I made an Apt for both my sons after many other attempts at other pediatric dentist and ALL were fails!!! Dr. Greco was better then AMAZING ! Her patience was outstanding she let them help with the process of the Cleanings and told them every detail about what she was doing! Not one tear from my kids ALL smiles and even gave Dr. Greco hugs after !!! Now if that doesn’t say AMAZING dentist I do not know what does ! Hands down 10 Stars if I could !

I literally walked from the reception area to the chair to have my x-rays taken upon walking in the office. Once done with my scans, it was a short wait until Dr.Greco came in. Not before being greeted by Dr.Shaffer who looked over my scans and talked cars with me. He briefed Dr.Greco on what he saw as she finished up her previous patient. All in all, this was the most pleasant visit I’ve had at any doctors office. Highly recommend you use their practice.

Dr Greco and Dr Shaffer in my opinion are the best around. I’ve been to dental offices that don’t really have your best interest at heart but these two doctors are the exception to the rule. Not only are they awesome but they provide you with excellent service. I recommend highly above any other dentists out there.

I’ve been coming here since shortly after the office opened. I have nothing but positive things to say, the office has flexible hours including a late night which is super convenient. The office is clean with up-to-date equipment and the staff is so incredibly friendly. I called Polished Dental for tooth pain and ended up needing an Emergency Root Canal. It was not only pain free, but a relatively comfortable procedure. The next day I felt like no work was done. This was so much better than my prior experience with a root canal at my now ex-dentist. I was very nervous to go to the dentist during the Covid pandemic – Dr. Lauren Greco and her partner Dr. Michael Shaffer made me feel very comfortable and safe! Polished Dental is a great practice that I would highly recommend.

Visited Dr. Greco on 03/08/18 around 7pm, I was the last patient. I can’t thank her enough for her patience and professionalism, it’s was so refreshing to visit a dentist office that was so accommodating and they made sure I left their office very happy! I initial went in to fix my chipped front tooth, that a previous dentist ‘patched up’. Dr. Greco made sure I left her office very satisfied. She had redone my filling and it was sooo perfect, I couldn’t even tell I had a filling on my front!!! Finally found my new dental office 🙂

Every time I come here my whole scheduled procedure goes down without a hitch! I am seated right on time or sometimes even a few minutes early (which I prefer in this busy world we live in) and rescheduling for follow ups is always attended to in a professional matter! No hassle. Every doctor in this office is amazing. We switched from a local dentist who was recommending unnecessary procedures for both my husband and I. This office is honest about what is needed and don’t try to add on anything unnecessary (like whitening or extra cleaning procedures outside of insurance). Our daughter, who has major anxiety actually loves going and our infant had a great experience too. They are available and even FaceTimed us when our younger daughter took a spill and was bleeding from her tooth after hours. They are simply amazing.

First off, I absolutely love both Dr. Greco and Dr. Shaffer. They are so incredibly professional and caring. I had an issue with one of my teeth and they helped me navigate the waters. Today, I went there and had a filling done. It didn’t hurt, went very smoothly and was a good experience. They make you feel like family when you are there. They treat their patients with the utmost respect and that’s very much appreciated. These two dentists know their stuff! They may look young, but they both have knowledge and expertise that other older dentists don’t have! Both Dr. Greco and Dr. Shaffer know all the newest techniques in the dental industry. Dr. Greco is not only a phenomenal dentist. She is a person of great integrity and character. I am attorney who rents in the same office building as her (and also a very happy patient). Most recently a client of mine lost a 15k settlement check—-making the situation worse he informed me that he informed the check. Upon hearing this news I ran back to my office in a panic. I opened the door and the check was slipped under the door, with a note from Dr. Greco indicating she found it in the parking lot. The world needs more people like Dr. Greco. I went to Polished Dental Care on April 1st, 2017 and had a positively wonderful experience. They are conveniently located near major roadways and I had no trouble finding their location. The office is well lit and comfortably cozy like a spa. Their professional and friendly staff greeted me as soon as I entered. I was cordially invited to hang up my coat, make myself comfortable and was even offered a cup of coffee, tea or water. After settling in, I filled out the necessary paperwork on the office’s custom electronic tablet which was fast and very easy to use. My checkup and cleaning was done with Dr. Greco. She is fantastic. She was very attentive throughout the appointment and explained everything she was doing in great detail. I had several follow up questions after my cleaning and she answered all of them in a friendly and professional manner. For those that dread going to the dentist I recommend giving Polished Dental Care a try. You might actually look forward to your next check up!

From the very first time I went in, to the follow ups I needed, Dr. Greco and everyone else working here made me feel at ease every step of the way. Her demeanor was always very kind, professional, personable, and just very easy to get along with. Dr. Lauren Greco’s office was a pleasure to visit, they have prepared for a Covid safe appointment for you. Checking in is touch less as you access everything you need via your cell phone.
