I’m a baby about the dentist but they put you at ease and make you comfortable. Maggie at the front desk is beyond amazing for scheduling and general help. I have such anxiety over going to the dentist! It has been 6 years since I have been to one. I have to say from the minute I walked in I felt very comfortable, the receptionist was very nice, I loved the hygienist she was awesome and the Dr. was wonderful. I had my tooth pulled and I felt nothing! The Dr. Explained everything to me before he started and made me feel very comfortable. I’m going back next week to have a cavity filled and I don’t even feel nervous because I know everyone is great here. If you are looking for a new dentist I highly reccomend them.

I was beyond impressed with my experience at Philadelphia Mills dental. Doctor Zilberman is one of the most knowledgeable, professional and extremely caring dentists that I have ever encountered. I had to have a very serious extraction done and was very nervous, but he did it so fast that I haven’t felt a thing and didn’t realize that it was already over. He pays a lot of attention to details, he listens and responds to all your questions and concerns! It is without a doubt that he loves his work and is excellent at it! Had horrible toothache & after calling 5 other places I came across them and they were able to fit me in that same day according to my schedule. Loved the dentist and staff. They were all SOO helpful and gave me multiple options for everything & they didn’t push the expensive procedures. Ok I don’t normally leave reviews and I’m not generally a big fan of going to the dentist. But if you are reading this because you are looking for a dentist you have found them! Give them a call and schedule your appointment now you will not be disappointed. My whole experience was wonderful. I was in so much pain from putting off getting my tooth fixed and I was at my breaking point today. The staff was great. They got me in the same day even tho I was a new patient. Everyone was so kind and considerate even tho I was being a big baby and could barely stop the tears from all the pain. No judgement at all even tho I was the cause of all my pain for putting it off. Dr. Zilberman was AWESOME!. He was walking by and saw how upset I was before my X-ray and came in to talk to me and comfort me. He promised me that I would be smiling before I left and he kept his word and more. His assistance Irina(sorry if I spelled it wrong) was so kind and considerate through my whole appointment. Also Dr. Zilberman fit in an unscheduled root canal same day to fix my tooth. I am so grateful to everyone in that office. Thank you again!

Excellent dentist and office. Everyone was polite, professional, and accommodating. Scheduled a consultation/x-ray for a tooth I knew needed a root canal. I was on the verge of requiring extraction. Dr. Zilberman offered price reductions given my financial situation (I have no health insurance) and I was allowed to decide how I wanted to approach the situation. I stopped by the next day to let them know I wanted to proceed with the root canal, and they managed to fit me in on that same day. The procedure was completely painless and of high quality. Your comfort as a patient is of high importance to the doctor and his assistants. Throughout the process, the doctor was informing me as to what he was doing, how everything was going, and asking how I was feeling. It is clear he tries to achieve perfection with his work as opposed to leaving you with “good enough”. The experience with getting my temporary and permanent crown was quick and of equal quality. Relatively speaking, the procedure was somewhat of a detriment to my bank account but I assure anyone reading this that I think it was worth it. Health is invaluable. Best dentist I’ve encountered thus far. Plus the girl at the front desk is cool too, I guess.

Let me just start out by saying everybody that works there is very personable professional and kind-hearted. I am terrified of the dentist and I felt hardly any pain at all. I had about six needles to numb me in a very tender spot and the dentist did an awesome job keeping me calm and painless. I had a dental emergency and needed an extraction done asap. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. 2 days later they had me back in to start fixing my teeth due to a missing bridge that had fallen out a few weeks back. This is my new dentist and I recommend this office highly.
