This place is great. I went here with an emergency based on the recommendation of my best friend who loves this practice. Initially, I saw Dr. Troupe who was great; he explained what was going on with my tooth and got me set up to take care of the problem. For my last few visits, I have seen Dr. Kelley since she is on my insurance plan and Dr. Troupe is not. She is wonderful and I would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a dentist. Amber, the dental hygienist, was very thorough in cleaning my teeth and the initial exam. She explained and then showed me the x-rays with the problem areas. I hadn’t had my teeth cleaned in almost two years and it showed. Amber gave me my smile back! Kelly, the office manager, is so personable and caring. She is an excellent first point-of-contact for the practice. Polished Dental is a professional and friendly environment. I am still a huge baby when I have to go to the dentist but these folks make sure it’s a good experience each time.

Since my permanent teeth grew in, I’ve marveled at what I didn’t have: uniformly white teeth. My two front teeth were especially objects of my insecurity. They were speckled with bright white spots, which were extremely noticeable when I smiled. Being involved in the advertising and entertainment industry, my agent urged me to get rid of the spots. Upon consulting my family dentist, I was told that my only option was to maintain veneers, which was completely unappealing to me. Fortunately, I was referred to Polished Dental, where they perform a procedure called “Resin Infiltration”. Thanks to Joey Troupe, his team, and this non-invasive technology, my white spots are totally gone! The transformation is truly dramatic. I’ve received so many compliments on my smile from friends and strangers since the procedure!

Top Notch! Dr. Troupe and his staff are professional, thorough, personable and friendly. They are extremely informative and do a great job of answering questions. A great, downtown office location that is clean, comforting and easily accessible. Always a pleasure. Don’t hesitate to give these guys a shot. I’d give additional stars if I could!

Dr.Troupe and the entire practice team impress with their expertise and friendliness. A visit to the doctor is a matter of trust. In this practice I have been feeling in good hands. Dr.Troupe takes time for the patient, he answers all questions very clearly and works quietly. I can only recommend Dr.Troupe and his team, my family and I are more than happy to be patients of him!

Dr. Troupe and his team came highly recommended when I was inquiring about a dentist in the Pittsburgh area. I can now understand why, the care was nothing short of exceptional! I needed URGENT dental work, but with not having a regular dentist in the area, I had to rely on a referral. Dr. Troupe was highly recommended by multiple people in the dental field. I called for an appointment, and within 24 hours was sitting in his office getting the care I needed. While I was there, he found out that I hadn’t had a cleaning in over a year. Instead of scheduling me to come back at a later date he managed to get me a cleaning that SAME day, saving me another trip. He and his staff took the time to genuinely get to know me and any issues I had. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The office is also conveniently located in the heart of downtown. One of the most unique things about Dr. Troupe was that he followed up with an email detailing the work that was done and anything I should focus on. Extremely convenient having a dentist that is just an email away! I would highly recommend Dr. Troupe to anyone!

I went to Dr. Troupe for the first time several months ago when I first moved to Pittsburgh for what I thought would be a minor repair. After his evaluation he found many things that my previous dentist had neglected in the past. After several more visits and working on getting my mouth up to par I could not be happier with the honesty and top notch work the staff offers. I have not had a worry or bit of anxiety about the dentist since going to Dr. Troupe. The staff is the friendliest in town and always go out of their way to make your experience the best it could be.

I had to get a root canal done recently and I can’t say enough about how amazing the entire staff was. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything very clearly. If you’re looking for a new dentist, go to Polished Dental.

I’m new to Pittsburgh since 2018. Before then I’ve been going to the same dentist since I was 9 years old so I am very picky with who to trust with my teeth. Thankfully, I came across Polished Dental on ig and I did not regret coming to them. My first general cleaning with a new dentist was pleasant and well done. Consultation with my impacted wisdom were also done professionally, with complete honesty about how she needed advice and to consult with her peers because of my unique situation. She could have just easily told me to have it taken out but as any good dentist, she wants to save it as long as it doesn’t bother me yet. My friends who have had bad experiences with other clinics I have greatly recommended them to try our Polished Dental! Thank you! Can’t wait to see them again for my next cleaning.

I have terrible anxiety about going to the dentist; I really dread the dentist. However, that changed by switching to Polished Dental. I made a few visits to Dr. Troupe to address a complicated tooth issue. Dr. Troupe gave me all possible options and outcomes in an honest way. After an extraction and bone graft the site healed beautifully. The hygienists are just as nice and welcoming. I received emails to confirm my appointments and am always greeted with a smile. A place like this makes it 100 times better for a person with dentist anxiety to feel comfortable. The music played is a nice touch as with the selection of magazines and beverages. I plan on staying with Polished Dental and also completing an implant in the future. Overall, great experience.
