Great office, that do great work, I had major work done with no pain, very professional. Friendly and professional staff, clean and sterile environment. I had 5 root canals done in one day and I attended my sisters show afterwards in absolutely no pain and minimal ibuprofen! The only dentist office I will be going too!

I spent my birthday night in agony from a really bad tooth I let get way outta hand. How bad it was was one of the reasons I tried to ignore it. I ran around the net, ended up footing it to walk ins. Pressured by estimates of $300-500 (depending on “how bad it is”) I was really feeling it. Then there’s this little “whole” in the wall, & i said “i have too.” A simple, fair price with exceptionally high levels of professionalism & knowledge. I used to sell dental products to offices, @ 24yrs old, not too many good impressions, honestly, but these folks are genuine & united, I was at work the next day. The Dentist is pretty good, too, bye the way.

My whole family has been going to Dr. Richard’s dental office for nearly 10 years now. He is extremely passionate about his practice and takes really good care of his patients.Unlike in other dental offices, you will never feel rushed. They are very professional, yet they make you feel right at home, relaxed. They would not let you leave unsatisfied. They have state of the art technology, clean office,  friendly and most importantly highly skilled staff. Special shoutout to Anna and Mia for easy appointment setting and Elizabeth for being an amazing dental assistant. Visit the office and you will never look for another dentist again.

Went to Pleasant Smiles for the first time this afternoon for some X-rays and a cleaning, and I am so happy I found them! I’ve been to dentists in the past that were rough, rude, and argumentative–but this place is the EXACT OPPOSITE!! I LOVED IT HERE! The staff was insanely friendly (shout out to Nancy, Richard, and Anna!), very helpful, and answered all questions I had. I’m really looking forward to upcoming appointments here and hope to refer others in the future! Also, they included a little aftercare package from Colgate, so sweet! Thank you all and see you soon!

Eventhough I live in LA, I still go to this clinic because of their 5-star service. I don’t mind driving that far compared to driving 10mins away, but not being taken care of well. All the staffs here are very friendly, and they make sure that you are taken care  of. I never feel pain with all the procedures I’ve done in this clinic.

So I hadn’t been to the dentist in over a year. Shame on me, but this dentist and his staff were amazing!!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted so happily and welcoming! My exam went by smoother than I expected since the dentist and his assistant were amazing at their work and they’re extremely friendly ! Will recommend to anyone! 😀

Don’t let the hole in the wall look fool you. It’s very professional inside. I hate going to the dentist. I’ve had some bad experiences. But the dentists, assistants, and receptionists really made this a pleasant experience for me. This was the first instance in which I had fun at the dentist. The staff and I were making jokes and it was an overall friendly and lighthearted experience. I don’t dread getting my check up now that I’ve found this office. Seriously, they do good work.

Let me start off by saying I have extreme dentophobia. The thought in it self of going to a dentist sends me into hyperventilation and panic. (I was severely traumatized as a child growing up in a third world country and was taken to a very barbaric dentist repeatedly) I had a chipped front tooth that needed a filling. Dr. Richard was so very patient with me. He explained step by step what options I had and what was going to be done. I have  low to zero tolerance for pain. He fixed my tooth with no pain…you here me?!? Zero pain!! I will never see another dentist again. He’s it for me. If I could give this man more than five stars I surely would. (Matter of fact I already scheduled a deep cleaning with him for next week).  He’s awesome!

I love this place . I think they put the nicest people all in one place . They are always on top of everything and have great reminders and wish you happy birthdays too yearly .The Dentist is very nice and professional and honest . anna is pleasant and very nice. what can i say i would recommend this place to anyone. They are very nice and pleasant.

Dr. G exemplifies the BEST in dentistry!  He and his talented and qualified staff are highly qualified, yet very personable, attentive, and all about patient satisfaction.  I feel like I am coming HOME when I visit their office, and am confident that Dr. G will be thorough in assessing my dental needs, and meticulous in his dentistry skills.  I have to admit that he is the best dentist I’ve ever had–and I have had a LOT of dental work from more than a dozen dentists!  Make an immediate appointment–you will NOT be disappointed!
