The staff at Smile by Design are very professional and personable. Their new facility is state of the art and beautiful. The pricing is also very competitive. From the time I arrive until I leave, they make me feel very comfortable being there. I have never felt I was required to do services above or beyond what I could or wanted to do. A friend recommended Smile by Design to me and they have served me extremely well ever since. Part of the reason I write this is to thank them for their attention to detail and the service I receive. If you are looking for a good and permanent dental home, these folks have my highest recommendation.

I have been going to Plano Smile Design for over 3 years now and they are extremely professional and detail oriented. I remember my new patient exam there was one of the most thorough dental cleanings I’ve ever had. The dental assistant even remembers me and our previous conversations from appointments 6+ months ago. They are taking great precautions during COVID (mask/face shields/temp checks before entering, limited waiting room guests, etc). Definitely recommend!

This is an awesome office with EXCELLENT STAFF AND DOCTORS. THE DENTAL HYGIENIST is the BEST in Plano. She has a high level of experience with a soft and gentle touch. Great experience. This was my first time visiting the office and I wasn’t sure what to expect but this office definitely set the standard for any of my future dental needs (not that I anticipate switching offices as long as I’m in the DFW area) Professional, clean, friendly and attentive every interaction was nothing short of amazing. Everyone there is so nice and I am never scared that they will overcharge me for a service I was not aware of. My aunt sent me here because she loves it and I see why! It starts when you walk in, it’s so welcoming and the front staff are very sweet! The staff in the treatment rooms are like walking dental dictionaries, they explain everything and make you comfortable! Amy, my hygienist, went above and beyond. Super sweet demeanor and animal lover and she even rescued a little lizard during intake! lol. Every time I come in I always see a new hygienist. It does concern me that the staff has a huge turnover rate. With Covid I didn’t want to deal with finding a new dentist so I decided to keep my appointment. I saw a new hygienist (not surprised) Amy. She isn’t new she’s been practicing awhile and recently moved to Texas. She was so amazing. I felt like I knew her for a long time. We talked about dogs and my family. She also was very thorough in describing my oral health and her concerns. I decided to rebook with her and she promises to stay. I look forward to seeing her at my next appointment. Don’t ever let her go she is a true gem.

Friendly staff, professional environment. They are upfront with you about every procedure they are going to do. They always try and do what they can so that you are aware of what your insurance may or may not cover. Televisions in the exam rooms, so you can watch while they work. My teeth look better and better with each visit. An amazing office, and a great place to go for all your dental appointments!
