I would just like to say a big thank you to dr.phan and everyone there I really appreciate everyone! I’m extremely happy with the results I can’t even stop smiling I will miss going in every month and seeing everyone thank you all for everything this is really the best orthodontist place anyone could ever go to everyone is super friendly & I’m going to miss everyone!

I just completed my treatment with Dr. Phan and I must say, my teeth are PERFECT!!! Dr. Phan and his team (Joel, Sandra & Jessica to name a few) were awesome! I always looked forward to my appts because everyone was always so friendly & helpful.  I received exceptional service. Even in the midst of Covid-19, all necessary safety precautions were taken, from the check-in process to using the best safety equipment. I was referred to Dr. Phan by my regular dentist & I so appreciate it. I could not have asked for a better experience & I will definitely be referring others. Thank you Dr. Phan.

When it comes to preparedness, this office came prepared when they first opened to see patients this week. My son is a patient of Dr Phan and we were very eager to see the Dr and the smiling, friendly staff of Phanorthodontics. Upon arrival to my son’s check up appointment, they sanitized his hands and took his temperature. And inspite of many changes that they have done to protect the health of my family such as air filters everywhere, protective barriers at the front desk, protective uniforms and face shields, and many more…they are still respectful and loving to my son. I know the world is a bit scary right now, but we are really glad that this office always make you feel welcome.

Very happy with my braces treatment at Phan Orthodontics. I was searching for the right clinic for the long time, and professionalism of Dr Phan impressed me. I’m very happy that I made the right choice. He clearly explained the orthodontic treatment process with giving a good advice. Very helpful and friendly stuff who truly cares for their patients. Dr. Phan and all his staff are really amazing!They all make you feel welcome and comfortable! Dr. Phan did an excellent job with my teeth, closing the gap which took so long but still remained patient with me. I love the outcome of my teeth after my braces were removed. Dr. Phan and this staff are amazing! I searched the South Bay area for a good orthodontist for a while. I had many not-so-great experiences. When I met Dr. Phan, I knew he’d be my orthodontist right away. He’s super intelligent and down to earth. He knew exactly what approach to take (this is my second time having braces) to create a treatment plan for me that was speedy and successful. I highly recommend him for children and adults.

I love my smile and recommend everyone to Phan Orthodontic and Surfside Kids Dental if you are thinking about getting braces. I had my braces off for a few months now and I can’t stop admiring my new smile. I had the traditional metal braces for a year and six months to correct an overbite, two crooked teeth and spacing. Dr. Phan and his staff not only valued me as customers, but they did a great job with addressing all my concerns while making me feel comfortable. My interactions with Dr. Phan and his staff were pleasant and hilarious each time. Most of the staff are goofballs, most of the time I couldn’t figure out if I was at the orthodontics or a comedy show. Joel was one of the people that stood out the most, with his cool curly hair and big personality, he comes equipped with many funny stories to share. What I recognized about both locations is that the staff is knowledgeable about the services, friendly, and positive. My experience was great, I have never had a bad experience during my treatment and it was quick each visit. I am a bit of a germaphobe and they diffidently lived up to my standards. Both facilities were very clean, they made sure they used fresh tools on me every time and from what I seen they sanitized everything. I highly recommend both locations.

What I like the most about this place is how the staff is so friendly and devoted. On top of that, Dr Phan gives a huge discount for the whole treatment. It is very reasonable price and the final result is awesome. I’m so happy that I found the right place.

This is my second time having braces. Wish I would’ve found this place the first time around. Best Orthodontist place. Location, price, and not to mention the great staff.  Doesn’t matter who I ask they always no matter what have a smile on their face. If I don’t understand they make sure that I will by the time I’m done. I shop around before I found him, because of my past experience with the last place I had. After my first minute I just knew this was the place for me.

Dr Phan is working hard and his personality is appealing to kids. His clinic is clean. They said they get over 100 calls a day so you may need to call multiple times when you need to book or ask something from the front desk. Responses via email are slim. Also, you need to remind the schedule booker 2-3 times to put you in the calendar. They have forgotten many times even though they’ll say on the phone “ok!” or “perfect.” I hope the admin scheduler is equally customer obsessed as Dr. Phan. It may take a while.

this is THE place to go get your braces and other orthopedic needs. what makes this place amazing is the staff because from the moment you walk in to your first appointment to the moment they take off your braces and future retainer checks, the staff here will brighten your day and make you feel at home. I went in today after over a year since my last retainer check and they welcomed me with open arms and the brightest smiles. it feels nice to know that the staff here are truly passionate about their patients and put in the work to perfect their craft aka your teeth! thank you so much to my OG team Joel, Angie, Carol, Dr. Phan, Dr. Moon, and the amazing front staff Sandra and Janet for creating the smile I am proud to show off!! their dedication and patience got me to my best smile. it was very nice to see them again and some of the new faces after a while since my last checkup. immediately from the moment I walked in, they showed their excitement to see me and it made me feel very welcomed. amidst the pandemic, they follow very strict guidelines and take the necessary precautions in order to provide a safe environment for the patients and the staff. nowadays they have you fill out forms beforehand which makes the process a lot easier. they respond very quickly to questions and assist you throughout the whole process. once you walk in they take your temperature and have sanitizing stations located in ever corner of the office. on top of all of that, they invested in numerous air purifiers that are scattered throughout the office in order to provide the safest care during these times. above all, I can attest to the passion of the staff and this business. they are not here for the money, they are here to create beautiful smiles and it shows. this is one business I can wholeheartedly back up and recommend to everyone. thank you guys for your hard work and the attention you give to ensure the best quality care for your patients.
