A dental office that really understand the unique dental needs of every customer. 5 Star’s for all the Staff, facilities , equipment. 10 Star’s for dental procedures and cost .. actually ! I would not mind to be on their comfortable chair for an additional hour or two :). Was a pleasure to see the Bill and pay. Don’t look any further .. visit them and will see how great they threat people .. by the way ! By far the most welcoming and thorough team I’ve ever had the pleasure to sit in the chair for! I came in with concerns about a tooth that had been bothering me. Not only did they get me in quickly to take a look, they even found time for a cleaning and sufficient face time with several members of the team. My hygienist even took time to let me hold a mirror and demonstrated proper flossing technique, which I definitely needed. Every single member of the team is personable and really there to help your teeth be the best they can be. I’d highly recommend booking an appointment as soon as you can!

I am petrified of the dentist!! For this reason, it had been a long time since I had seen the dentist. I typically only went once their was extreme pain involved with my teeth. From the moment I went in for a dental cleaning at Plaza Health Dentistry, the team was incredibly caring and understanding. I was so embarrassed and fearful. There was NO judgement and they did everything they could to make me comfortable. I literally could not have made it through without Jamee, Julie, and the entire staff. Because of their support, I was able to get a totally new smile. With the different procedures that I had done, I saw both Dr. Fitz and Dr. Schlotz! They are both AMAZING!!! If you are looking for a new dentist, please consider this team. You will not regret it!

After losing my long-time Dentist for decades I tried a new Chain-Dentistry-Office that came to town a few years ago. They recently closed their doors leaving me once again without proper Dental services. I was looking not only for a reputable Dentist but also a new home for all my Dental Care going forward. I met Dr. Schlotz and his Staff at Plaza Health Dentistry through a coupon that came in the mail for a routine cleaning. I had never used them before. While I expected at the very least a professional cleaning what I got was so much more! I was impressed with the quality of the coupon. It wasn’t just some slick, quickly-composed flyer to attract business. It was a highly professional-looking and informative piece. I knew instantly that the organization behind this mailer had the very same characteristics. The Staff was incredible to work with. From the Receptionists to the Billing Staff to the Technicians to the Doctors everyone was so knowledgeable and professional. They seemed genuinely happy to work for this practice and serve their clients. I was greeted with smile after smile after smile on every visit. All my questions and concerns were readily and fully answered. The physical space was attractive, comfortable, relaxing, modern and enjoyable. But what struck me most was the teamwork and consistency of service shown by all those involved in my care. They truly worked as one Team and not as individualized or specialized caregivers. While there were always other patients in the Office during my visits I was made to feel like I was the only one the staff was caring for. They did everything possible to make me feel comfortable, understand their recommendations and worked with me on pricing and policies. This was especially important since I am Self-Pay. They helped me save significantly on the costs of my procedures by informing me timely of savings during their Customer Appreciation Week. This made it possible for me to obtain much-needed services beyond the routine cleaning. Dr. William Schlotz was the consummate professional. His skills were superb. He was very gentle when working on me. He explained every procedure and action he was performing. But most importantly, he exhibited the highest level of professionalism in his care for me. He is an extremely humble person, given the supreme level of his abilities. He made me feel completely at ease giving me the highest level of confidence in the direction of his care and recommendations throughout the entire process of my multiple visits. Although this was my very first interaction with Plaza Health Dentistry I felt as If I had known this Dentist and his Staff all my life. I was treated as a long-term, valued customer and not just a one-time-coupon-binging-buyer! I cannot thank Dr. Schlotz and his Staff enough at Plaza Health Dentistry for helping me maintain proper Dental Health and ensuring a bright future of “All Smiles!” I came to this practice because of a coupon. I left finding a Home!

Dr. Schlotz and everyone at Plaza Health Dentistry in Crestwood, MO are awesome. I have been a customer for 8 years. Their customer service and dentistry skills are world class. I have been to many dentists but stopped looking when I found Dr. Schlotz. He is the rare combination of perfectionist, artist and scientist. He, his assistant, Julie, and the rest of the staff focus on your comfort and care from the moment you arrive until you leave. . Plaza Health Dentistry hygienists are top notch. They give you great advice on how to keep your teeth and gums healthy. The front desk staff are very friendly and take care of all of your appointments, billing, and insurance needs. I had a great experience at Plaza Health today. I had 3 fillings done and I was definitely a little nervous before (and I’m a nurse!), but it ended up being such an easy experience. I was given a button I could press that would stop the drill if I felt any pain (but I didn’t need to use it – actually the drilling felt good, like a massage!) because the numbing stuff worked so well (and I only felt a tiny pinch when they used their wand numbing system). The entire staff worked hard to make sure I was comfortable and felt welcome. No wait before the procedure. I feel really excited that the decay is gone and that I did this before it all got more severe. I highly recommend getting any fillings/procedures or cleanings done at Plaza Health!

Dr. Schmidt and her crew are the best in St. Louis. They are professional, kind, and friendly. I always feel safe and welcome when I go. They make going to the dentist a pleasant (and sometimes humorous!) experience! I highly recommend Dr. Schmidt and these professionals! I love Dr. Schmidt so much that I followed her from her last workplace in St. Charles.

Dr. Schmidt and the great ladies at Plaza make going to the dentist enjoyable! I love to hear them interact, laugh and do anything they can to make you feel more comfortable. I’ve been going here for YEARS, and my cleanings are always a breeze. They also handle my insurance efficiently. I’d give them 100 stars if I could!

Plaza Health has always provided friendly and timely service and they’ve been there when I’ve had a couple dental “emergencies”. The dentists and staff are knowledgeable, professional and sympathetic. I’ve been through a couple of root canals with can very very scary but they got me through it. I would recommend Plaza Health to anyone looking for great dental care in the St. Louis area.
