I went to a Dental office that is very commercialized and they spent 30 seconds with me, and then told me I needed a $5000.00 implant. I personally did not believe the professional and decided to get another opinion. I was referred to Dr. Perry by Dr. Fox ,who is a wonderful dentist at Valley Dental, and together they saved my tooth. Dr. Perry and her staff were excellent. The moment I entered the office I felt at ease. When I went to the examination room I felt so comfortable. The whole experience was not what I would have expected at a dentist, it was almost like a spa. The Dental Assistant was so nice and Dr. Perry was amazing. I have not always had the most wonderful experiences in the dental chair but, with Dr. Perry there was absolutely no pain. The root canal was performed and the next day I felt fantastic. I expected some swelling and some pain but, the next day I felt great. If you have to get a root canal it is so important to pick someone who is experienced, and someone who takes the proper amount of time to do the procedure. Dr. Perry was so thorough with the procedure and I never had a feeling of being rushed. If you think you may have an abscess tooth do yourself a big favor and call Dr. Perry.

I can’t express enough how happy I am with the endodontic treatment that I received from Dr Perry and her staff. I felt completely at ease with her gentle approach, kind and extremely caring personality, and the relaxing atmosphere of her office. She and her staff are so skilled and the technology they used to diagnose and treat my tooth was impressive. I’m so grateful to have been in their care for the root canal treatment because the end result was perfection. I would recommend Perry Endodontics to anyone who needs root canal treatment. To be cared for by Dr Perry is a gift and has raised the bar for all of my future dental visits.

I can’t say enough about this practice! The office staff, dental assistants, and Dr. Shin-Perry are a group of the most professional and compassionate people I have ever dealt with! Dr. Shin-Perry is so sweet and has an incredibly calming way about her. She takes her time and explains everything to you and makes sure that before and during a procedure you are comfortable and well-informed. I trust her care completely and would not go to any other practice to have a root canal done. Painless and efficient procedure done from start to finish!

Dr. Perry is a warm, caring and professional Doctor. Her practice is super modern, comforting, and relaxing. Something I wouldn’t normally expect from an Endodontic Office. Words alone cannot describe the kindness and talents of Dr. Elizabeth Perry and her staff. From the front office to the Dr. and her assistants, you could not hope for better care and compassion. Dr. Perry emphasizes the importance of teamwork to provide the absolute best care for her patients. They are responsive, respectful, and calming. I had a dental emergency and was seen almost immediately. I had a root canal that was painless! The Dr. and her staff explain everything that needs to be done and encourages questions to ensure a full understanding. The whole experience, right down to the atmosphere and decor of the office, will put you at ease and make your procedure as comfortable and painless as possible. If I could give this amazing team of professionals a 10, I would.

I had my root canal done here this morning and i can’t believe how great i feel. Literally, I am in no pain whatsoever. I must admit I was really anxious about it, but Dr Perry and her staff made it so easy for me. Dr Perry is the sweetest thing and she made sure i wasn’t uncomfortable in any way. Would HIGHLY recommend this office. Admittedly, I was advised to take a Lorazapam (.05 mg) an hour before my appointment because I was so filled with anxiety and it worked beautifully. The ONLY thing I could say that I should have done differently is not waited so long to get the root canal done. The anticipation of it was so much worse than the procedure itself. KUDOS TO DR PERRY AND HER AMAZING STAFF!!!!! If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

I had to have a root canal and I was nervous. Well let me tell you Dr Perry and her team made it an amazing experience. I felt no pain and enjoy having such a wonderful Endodontist. If you need a root canal this is a special practice with a wonderful, caring doctor and team to check out. Highly recommend 🙂

This review is long overdue… if i can give this practice a 10 stars, i would have. i have many root canal done. I had a terrible experience at another practice so when my dentist offer me 2 choices, I decided to take my chance and see Dr.Perry, since i had my first root canal done here, i told myself that i will not go to another place. For starter, the practice is clean, high tech, calm, and staff are friendly, the whole experience is a plus package. Now, Dr. Perry, she is AMAZING! i had at least 3 different teeth where i need root canal done, each time she fixed the problem. She is extremely gentle, she definitely takes the time to get the work done and she will get it done right. I mean i have been there and heard someone complain about long waiting time once but i think to myself, if dr. Perry is taking the time to get my tooth done right and not rushing to get the work done so she can see the next patient, i can appreciated it. Lastly, the whole process is really not too painful, i am not saying pain free, but the pain is really minimal. I had my done yesterday and today, i dont have the same pain, now the pain is more like a gum sore type of pain and that is reasonable because you had work and stress on the tooth that required work right?! Lastly, you walk out there without a mess on your face, how many times do we walk out from dentist feeling like you had a face wash, she puts something over where water doesn’t splash all over places. If dr. Perry will do regular dental work, i will switch and have her as my regular dentist in a heartbeat. And like many reviews mentioned, she is extremely compassionate.

When I heard I would need a root canal my teeth were set on edge, you might say. Having heard all the horror stories of the root canal experience, I was not excited about having it done. Dr. Perry came highly recommended, though, and when I went for my appointment, from the time I walked through the door until the end of the procedure, every person in the office was friendly and reassuring. Dr. Perry explained the procedure thoroughly and clearly in a way I could both understand and visualize. The procedure was painless, to my amazement, and a year later the tooth is holding up well without any further problems. Thanks to Dr. Perry and her staff for your outstanding service and care.

Receptionist friendly, dental assistants proffesional and friendly, Dr.Perry always excellent, very thorough, I could have gone with the endodontics that would be partially covered by my insurance but paid in full out of pocket for Dr.Perry she is a perfectionist and always makes sure she explains everything. Will always go to her if needed.

If you need a root canal as I did this week, run don’t walk to Perry Endodontics. From the moment you walk into the office you will be put at ease. Dental work YUCK…BUT Elizabeth Perry and Staff YAY! They take a an experience that most people do not want to go through and you leave feeling pampered, spoiled, pain free and the Queen for the Day! The office is beautiful, soothing colors, lovely furniture, zenful music..wonderful and kind staff….all in all a PEACEFUL experience AND you leave with a “goodie bag!” THANK YOU DR. PERRY AND STAFF!

I am here at Dr. Perry’s office for my second root canal (not the same tooth thank goodness!). The staff here makes scheduling the appointment easy and the procedures and financing understandable and with affordable options. I wish every office I went into had this kind of attitude. Dr. Perry is one of the most compassionate doctors in this field. She will explain everything to you and walk you through every step. I can’t promise if you don’t like needles that you will love this office. It’s an unfortunate circumstance of the procedure. The staff is all very balanced and coordinated. I caught myself saying wow several times when the doctor and her assistant Sarah were going constantly back-and-forth with the different tools needed and very little discussion was necessary. In the end, it didn’t look so good for my tooth, and she gave me some very real options to discuss with my dentist after she sends some great 3-D imaging to him with a detailed letter. She explained that we could do the procedure and it might last a year, or I might choose to have an extraction. She values her work, and she would expect that any work she does would last him a long time if it is to be done properly. My last procedure done in 2001 has given me no problems at all. I always have the option of going back and finishing my procedure if I choose, and I would not have to pay the full fee. This is an example of an A+ office.

The first interact i had was with the receptionist Julie, great person, when she talks to you over the phone you feel the warmth thru her voice. Very respectful. When I got to the office for my appointment, as soon as I walked in Inna greeted me very accommodating making sure my needs were met. Doctor Perrry’s office excellence is beyond compare, the doctor and staff very professional and respectful. The office is like you step into a spa!! Had a root canal here about a year ago and as strange as it sounds it was a wonderful experience. It was my first one and I was a bit nervous. It was fine with little or no pain or discomfort. What was wonderful was the service. Great staff and beautiful office. Everyone was beyond professional. They were all great! The Doctor is super skilled (you can tell when somebody Knows what they’re doing). I couldn’t recommend that they change anything. I’m not saying they’re perfect… but then again maybe I am.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shin Perry. I had a very complicated re-treatment procedure done, and I felt incredibly comfortable the entire time. Dr. Shin Perry takes the fear out of getting a root canal done! I highly recommend her and her friendly team for any endodontic procedure. They are kind, comforting, and highly skilled.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Perry and her staff. I needed a root canal and they got me in in less than 24 hours. The friendly staff greeted me and the kindness and compassion was evident throughout my appointment and beyond. My root canal was a difficult one due to being so far back in my mouth and having 3 roots, one with a crook off of it. Her tiny hands fit in my mouth easily. Throughout the process she made sure I was not in pain. She speaks calmly but clearly and keeps you informed. After the procedure she ensured I was healing well. I cannot say enough about her. If you are unfortunate enough to need a root canal, call Dr. Perry. You will not regret it.

This is my third time visiting Dr. Perry for endodontic work. This time for a root canal on a tooth that was part of a bridge. As before, she and her staff were very polite, professional and caring. Dr. Perry explained what was going to be done, and was attentive to my needs during the procedure. Afterwards, she explained all the post-op issues, echoed by the staff. I am very pleased and would recommend her to anyone needing endodontic work.

Dr. Perry, Liz, and Susan were amazing. I was in excrutiating, white hot, debilitating pain. I’ve never had a tooth hurt like that before! Susan squeezed me in within 3 hours of calling. They worked their magic, being very covid concious – very safe, cautious, and caring. Dr. Perry was particularly careful and gentle, patiently working her way along with amazing precision and professionalism. One day later, and I am pain free. I can’t thank Dr. Perry and her team enough for what they’ve done for me. I hold them in great admiration for keeping doing this dangerous work during the epidemic. While I hope I never need to see them again, I certainly recommend them very, very highly.
