Dr Shelton and her staff are very professional and made me feel at ease. I needed two crowns: she made them in the office in about 30 minutes. This negated having to have temporary crowns installed and returning later for final crowns: fabulous. On my previous visit, Amber (the hygienist) also took digital photos of my teeth (in addition to the usual X-rays). This is an amazing tool as you (the patient) can see the exact status of each tooth. Amber did a very thorough cleaning. And thank you Charlotte for your support during the procedure and also showing me the machine that makes the crowns actually in operation.

I would give Dr. Shelton and her team 5+ stars if I could.  I needed to find a new dentist quickly because I broke a porcelain veneer on a front tooth. My former dentist of 35 years had recently retired and I knew I needed to find a dentist who could replace the 10 yr old veneer to match my other front teeth – not an easy task!  I contacted my former dentist to ask for a recommendation and he referred me to Dr. Shelton.  I called her office, made an appointment and 2 days later, the veneer was replaced with a beautifully matched permanent crown!It was hard going to a different dental office after my long tenure with my dentist. His practice was well run; he did great dentistry and was know for his gentle injections.  I have to say Dr. Shelton’s injection to numb me equaled his and her office felt warm and friendly. Dr. Shelton’s expertise with one-visit crown procedures meant no temporary crown or return visit 2 weeks later to place the permanent crown hoping it would match my other teeth. I feel very fortunate to find a new dental home

An especially great experience considering the COVID outbreak. It was obvious the team has an established a process for keeping clean. Not to mention Dr. Shelton was incredibly polite, thorough and professional but so easy to talk to. They got me in on a Friday afternoon when I had called the day before. And since I am leaving town, they even squeezed me in last minute for the following week. Everything about the bi-annual check up went wonderful, even the student dental assistant I had was communicative and did a great job. Sad I’m moving away because this is definitely the kind of dentist’s office that I’d love to keep coming back to. Oh and LOVED the ceiling tv’s… going to the dentist is something that has always been enjoyable for me but the cute animal videos made it even better.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! From the moment I walked in the door, Amy at the front desk stood up to shake my hand and greet me and introduce me to her colleague. My sitter was unable to watch my daughter last minute but they were very sweet and brought me in later when I was able. The front office staff are very welcoming and friendly. The dental chairs are somehow? The most comfortable chairs I’ve ever been in at a dentist office. The tv on the ceiling was nice too. If you are looking for a top notch dentist, run, don’t walk to this office! Dr. Shelton and staff are pleasant, professional, kind, caring, thoughtful, and considerate to name a few qualities. My husband has a very sensitive mouth because off his diabetes, years of smoking, and having survived multiple rounds of chemo-therapy from lung cancer which affects the mouth. He had experienced much pain and a lack of sensitivity and empathy from other dentist. This made him overly cautious and delayed his healing by not going to a new dentist, when he really needed one. I knew if I could get him to see Dr. Shelton and staff, no matter who he was going to deal with, they would all treat him with respect, dignity, and be conscience of his fear of pain. He has never felt embarrased or anyone being condescending to him for having a troublesome mouth needing alot of work.  If I had any doubts about recommending this office you wouldn’t be reading this. I had originally gone here because of pain in my gums and it turned out that I had a mouth full of cavities that required a few step process to correct. During my first appt to correct the mess I had gotten my wisdom teeth out which wasn’t the best experience I must say. I’m very sensitive to pain and just have an overall anxiety with getting procedures but Dr. Shelton and her staff were great. Everyone is super friendly, they’re knowledgeable, and they don’t beat around the bush. I was especially impressed with how compassionate Dr. Shelton was after the removal of my wisdom teeth. She could have easily just let me leave the office and spoken with me during my next appointment but she took the time to call and check on me.
