Dr. Hai and her assistant were so welcoming and friendly today. I had to have an extensive cleaning done, but they were so kind and patient that I had no fear or anxiety. It has been 14 years since my last appointment, and that’s because the last time I saw a dentist, they completely tore me down and were so ugly and nasty about my teeth, and I was a 15 year old girl! These ladies were SO much kinder and so amazing. I will be seeing them for all of my dental work in the future!

This is the best dentist office! Dr. Hai truly cares for her patients and will do everything to accommodate them. I had a root canal done here and I never felt any pain. The front desk nurse is so friendly and always has a smile on her face. She takes care of the patients and makes sure they know after care instructions as well as exactly what they’re paying for! Best dentist office ever!

Dr. Hai was extremely helpful and I highly recommend her. I went in on a Saturday with what I thought was a very painful chipped tooth and/or cavity and ended up needing a root canal. I was in so much pain and was worried I would have to book another appointment for the root canal procedure and have to endure pain for another week. I was very surprised when her husband (who works at the front desk) told me they were going to fit me in that day if I was available. Dr. Hai & her assistant stayed past their office hours to make sure I was taken care of on a holiday weekend. My work hours during the week do not accommodate appointments Mon-Fri. I very much appreciate her efforts to take care of me on the same day especially on a very busy Saturday.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hai for over 10 years and I can’t say enough positive things about her and her staff. They are all so talented. You can expect the most gentle of care from all of them … there have been multiple instances when I have actually gone to sleep while they do their work. Dr. Hai is one of the kindest people you will ever encounter. She knows her stuff and has the unique ability to translate her deep knowledge of all things dental into terms her patients can readily understand. And just like her hygienist team, she too is gentle with her care … you can banish pain completely while in her office!! My wife and I will moving to Nashville, Tennessee shortly and one of our biggest regrets will be losing this wonderful dentist. The staff is exceptional! Visiting the dentist has previously always been a traumatic experience for me, however my first few visits to Dr. Hai’s office has greatly eased my anxiety of going to the dentist. Dr. Hai and her team has GREAT bedside manner, they are very attentive and caring. The office is clean and very relaxing. I had a cleaning and my first root canal the following day, and the experience was nothing less than comforting to be in such good hands. The staff is fun and welcoming which is a recipe for easing anyone who is anxious about dental procedures.

I have just left the office of Ping Hai, DDS and this was the most comfortable dental experience I have ever had in my 33 years on this planet. Everyone that works here, without exception, seem to have only one concern: TRUE patient care. They take their time and are not like other offices I have been too where the mentality seemed to be that of a fast food chain. I.E. the quicker we get patients out the sooner we get the next one in and money money money. Very professional yet personable as well. They want to make sure you truly understand what they are saying when it comes to your care. Top marks!

I am so happy I found this dentist. I had not been to the dentist for a very long time. I was terrified to go. Everyone was very helpful. I found out I needed a deep cleaning and 4 cavities filled and I am the biggest baby ever. She was very understanding. She took her time. My teeth look amazing. I have found my dentist for life!

My family and I have a wonderful experience with Dr. Hai over 15 years. The staff are excellent! She has an amazing positive energy and she truly cares about her patients. Never thought I would ever use the word “pleasant” to describe a dental work but that’s the best way to describe it. I had two crowns done, one of them is still in good condition after 10 years, and the other one done not long ago and when I eat I can hardly tell the difference. They are very careful when I go in for cleaning, and I am very happy with their work. Highly recommended!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hai since 2006, she is the only dentist that I have visited since living in Georgia. I appreciate the clean and friendly office. I respect her perfection when she is working on my teeth. I have had to have a few minor procedures outside of just getting a cleaning and she made me feel comfortable during the process. She personally makes courtesy check up calls after a procedure is complete just to make she you are doing well. She likes to make sure that not only she is providing the best service but that her staff is also focused on each patients needs. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for that personal touch that a private dental office can offer. Please be mindful that she will not rush an appointment so be patient during your visit. She is very sweet and extremely knowledgeable. I am happy to call her MY dentist!!!

Like many others I am severely terrified of dental work. Dr. Hai’s practice was amazing and after years of avoiding dental work her practice and staff made me feel so comfortable. Her office manager Mashaun (probably spelled wrong) was so kind. I couldn’t be more thankful in finding such a great dental practice. Dr. Hai is professional and understands the fear of dentistry for people. They will make you feel comfortable and like family during your dental visit along with giving the best care possible for you.

My vacation was interrupted with severe tooth pain and I needed emergency care. Fortunately, a friend referred me to Dr. Hai, and even though it was New Year’s Eve, she came in early that Saturday morning to help me with my abscessed tooth. The entire office was so helpful and sincere in wanting me to feel better. Her care was gentle and so professional in a very stressful situation for me. Thank you so much, Dr. Hai.

Dr. Hai and her team are incredible! I suffer from severe dental anxiety. As a result I avoid going to the dentist like the plague. I can’t even have a routine cleaning without medication. I knew I needed a lot of work, but I’ve been putting it off. Finally I broke a tooth and didn’t have a choice. I met with Dr. Hai and she put together 2 treatment plans, one for each side of my mouth. I just had the larger of the 2 done…6 straight hours of time in her chair! Deep cleaning, crowns, root canals, fillings, all in the same day. Luckily she is very familiar with managing those with dental anxiety. She managed my anxiety with the exact right combination of medication, skill and care. I don’t remember any of the procedure and I’ve had only the slightest soreness since. I will be having the other side of my mouth done once we get the permanent crowns in for this side and everything is fully healed up. I can’t recommend Dr. Hai enough, ESPECIALLY for those with dental anxiety!

I’ve been seeing Dr Hai and her staff for over 10 years. She has really helped me get comfortable with my care plans and always takes into account my comfort. The office is very clean and efficient. The longest wait I’ve had was 10 minutes but I was 30 minutes early for my appointment. They are quick to schedule, always call and offer earlier appointment times when things open up (though you’re not required to change yours) and are very accessible. They take emergency appointments as well and are open on Saturdays. My children see Dr. Hai and I’m allowed to be with them during appointments or I can sit in the lobby. The hygienists are always great and they are excellent with the little ones as well. When I moved to Dunwoody for a few years I would still make the drive over here because they have been so great to me. I see them every 3 months as part of my treatment plan and the fees with my insurance are low. Highly recommend this office. Verify your insurance when you make an appointment.

Many dentistry offices like use the word “Family” in their business names. They may treat you nice and cordial, but the environment is cold and mechanical. Plus, they have several dentists who will follow up on a dental procedure instead of following up on you as a unique person with sincere care for your well-being and dental health. However, when you go to Dr. Ping Hai the treatment is totally the opposite. They truly hold up to their business name which includes the word “Family”. Their welcoming, and honesty are superb! Their personal treatment and attention to detail are amazing. Dr. Ping is professional and remembers you. She sits with you to set a personal dental plan just for you. Dr. Ping is passionate about her profession and she even teaches you how everything works. I want to give special thanks to Michanne, who is the soul of the office. She will make sure everything goes smoothly with your insurance. And finally, thanks to Dalapo, for her professionalism, knowledge and kindness. My teeth are looking awesome and although I have more work to do to my teeth, I know I am with the Best Dental Care at Village Green Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. Thank you.

I have been going to Dr. Hai for approximately 31/2 years now and I have been extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and service that I receive in that office.  They make you feel very welcome and attend to your every need. Angelica my dental hygienist is very GOOD at what she does and makes you feel very comfortable and at ease when you are in the chair. The Saturday office hours works perfectly with my schedule I highly recommend Dr.  Hai and her entire team they are AWESOME!!

Excellent Dental Care and Exemplary Customer Service. Dr. Ping Hai and her Staff are excellent professionals. Office Manager Michanne is Trustworthy and honest and is an excellent communicator and genuine. My Family really appreciates the Quality Care we receive from the Team of professionals that care for me and my Family. They have relieved my fear of Dental procedures.

Doctor Ping Hai is an amazing Dentist. I enjoyed my dentist appointment to the max! That is about the highest compliment a dentist can get. The office staff are friendly and put you at ease. They make sure to gave you step  by step information of what’s going to happen and how. The office utilizes the highest technology so you have the advantage of knowing and seeing your dental health in real time. Dr. Hai did a thorough exam on every single tooth. Her explanation of what needed to be done was comprehensive, and not excessive in scope. I have had many Dentist in my life and by far she’s the most amazing one. She’s kind and caring and her staff are just as amazing as she is. I definitely recomend her!!!!

My name is Aisha Wrighter. I don’t think there’s enough space for me to tell how much I LOVE Dr Hai. How do you show your gratitude outside of a Google review? Sure I’ve sent several customers to this office. But truly…she is the BEST! I have always said I wish she was my primary care Dr! My first visit to her office was in 2005. I have not been to see another dentist since. I’ve had dental emergencies that I feel like Dr Hai saved my life, she stays on me about preventative care and she checks on me after any major procedures. She’s available after hours and truly has a great heart! She makes you feel comfortable and loves what she does. I could go on and about about every pleasant experience even for someone with a low tolerance for pain… you are in great hands!! Everyone in the office has the same kind spirit as she!! If you want the best care I would recommend Ping Hai DDS.

Dr Hai is an excellent Dentist! I had very good experiences with her. She never over judge the situation and always stand in patient’s position to find the best way to take care of your teeth. I relocated to Chicago last year but I still go back to her once I have chance to come back Atlanta. Make an appointment with her, guarantee you will be happy when you leave her place! I really appreciate her every effort to take care of my teeth!

My experience was wonderful! I was having issues with my insurance company saying I wasn’t covered but Michanne got to the bottom of it for me. Dr. Hai, Michanne and the rest of their team did an amazing job at making me feel right at home! This was my first time there and I was very nervous because of how bad my teeth have gotten. Dr HaHai and Melinda made me feel like they really understood me and took very good care of me. I will always recommend them to anyone!

Both my husband and I are deeply appreciative of Dr. Hai and her asistants as well as staff at Village Family Dentistry. She is so kind and skilled at what she does. Dr. Hai always makes time for you…especially when you call about an emergency. This is exceptional to me especially as we have always had a problem getting to our primary care docs unless you make an appointment months in advance.They are all very courteous, professional and never over charges. We are so glad to have Dr. Hai and her staff to keep us smiling!
