The whole staff in this dental care office are extremely friendly, encouraging and positive! I haven’t been in a practice in which the doctor truly cares about their patients as much as Dr. Lucas Perrigo. During my consult, I explained to Dr. Perrigo what I am looking for and he professionally proposed a well-rounded plan including the dental work needed to be done before the braces and the plan of putting on FAST braces. I burned my dental insurance budget before I wanted to have braces on and I told Dr. Perrigo that I would like to have the teeth cleaning included in the whole package, and he covered the cleaning during the treatment. He stayed true to his word and I could not be more pleased with my smile!!  I had overcrowding bottom teeth problems and it took Dr. Perrigo less than 5 months to make them straight and pretty again! I am so amazed by his skills to use the top-notch fast-braces technology and have patients smiling within no time. The remodeled facility is extremely clean and modern. The hygienists and doctor assistance are just as friendly and comforting. My hygienists, Camdyn and Alisha,always did a good job taking care of me. They thoroughly explained everything to me prior to doing it. This really helped ease the concerns of having dental work done. I didn’t have any teeth pulled, nor any spacers put in prior to having my braces put on. Most people had no idea I even had the braces on, until they noticed my teeth started to straighten out! I would highly recommend Dr. Perrigo to everyone needing a good and professional orthodontist!

Such a different approach to his patients. His staff was very friendly. I have never walked into any dentist/doctors office and been greeted with such enthusiasm! I immediately felt welcomed and I also got a gift a from Dr. Perrigo. He came in and we talked about my issues, where I was from and so on. Awesome job Dr. Perrigo!!! Your team was wonderful and so helpful!

I initially went to this office because of a broken tooth that happened on a Friday (of course). They were open on Saturday. I walked in without an appointment. I was seen very quickly and the care I received from the everyone was exceptional. The course of treatment and the cost was given to me in detail. Needless to say, they will now be taking care of all my dental needs. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful staff! This is, by far, the most caring doctors office I have been to since my family moved here ten years ago. I had gotten used to doctor’s offices being cold and uncaring. I broke a tooth late on a Wednesday. I contacted this office early Thursday morning and was in the office by 9:30 a.m. for an appointment. Everyone in this office is friendly and kind. I am so happy I have finally found a dentist’s office that is amazing. Make them your dental office! You will be happy you did!

I travel a lot and have been working in Hoover out of Bowling Green Ky. Broke a tooth Monday at home drove to hoover for work, called Tuesday am and they said to come asap. Well the tooth had to come out and a bone graph. Unpleasant yes but not only was the staff just great, the Doc was well spoken, professional and well, really really good!! He took his time and was very gentle and very thorough, did a fantastic job. Thank you! I’ve been to many dentists over the years and Perrigo Dental is by far the best I’ve been too. I would highly recommend there services.

Called yesterday with a very painful toothache. Worked me in same day. Dr. Perrigo and staff are always friendly and professional. Evaluated my problem quickly, made sure I was comfortable and called & set up my endodontic procedure for me. Loved the endodontist they referred me to as well. Great practice!

The staff was very friendly and made the whole new patient experience process a breeze!! The hygienist was very thorough but gentle. My first time getting my teeth cleaned using high pressure water…they feel super clean. Highly recommend this dentist office.

unfortunately had to change my review. The dental techs are not in good shape, they simply are not skilled at cleaning teeth. I’m 22 and I for the first time had tarter, hardened plaque on my front bottom teeth interior, and the dental tech who is very young didn’t clean it off. Maybe she was scared to or didn’t know that she was supposed to. Secondly I had a wisdom tooth emergency removal, I have had a dental work plan and both doctors in the office looked in my mouth but they didn’t tell me, hey your wisdom tooth is partly coming in and it’s getting infected. I woke up one morning in pain and and to come in to have it removed by dr. Perrigo. Like I said they have been working in my mouth for months at this point and never mentioned the piece of skin that was a breeding ground for bacteria. And they never told me that I needed to get my rest removed, they IGNORED telling me this. My wisdom teeth are growing towards my jaw, it’s not an emergency but I’m not a dentist and I don’t know these things. Thirdly I had a root canal done and I’m pretty sure I wasn’t numbed the correct amount but I might be wrong, however I asked if I needed a crown and dr. Perrigo told me no. That is not true at all I don’t need a crown right now but in 2-3 years I will need one. Lastly, I had to let them know that the gas wasn’t working after 10 mins so then they realized it was out of gas and something very similar happened to my boyfriend here, he didn’t even feel the gas but he’s very shy (autistic) and didn’t let them know that. I’m now seeing a new dentist, 6 months after my last appointment and for the first time in my life the tech scraped the hard plaque off but that should’ve been down 6 months prior at Perrigo dental. I spent so much time here and a lot of money, they need to practice telling the patients what is going on with their mouth because we not the skilled doctors here, I rely heavy on my doctor telling me what’s going on. They do not practice that here unfortunately when they really easily can. They fixed about 7 cavities in my head but didn’t care to let me know the full disclosure of the work like needing crowns as well as letting me know I have plaque, or wisdom teeth. I’m glad I’m at a new dentist who has great very experienced techs and he lets me know what I need to do and the future and why he’s doing what he’s doing. Go to a good dentist office, this isn’t it. My reasons are stated above. Didn’t clean my teeth correctly, didn’t tell me even tho I asked after a root canal that I need crowns, didn’t tell me that I need my wisdom teeth removed. Just not good. I don’t care about heated chairs I care about doing a good skilled job that is thorough and I care about HONESTY and FULL DISCLOSURE.

Dr. Perrigo and is staff are thee best at customer services. I have been client since 2012. Remembering small details of previous visits and sending me birthday cards are small gestures that goes a long way. Some which have made kept me a client for the last 6 years. Not to mention their service is great and staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

Dr. Romano and Perrigo are “Top Quality” Dentists ! I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. I have been their Patient for over 20 years. The Personnel is Always nice and friendly, which Patients, do appreciate. Their Office is Always so Clean. As much as I like and I enjoy these people, when I am there, Twice a Year is enough for me ! Don’t you Agree ? So you Brush and Floss, and hopefully, you will only go twice a year, also !
