I have been a pariebt for years off and on. I recently moved to Memorial and tried a dentist in my area ,however, I immediately wanted a second opinion. There was no doubt where I would go to get taken care of. While in the first dentist office, I called Poindexter dental and made an appointment. I didnt get what needed done that day, however the staff still called to check on me. Im glad to know they still do that. Poindexter dental has earned a lifeling customer! Keep up the awesome work.

Dr. Poindexter is wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about this extraordinary dentist, who obviously has a passion for the community and for young people. His expectation of excellence is apparent and his staff works diligently to meet his expectation. I would definitely recommend him.

No lie first time there I had to get some major work done, deep cleaning dental work The staff there made be feel so comfortable like I was at home, they was very nice and friendly and when I was ready to get my mouth work on I felt no pain I highly recommend this place to family and friends, they even call me to check on me to make the next day to make sure everything was ok this a Dentist that really cares

Dr. P. Really does what it takes to care for everyone he helps. I had an appointment that should have taken minutes yesterday. We ran into an issue and he made certain I left in no pain. I refer everyone I know to him. Thanks guys!!

Yesterday was my first visit at Poindexter Dental and I had an amazing visit. The ease of getting an appointment was very simple. When I walked in, I was greeted with all smiles from everyone at the front desk and walked back immediately for my appointment. Dr. Poindexter introduced himself and asked several questions to get to know me as an individual, not just another patient. He was very kind, informative, funny, and the perfect liaison for dental care and the community. Kester was my dental hygienist for the appointment. Kester went above and beyond explaining different caring methods for my teeth both holistically and traditionally. The staff stopped me at the desk on my way out and gave me a goodie bag full of important tools that I will need to continue on with my life long journey of keeping healthy teeth and gums. I cant say enough great compliments about this dental location. All in All…It felt like HOME. They were amazing! Super comfortable and very down to Earth. I wish them much success.

Most dentist visits are horrible but I had the best one yet at Poindexter Dental! The staff was welcoming smiling faces truly good people willing to go the extra mile to get you seen! The lobby was clean an smiling fresh the rooms just the same!Everyone is professional…but down to earth as well! I was nervous about my visit thought I was gonna get turned around but they fixed every single problem I had in one day! An I love that the most! If your having a toothache I suggest you go see Dr Poindexter FIRST he won’t turn you away I GUARANTEE! Or maybe just a cleaning go see them I feel like a brand new person!

Hello world just had to post a review due to the best dentist in texas !!!!!! Been seeing him since 2000 and i. would never go anywhere else!!!! I have had so many dental problems fixed by him and this year i had a severe surgery followed by cosmetics and if i say best in texas i mean every word i said he and his staff are the upmost professionals in the dental world!!!! Im not going to sugar coat the cost…. However i will say good work isnt cheap!!! And cheap work isnt good if you like to drive the finest cars and dine and dress your finest you should also invest in your inner beauty!!!! I felt and looked awesome so much that i brought my mother all the way from abilene texas to do her whole mouth rehabilitation as i did aswell. If any one has posted a bad review in the past it can only be that they chose not to invest in them selves. This place is phenomenal!!!!! This place is definitely for people who want change in there lives!!!! Mom said only bankers, lawyers and and your closest will sweet talk you into what benefits them!!!!!$ this doctor will never be anything but clear and honest for your benefit. #dareyoutochangeyourlife

A BIG SHOUT OUT to Dr. P. and the amazing staff at Poindexter Dental! This has been a journey! I am so grateful for the care and patience of everyone. Dr. P, you are highly appreciated by our family. Thank you for continuing to serve the community and being an outstanding dentist. This was not easy, at least for me “because I use to despise the dentist,” but I haven’t since I have been under the care of you and your team.

I would recommend Doctor Poindexter to everyone I know, he has the best sense of humor, he is caring an so real. His staff is very professional an knowledgeable I enjoy each visit. He will be my families dentist until he is ready to retire. Thank you Doctor for being just who you are!!!!!

Dr. Zeb Poindexter and staff are very ptofessional,friendly and knowledgeable. Some have worked for him 10 plus years which speaks to stability given America’s mobile society. Dr. Poindexter’s expertise and proficiency were demonstrated during my surgical implant procedure. I benefitted from his tenacity and concern for my comfort! I’ve been his patient for 20 plus years. My high regard for his dentistry speaks for itself.

Dr. Zeb Poindexter and his staff are an awesome team. Not only does Dr. P care more about your immediate needs than he does about money, he puts you at ease and is helpful in finding solutions to get you taken care of!! I’ve been seeing him for a couple years now, and again today. He is also a straight shooter. You will leave with a firm understanding on what you need to do to take care of yourself! That’s not to mention the lengths he goes to just to be sure each patient is comfortable as far as pain goes! I’m super sensitive and walked out with a smile. Today I went to a Houston Legacy Dental Professional. After weeks of pain, short on time, very afraid, and stressed about going to the dentist, the Poindexter Team delivered. I was literally shaking when Dr. Poindexter walked in. The Doctor performed a root canal with world class expertise. You see I knew about his stellar reputation in the community and the fact that he has years of experience. My experience was way more than expected. I write this review hours after my procedure feeling really good. Dr. Zeb Poindexter is the best. I wish there were 10 Stars to give him.

I called last minute to see Dr. Poindexter as a new patient. The staff was awesome in getting me in within an hour not as a walk in but as a appointment. My issues turned out to be major and Dr.P took care of me and all my issues. Also making sure I understood my follow up care full! I found my new dentist!

Throughout my formative years and for a good portion of my adult life, I was very reluctant to smile in public or private settings. I not so fondly remember attempting to smile many years ago during a photo session for my High School year book. The laughter of several bystanders in the background of the photo shoot quickly reminded me of my imperfect and irregular smile and brought back the tight lipped smirk to my face that fit within my zone of comfort for taking photos along with strong feelings of shame and embarrassment! This persisted for first 38 years of my life negatively impacting not only my willingness to smile for the camera, but also my eagerness (or lack thereof) to engage others in work related and social environments. As an active duty military officer, I was often required to speak to personnel under my charge or peers in large gatherings. Needless to say, this would always generate considerable anxiety as I was fearful of having to smile and always concerned how others would perceive my dental misalignment. That soon ended shortly after I was introduced to Dr. Zeb Poindexter. Using his skill as orthodontist, he corrected not only my dental malocclusion, but he also aided in restoring my confidence to speak in public without concern or fear of how others would perceive my appearance. I am no longer reluctant to smile for photos, and I have now actively seek out opportunities to speak in public and in all types of social and professional environments. My work has literally brought me all over the world. Thanks largely to the efforts of Dr. Poindexter, I take with me wherever I go confidence and peace of mind and a big, bright, and beautiful smile!! Thanks, Dr. Poindexter!!!!!!! God is Good!!!!!!!!! I was terrified of the dentist and I knew it had been a while so I dreaded this appointment but it was the complete opposite and Dr. P gave me Hope when everyone else said I’d lose my teeth and made the experience very pleasant and he had been taking excellent care of my smile! I am so grateful to dentist Zeb Poindexter and the office staff. I am from Beaumont, Texas. I went through 8 major surgeries 3 of which required cardioversion. I couldn’t eat or drink for 8 months. My teeth which I prided and usually took great care of were burned, cracked and generally looked HORRIBLE! Other dentists in home town was afraid to treat me. When I arrived at Dr Poidexter, he took a thorough exam, xrays and gave me a treatment plan with cost unless something unforeseen delevoped. Through abscesses, root canals, bridges, filling cavities and implants, the physical and emotional support was great. I smile all the time now! Sincerely Billie L Young. On Yesterday ( cinco de Mayo ) My Daughter was dealing with a very Bad toothe ache! Not realizing the Dentist office where close But Dr. Poindexter still answered the phone and stop what he was doing and came back to Make sure my Daughter didn’t have to Suffer threw the weekend! For that I am very greatful and recommend Dr. Poindexter to everyone in need of a good dentist!! Your my True Super Hero Doc!!!!

Finding a dentist that makes you feel they are knowledgeable and above the rim caring is often a hard task to accomplish. In the 13 years I’ve been in the Houston area, I’ve been to several dentist and never felt they were knowledgeable and truly cared about their pateints. All that changed about a year ago, I needed a dentist, began searching my insurance provider and came upon Dr. Zeb Poindexter. From walking into the office, the staff greeted me and made me feel welcome and he provided a second greeting and told me to come on back. A year later, I’m still a patient and I must say, Dr. Poindexter is the best dentist I have ever encountered. He goes the extra mile with each and every patient that enters his doors. He cares, he teaches and he’s honest from beginning to end. The staff he has works just as hard; in the office or on the telephone, you can count on them! If you are looking for a dentist that knows he’s craft, cares about you the patient, and the community he services, call Dr. Zeb Poindexter!!!!!

I have been to many dentists in my life time. Dr. Poindexter is the most versed dentist that I have ever encountered. I believe he performs miracle procedures. I know because he performed my procedure and gave me my smile back without being embarrassed. I am grateful to have Dr. Poindexter as my dentist, and will a patient for life.  I have never recommended anyone before in my entire life. I will recommend Dr. Poindexter without a doubt to anyone who is looking for a dentist that perform procedures that are beyond regular procedures. The staff is great and full of energy.

Dr Poindexter and his staff are a class act. His booming voice initially had me thinking of a drill sergeant, but when I really LISTENED I realized he’s a teacher. He’s direct and to the point with the patient’s best interest in mind. I found him to be a teddy bear in wolf’s clothing. Who, by the way knows his profession. Thanks for the quality work Dr P! The staff was very nice and welcoming. Toni welcomed me and my family as though we were old acquaintances…felt special. Jocelyn was a pure joy. She kept me smiling. Sherita and Amir were personable and professional. I enjoyed my visits and I usually fear the dentist, so that is saying a great deal.
