I’ve been to Philadelphia Dentistry for two appointments so far and everything has been GREAT! The staff was very welcoming and thorough with appointment reminders, financial details and my dental plan that was tailored for me. But most of all, I was taken GREAT care of by the sweet Dental Hygienist, Alyssa. She made sure that I was comfortable and only experienced minimal discomfort, if any, throughout my appointment. I went in today for a cleaning and had some insurance trouble, but Stephen (i’m pretty sure was his name) was very helpful and patient with i for to get me all sorted out. My hygienist Jen took the time to show me and explain her thinking of what she was looking for on my X rays. I’m a teacher, so much schedule is hard to work around, but the people behind the desk were very patient and found a time that worked for me. My Dentist took the time to find a plastic mouth model in the office to show me the process of what they would be doing the next time I went in. I’ve never felt so informed about my own mouth! Looking forward to going back 🙂

I have had a Phenomenal Experience with Philadelphia Dentistry and would Highly recommend them! During the initial COVID shut down I had to delay my procedure which left me with some discomfort. Where as most places would not have cared because the situation was “out of their control”, the team at Philadelphia dentistry (Including My dentist!) actually checked in on me and were genuinely concerned about my well being. When I finally went back to complete my procedure I was met with warm regards, genuine empathy, and compassion from each member of the team. I have not been to a dentist in ten years. As a child the dentist was a terrifying experience and in my young adulthood I didn’t take my oral health or even my health seriously. I finally decided it was time to stop dragging my feet. I had looked at places for over two years but didn’t get a feeling that they would take care of me. I happened to google search ‘cosmetic dentist near me’ and found Philadelphia Dentistry to seem warm and helpful and when I showed up for my visit they didn’t let me down. They didn’t make me feel bad about my oral health or embarrassed at how I’ve treated my teeth. They said they were there to better educate me and fix my teeth all the while holding my hand and comforting me.They are doing just that. (They also offer a way to make payments so you can afford to fix your teeth.) Now I know how to take care of my oral health to avoid having this all happen again and I look forward to being a patient of theirs for as long as I am able. 5 stars hands down and I can’t thank you all enough. Now I can smile with a little more confidence 🙂

First let me start by saying that I truly believe oral hygiene is the key to overall health and wellbeing. Choosing the right dentist and dental practice is important, so, when moving to Philadelphia I did my research. It was important to me that my dentist(s) trained at the University of Pennsylvania – check. I was fortunate to find Dr. Cirka and his team and the practice was accepting new patients. This is honestly the most efficient, professional, and well run practice (including medical, not just dental) I have ever encountered. And, best of all, the care is outstanding. Drs. Cirka and Meier are “current” in the latest dental practices/techniques; my hygienist, Jen, is equally proficient in her skills. I am a satisfied customer. Recently, I had two appointments back-to-back, one a cracked filling. Dr. Cirka assured me he would make this procedure as painless as possible, and he did just that. Patrice, a lovely woman, finished the procedure without a hitch. Next day, I had a follow-up visit with Eva, for a cleaning. At my first visit I was told I had the beginning of gum disease and I cried. Eva was calming and assured me we would get through the procedure together. The visit went well, beyond my fearful expectations. The follow-up visit with Eva was great. She tested my gums, (there’s a neat procedure where your gums are rated. I am now gum disease free. I promised Eva I would brush, floss and use mouthwash to prevent this from happening again. Eva is professional, caring and compassionate and knows her craft. I walked out of the office knowing I was well taken care of. Without any hesitation, I would recommend Dr. Cirka’s dental practice to anyone who desires complete professionalism. Thank you.

I chose this office after my husband had a pleasant experience. I also had a great experience. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed chatting with my hygienist, Alyssa! What stood out to me in terms of care was: they did an oral cancer exam. I have only had one other doctor in my life do this for me! This was also the most educational office I have ever been to where they show you exactly what is happening to your teeth and why. Then they have individualized recommendations for improving your oral health. I was impressed by the knowledge of Alyssa, she went over everything the doctor covered with me, so I got it twice!
