Dr. Pickett and his staff are amazing.  We are now patients for the 3rd child and still have one to go.  They are always professional and kind.  Easy to work with your schedule.  Creative and ahead of the rest in technology.  Just had a consultation via Zoom for my newest patient and both Dr. Pickett and his wife asked about my other kids.  We moved here from North Alabama and I am so thankful for the recommendation to use Dr. Pickett and his practice for our orthodontia needs.

The staff at Pickett are super helpful and answer any questions and go the extra mile to ensure you understand the process. Dr. Pickett was quick to put my daughter at ease and was a part of our first consult from the moment we arrived. They came highly recommended by 3 family’s we know and they did not disappoint.

Oh my god!! Where do I start with Dr. Pickett and his staff?! Firstly, I was a little skeptical about visiting this place simply because I went to get filling 2 weeks beforehand someplace else and I was still sort of traumatized. However, all of my nervousness and fear subsided when I stepped foot into his office! Rebecca, Juldy, Kathleen and Dr. Pickett were all amazing! They made the environment welcoming, loving and filled with genuine care. All of my questions and concerns were answered and explained thoroughly. Thanks to Rebecca, on the financial side of things – she’s extremely knowledgeable and she was a tremendous help. Words honestly can not be formulated to express how much I’m looking forward to working with these people and how glad I am that my good friend referred me here! Pickett Orthodontics, YOU’RE AWESOME!

Super nice staff. They are always on time and get my son back immediately. The staff gives me feedback on what is going on regarding my son’s braces, teeth and they give me a “grade” on how my son is keeping up with his brushing. They have a game station for before/after appointments and snacks for the kids after their adjustment. The doctor is super friendly and explains things in an “easy to understand” way. Highly recommend.

Dr. Pickett is awesome, very professional and will give you the smile you want. He is extremely knowledgeable and can answer all your questions and walk you through exactly what the process will be in order to get you the results you want. Staff is very friendly also. The waiting room is comfortable and amazing but you’ll never spend much time in it because of the efficiency of  this office. Your in and out in a flash!!

I really enjoyed my first visit.I went in feeling nervous and embarrassed because I knew I needed alot of Dental work. With in the first five minutes I knew I was at the right place. They made me feel welcome,comfortable and let me know I didn’t have a problem they couldn’t fix.I will be recommending them to family and friends going forward!!

Dr. Kevin Pickett is a excellent orthodontist but an even more amazing person! I have seen his work first hand. When I was diagnosed with Lymphoma last year Dr. Pickett volunteered to help keep my office running while I was receiving chemotherapy. All of my patients enjoyed there visits with Dr. Pickett. He is very personable and does an excellent job of explaining treatment to patients. When I returned to work all my patients’ treatments were in order and they didn’t miss a beat. There are several good orthodontists in the Mobile & Jackson area but you will not find a more honest and caring doctor!

As an adult getting braces, they went over and above to help me feel secure in my decision & insuring they’re going to help me achieve the smile I always wanted! The staff is super friendly and they always have some kind of deal or contest going on & ways to save money or earn points for gift cards. I recommend them to everyone! �

This is the first time I’ve ever consulted with an orthodontist and this has by far been the best experience. The x-ray process was fast and easy, they were extremely informative about the issues I had and the treatment options I was eligible for. The payment plans are also affordable and flexible. Great customer service all around.

There’s no other choice. Pickett Orthodontics is it! The staff is nice and professional. They all seemed happy to be at work and helping you. I was talked TO not AT about everything, even the financial part was so easy and not intimidating. Anyone and everyone can afford braces if you go to Pickett Orthodontics. We had a great first visit or should I say 4th visit. We came to Dr Pickett for a second opinion 2 years ago. Another orthodontist was ready to put braces on but it just didn’t feel right. Dr Pickett said wait a year. The next year he said the same thing. On our third,no charge consultation, he said we were ready. That really impressed me. Great staff. Great service.

Greatest place ever this was our first visit and my daughter’s first visit with an orthodontist. My husband and I didn’t know what to expect so we decided we should both be there. From the time we walk through the doors the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful with the biggest smile on their faces. As I sat in the lobby I looked around and noticed my daughter’s name is on the Blackboard placed at the front door being welcomed from the dental staff as a new patient. Dr. Pickett and Rebecca was amazing. They had great personalities and customer service. They answered all of our questions. I want to give an extra extra star to Rebecca because she sat with us for almost an hour answering all of our questions and was very professional and very friendly. I was so happy to be there. My husband and I were amazed with their customer service, professionalism and all the updated modern technology they use to make being a customer there easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s searching for a professional, very friendly staff and is in Need of orthodontic care you will be very very pleased…… five stars easily!

I took my daughter in for a consult and I was VERY impressed from beginning to start! Rebecca met us at the door and was extremely welcoming and informative. She explained every bit of the process in detail from start to finish. To top it off, Dr Pickett was just as impressive and highly educated. I absolutely LOVE how they have the Perk point system for encouraging healthy dental hygiene habits for children and teens! It was all around a FANTASTIC visit!

My first time in Pickett Orthodontics was in 2017. The staff was extremely welcoming and professional . Today, in 2022, I took my daughter for a consult and everything was still the same. They even remembered me from 2017!! The staff welcomed us, her name was written on the chalkboard, and everything was very pleasant! Dr. Pickett is friendly and explains everything really well! We’ve been to other orthodontists and I must say that my 11 year old daughter actually said “look no more!” She is thoroughly pleased and absolutely loves the staff and establishment. I’m very thankful that Northcutt Dental recommended Pickett Orthodontics. It wasn’t an easy decision to undergo adult ortho, but Dr. Pickett and his staff made it so comforting. From Dr Pickett himself, to the admin staff behind the counter and scenes, to the ladies at chair side, this has been the best decision I could have made. Dr. Pickett came up with a game plan and the results far exceeded my expectations. Very affordable, easy payments, and even gave me a discount for being a veteran!! Let me just say there’s not enough time in the day to say how wonderful my experience has been these past 2 years. I just got my braces off today and I’m blown away by the difference! Let my start by saying how phenomenal the facility, Staff , Dr. Pickett’s wife and Dr. Pickett truly are. When I first set out to get braces I of course asked around getting opinions on who I should use. I have a couple friends that have used Dr. Pickett so he was first choice. BEST DECISION I have ever made! From the start at your consult they make you feel top priority, comfortable with your treatment plan etc. That is very important to me since not only are braces costly but I also would be seeing them monthly for the next 2 years. I honestly can say you will not find a better staff ANYWHERE in Mobile !! Their staff is top notch , the facility and equipment is top notch. When my braces came off I was absolutely blown away by the progress. You don’t realize how much things change in 2 years. It was worth giving up certain foods etc to get this as the finished product. I can say I will definitely miss seeing them every month , but luckily for me I have 2 boys that I’m sure will need them, so I will be back without a doubt and would recommend this practice to anybody and everybody. So In closing I’ll say – As a mom in her thirties investing in my mouth really wasn’t on my priority list. You think man I can spend that money elsewhere. However don’t ever question investing in yourself. Self care should always be top priority, because at the end of the day your smile truly is priceless. ❤️ Thank You Dr. Pickett and staff for everything !

Not only has Dr. Picket and his staff treated my children with regular braces, but they have also treated myself with invisalign. I highly recommend this practice for children and adult braces. Dr. Pickett and his staff go above and beyond to make sure their patients are comfortable with the entire experience and happy with the end results.

Dr. Pickett was great! In fact the whole team was courteous, kind and informative. This was my son’s first examination with an orthodontist. Dr. Pickett and Rebecca explained everything clearly to my son and answered all of his questions with patience and kindness. I feel wonderful about choosing Pickett Orthodontics!
