that other professions could learn from. This is a follow up review. My second visit to Peninsula Cosmetic and Family Dentistry. It was my bi annual cleaning and check up. Had just as good of an experience as the first visit. Great staff. Great atmosphere. I will continue to use their services.

I love my dentist and everything that goes with him. The office is beautiful and clean. The rooms are wonderful because you get to watch this slideshow of goofy pictures while they work on your teeth. The hygienists are always extremely sweet and do such an amazing job you don’t even realize they are cleaning your teeth. My dentist is funny, sweet, and honest about telling me about my teeth. He will explain in depth what is going on and what he suggests should happen next. I am grateful for finding a dentist I actually look forward to seeing.

Best dental experiences in my life! Went through three other dentist when we moved to Charleston. Then four different people recommended Peninsula to us! Amazing new techniques, pain free procedures, wonderful results, and the best, most skilled, & warmest staff ever!! Dr. Wisner is a wizard! (Gotta give props to the slide show!!)

Superb experience. Extremely professional, sophisticated, and talented group of folks. Very accommodating, high-end, and reasonably priced. It’s hard to know who to choose, especially for something so important as your teeth, but you won’t be disappointed. If you traditionally don’t like the dentist – give these guys a try. Dr. Forehand and Dr. Wisner are hands down the best dentists I have ever seen. Everyone in the office (from the front desk to the docs) is attentive, informative and easy to deal with. No robot answering machines, no crazy bills coming two weeks after your appointment that you were never warned about, no rushing through your appointment. There’s always a kind receptionist on the other end, an upfront print out detailing any costs and a dentist that takes their time to meet with you. I have sent a handful of people here who were new to the area and I really meant it— Peninsula is THE best in the area (and that’s after trying more than a few)

I am truly terrified of any type of Dentist from an experience I had as a child. It got so bad to the point where I couldn’t even drive myself as a grown woman to the Dentist because I would start freaking out. However, Mallory made me feel so comfortable she was so patient I know I can be a lot to handle. She gave me the first real hope in a very long time that I could start loving the dentist again! Thank you so much, I cant wait for my next appointment…crazy right. I would recomme them to ANYONE!
