I want to tell everyone that I was scare to go to a dentist. Pm Dental is the place to go.I went there today for a route canal and i was scare stiff but Mr Druz and his assistant made me feel so comfortable and I went through it with out any pain For the first time in my life i feel relax and comfortable at a dentist . I want to thank him and his staff.Looking forward to going back.thanks again. And now I’m Bringing My family too.

I had an appointment at PM Dental for the first time and it was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a Dentist! The staff was very friendly and polite and I barely finished filling out the form, when I was called in to be seen! The Dental Hygienist was very thorough n explained everything, did my cleaning and went over follow up care with me. The Dentist also came in and went over a future procedure. Best Dentist visit I’ve had ever! I’ve definitely told my family and friends, this is where you need to go!!

PM Dental in Mineola is by far the best dental office I’ve ever gone to. The administrative team and hygienists are personable, friendly and accommodating (I’m going to butcher the spelling of their names but, Raquel and Marcella have been amazing). Dr. Druz has been my primary dentist there for about 3 years. He’s done everything for me from basic check ups, to sealants, to my veneers. I appreciate the way he approaches treatment with simplicity, authenticity and empathy. He always answers my dozens of questions and always makes it seem like he has the time to sit down and chat with me. I feel confident that whatever I need done will get done at a very reasonable cost, will be done to the highest quality and will leave me feeling confident. Would absolutely recommend if you’re considering a new practice.

Dr. Druz and his staff are amazing. Not many people like the dentist including myself but I must say that my experience here was great. Very thorough office. Front staff was very welcoming and informative. Great with children… My 11 yr old didn’t feel a thing. Took time to answer all my questions and explain everything where I understood what was going on. I highly recommend Dr. Druz if you are looking for a dentist who actually cares and doesn’t try to sell you unnecessary treatments. By far the best dentist office I have visited.

Everyone here is wonderful, starting from the front desk staff to dental hygienists, dental assistants and of course the dentists. PM Dental is hands down the best dental office I’ve ever visited. The office has many specialists which is really convenient because you can get everything done in one place. All the doctors I’ve seen have been excellent, very professional and caring. Even with unpleasant and more complicated procedures, I’ve walked away thinking “that was so much better than I expected”. COVID NOTE: I’ve noticed they are super clean and do a full wipe-down and cleaning in between patients. Anything the patient touches has a plastic covering (including the chair) which gets disposed. Everything is spotless and really clean all the time.

The staff and the dentists are amazing! I found them during an emergency and have been going ever since! Appointments are always on time and you hardly ever wait to be seen. You do need to schedule weeks in advance but, I assume that’s because they are very busy and so great! I highly recommend this office!

Very detailed dental service just what you want. Quick on their appointments if not earlier. They will have you wait in your car and give you a call back when they are ready to see you due to the pandemic. Parking is not an issue, there is a lot next door or you can just park up from on Jericho but it is meter parking. The staff are professional and kind. Waiting area and dental rooms are always very clean. I have done 1 rot canal and two fill-ins and cleanings every 6 months and I can honestly say It’s been a pleasure. They are always on top of their game.

Broke a filling this past thursday. My usual dentist is all the way in queens (moved to long island 10 years ago but never looked for a new dentist) see this place all the time when i drive up jericho tpke so i decided to give them a call to see if they could help me out. the staff at the front of the house are great, answer all of your questions over the phone with great detail. they were able to get me an appointment for sunday at 930 am. They took some info ahead of time, and i showed up a little early to fill out the rest of the paperwork. i even received a text message from the office informing me of the parade that was scheduled for sunday morning and to park on the side streets… that was very helpful. the facility is clean, modern, and comfortable. I swear i was in and out with a brand new filling in under an hour. the doctor who performed the work was very good. very gentle and made sure to explain what was going on.. and what needed to be done. highly recommended.. if you unfortunatley need some emergency dental work in a pinch.. give this place a call.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Druz for at least 15 years in NYC & have recently started to see him at the Long Island office. Coming from a girl with a mouth full of cavities, he not only has a gentle touch with a drill, but also in his overall calming demeanor. Since I began to see him at the Mineola office my father has followed suit & now sees Dr. Druz too. Every time my dad returns from his office he’s raving about the impeccable service and professionalism he has received. I just had to share this with everyone (he doesn’t know how to “Yelp”) because it’s so awesome to see him so happy now that he’s switched dentists. I thought you all at PM Dental should know because you are THAT awesome indeed– this applies to the ladies greeting us at the front desk to everyone in between!

EXCELLENT DENTAL SERVICE!!! My husband and I had been to five different dental offices between Manhattan, Queens, and Nassau until, in 2016, we hit the jackpot. After a thorough research, we found PM Dental Care in Jericho Turnpike under the management of DR. ARI DRUZ. A sneak peek into the PM Dental Care experience starts when you are welcomed by the courteous Raquel or Vicky at the admin desk. Then you go with Maricela ( we call her the Super Hygienist because of the way she conducts her cleaning and gives advice on maintaining oral hygiene). Since I have periodontal disease I also see Dr. Baine, a brilliant periodontist, who will advise you what is best for your gums. And of course, you will see the very experienced Dr. Druz who will kindly care and treat his patients. If needed, he gives recommendations or referrals to other specialists like oral and maxillofacial surgeons. One anecdote I have to offer was about a week ago when my daughter, who’s currently in Boston, called me about her terribly painful jaw. Without hesitation, I called PM Dental Care’s emergency number and since we are in the middle of a pandemic and everything is closed, I left a message. Despite being late at night, Dr. Druz called my daughter back and, by the next day, she was able to pick up a prescription to ease her pain. It is peace of mind knowing that our family dentist is there, not only during general appointments, but especially in times of emergency. In my opinion, dental hygiene is a way of life and oral health takes time, patience, and money; but thanks to PM Dental Care and its highly skilled team, my family’s dental health is well taken care of.

As much as I dread going to the dentist, I must say that my experience with this dental office was very welcoming. The staff, as well as Dr. Druz, are all pleasant and helpful and know how to make you feel comfortable. Everything is explained in a manner that is easily understood, so you know what exactly is going to be done. I highly recommend this practice.

Highly recommend this dentist office. Everyone is extremely nice and knowledgeable. I had a bad filling done by Roslyn Family Dental, they told me I needed a root canal and crown. Came to PM Dental, doctor was able to fix the issue by redoing the filling. I will only come here for all my family’s dental needs

I had an emergency my face blow up I called PM Dentist as my regular dentist was on vacation–they took me within 2 hours on a Saturday –I ultimately needed a root canal and crown which they performed very expertly. They were just great in my time of need and have been my regular dentist since.

I have never left a yelp review for any business but felt this was necessary. I had called on a Saturday after being in extreme discomfort from a tooth. I explained the situation and Raquel, who answered the phone, said she would try to see what she could do-she ended up squeezing my in to be seen soon after the call.An X-ray was taken and before I knew it the Doctor was in to speak with me about the treatment I needed (root canal). My insurance was not accepted however the office worked with me to see how I wanted to proceed or if I wanted too receive the treatment at all with them, and offered to send my xray to a different dentist if I decided to go that route. The doctor prescribed me a medication that would work for me (as I have a stomach ulcer and cannot take certain prescriptions)to get me through the discomfort for two days. He even went as far as to explain the precautions to take as the medication was a controlled substance, and mentioned the risks. As a substance abuse counselor, this was appreciated. LONG story short, I called 2 weeks later to see if I could come in that day for the root canal and they were able to get me in! I don’t remember the doctors name but it was the same man and he was truly so great. He was considerate of all aspects-pain, finances and the process was quick and painless. The staff there are all very nice and you can tell they want to help clients, not just receive a payment. I would go here again and am thankful they accommodated me in many ways!

I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone. I had a cleaning from the dental hygienist whose name was Randall she explained every step of the way and took great pride in the work she did. I have also had a root canal and a crown done in this office and everything came out excellent. The cleanliness of the office is top-notch. I will be a patient for life now.

After a terrible night due to a toothache, I called the office for an emergency visit. They accommodated me right away even thought i had skipped last year’s visits- Dr Druz was completely understanding and gentle. Pain was gone within an hour and I will be forever grateful. I’d like to add that the office is really clean and modern. Staff is very helpful. I highly recommend this place!

This five star review is given after my first visit. I may give an update after visiting consistently. Given my previous experiences with a different dentist I was slightly apprehensive during my visit. The dental hygienist was very pleasant. She constantly asked if I was okay and made conversation. She efficiently cleaned my teeth. The dentist was nice as well. They gave me options for a dental issue, which made it clear that it isn’t about money, unlike my the last office I went to. I couldn’t be happier with my first visit.

Dr Druz is a highly experienced dentist that takes great pride in his work. He is very deliberate and thoughtful and always put patient’s needs in first place. His dentistry is precise and top notch. Have had different dentists over the years and I can sincerely say that Dr Druz is by far the best dentist I have known. I only trust Dr Druz to do any dental work for me and my family.

The office is immaculate and very soothing. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Dr. Druz is a true professional. I appreciated with each visit that he treats and relates to you as an individual not a number or just a patient. My visits have been great and I have begun to share this with my colleagues and friends.
