Always a great experience here. Everything from scheduling the appointment, greeting when you arrive, friendliness and professionalism of the hygienist and dentist – you are treated as if you are their only patient! They take the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer any question you may have. I would (and have) recommend Plymouth Dental Associates for any dental need.

Fantastic professionalism from the entire staff. I’m a new client and I can say enough good things about courtesy I received on my first visit. My appointment was on time with minimal wait and both my dental hygienist and doctor where very knowledgeable and attentive providing very helpful information and answering all of my questions with patience and genuine concern. Staff was friendly, I did not have to wait long not fill out pages of paperwork as I had already completed it on line. My cleaning was thorough and hygienist was nice and provided education throughout. The dentist came in, viewed my imaging and actually looked in my mouth at my teeth. She provided recommendations that were reasonable and acceptable. I plan to return!

I’ve been working with Plymouth Dental Associates for quite some time now. I must admit it has been a very enjoyable experience, even though you’re going through dental work and it’s supposed to be painful. The doctors and staff are always in a good mood and then transfer the good mood to you. Never had an issue with any of their work I would advise anyone looking for a good dentist in a good practice Plymouth Dental Associates is the place to go!

I just began going here several appointments ago but was surprised there are not more positive reviews. I must say, this is the best dentist office that I have ever been to. Service is super quick; that is, if your appointment is at 2, they take you back at 2. My family happens to go to Dr. Hall, but I know there are many dentists there. He is fabulous–very friendly, answers all our questions, taking a lot of time to explain things and never seems to be in a rush like most physicians and dentists. Also has a great sense of humor. Seems to be very patient oriented. One minor con…The office is sort of old-school. Not in a dirty, things are broken sort of way, but the decor is getting a bit dated. Dont get me wrong, they have all the latest and greatest in terms of equipment, but the decor isnt what I would call contemporary or modern! That being said, it is a very nice office with a nice waiting room. One cool thing is when you sign in at arrival, there is a camera focused on the list and I noticed it is projected on a mini screen in every room. Perhaps that is why service is so quick? Check out is also a very smooth process. There are numerous staff working check-out and I have never waited there either. One surprising thing was after our family of four went there, we all recieved boxes in the mail a few days later–they sent us welcome gifts which was a very nice electric toothbrush. Not the battery operated ones either, the very nice plug-in type. It shocked me since those are quite expensive, but I certainly appreciated it. I only assume they do this for everyone but we did bring one of our children for braces so perhaps its only for those appoinments??? All in all, we couldnt be happier. I highly recommend this place.

Plymouth Dental Associates (PDA) might also be called “Public Display of Affection”. They have taken care of my family’s dental hygiene for decades. My parents, my siblings, myself and my offspring have all been patients there. None of us have had any complaints about the service received there. I enjoy the congenial atmosphere that always seems to be present when I am there. I usually only see them twice a year, but I feel like I am part of the family.

Best. Dentists and hygienists. Ever. For real. I drive all the way from Ann Arbor to go here, just cuz they are that awesome, and I’m someone who is a big baby about mouth pain, teeth stuff, and cavities. Got my wisdom teeth out and it was honestly such a smooth experience I don’t even know what I was nervous about. Cleanings are a lot more painless than my last place, too, and they’ll always listen to any concerns or questions you have.
