I couldn’t have been more impressed with Dr. Sarju Patel/Pomerado Family Dental. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt completely welcome and extremely comfortable. Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable, among the best of the best and his staff is at the same level. I was also well informed with the state of my teeth and any payment(s)/treatment(s) needed. I would definitely recommend this practice to my friends and family!

I switched from my old dentist because my insurance changed, so I’ve only been going here for a year. Overall, it’s very nice, I’ve never had to wait more than ten minutes, and the employees there are very kind. Dr. Patel seems extremely knowledgeable (although I have no experience in dentistry so I wouldn’t know), but I’ve never had any problems and they do thorough work. Definitely recommend this office.

I was very pleased with Pomerado Family Dental Group a couple of weeks ago. I have had considerable dentistry work in the past and am generally very apprehensive. I was pleasantly surprised with how this visit went. Dr. Patel was thorough, informative and gentle. The procedure was extensive and was completed in 1 day! At the end of the appointment, I was presented with a bouquet of beautiful pink roses by Dr. Patel’s wife, who assists in the office. My followup appointment was scheduled within a week and I received the same efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service. Pomerado Family Dental Group has my recommendation! My husband has decided to change dentists and become Dr. Patel’s patient after hearing about my experience.

If you’re looking for a great professional Dentist, this is the place. I hate dentist but my recent visits to Dr. Patel and Pomerado Family Dental were a welcome change. Starting with a facility that actually has parking spaces available, we were greeted at the front desk by a friendly lady who explained processes and procedures in an easy to understand manner. Our visits have always been started during our appointment time. I needed two crowns and was very impressed with the level of effort Dr. Patel took to ensure the process was smooth and pain free. Compliments to him, his assistant, the Dental Hygienist, and the Front desk for their professionalism and honest, no nonsense approach. I highly recommend them.

Today I had both my annual checkup xrays and teeth cleaning First time with Karen she was very professional cleaning my teeth. She gave me more insight on keeping my gums healthy especially since I have implants Dr Patel looked over my X-rays and gums He found no problems and said that I should keep with my dental and gums care. I always leave the office with very good feelings Dr Patel his wife and staff are best!

Quality, quality, quality! I had been looking for a quality dentist in S.D. for years since moving from S.F. and finally found that and more in Pomerado Family Dental. The family run office is so welcoming. Maria, the receptionist, is extremely professional, organized, and personable. Dr. Patel, a fellow UCLA alum, is an expert in his field and I trust his judgement implicitly. He is gentle, caring, genuine, thorough, and skilled. His wife and the other hygienist are also skilled, friendly, and care about the work they are doing. The entire staff treats all clients with genuine respect. The office is clean and comfortable, and they offer the latest technologies. I am so grateful to have found Pomerado Family Dental – my favorite healthcare provider in S.D.

Pomerado Family Dental is a small, cohesive practice run by one dentist, Dr. Patel. He is a kind, honest man that my family of 4 has gotten to know quite well in the 10 years that we have been his patients. He and his staff are thorough and gentle, and unlike practices my family had visited in the past, there is no hard sell of unnecessary services. His office is equipped with the latest technology and the care that we have received there has been outstanding. Maria, at the front desk, is a joy to deal with. Not only is she personable, she is also very capable. Insurance questions are answered promptly and efficiently. Our experiences with Pomerado Family Dental have only been positive.

Dr Patel, and the whole team at his office are amazing, true professionals. He is the nicest, and gentlest dentist I have ever had treatment from. He takes the time to tell you exactly what’s he is doing, and what to expect at every turn, and works with you patiently to achieve your best comfort level. I’ve had some pretty major procedures completed with Dr. Patel and every time the in-treatment and after pain level is nonexistent. Another great advantage with Dr. Patel, he is more than just your general dentist he can provide almost all your dental needs, so no driving from one place to the next. Which for me is great, I can get everything I need from one source and at a level of care, that I’ve never experienced before.

Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist in a long time. Everything from filling out paperwork online before, to reminder texts, to the friendliness of the front desk staff, to the warmth and kindness of the dental hygienist, and the professionalism of Dr Patel- the experience was one of a kind. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit. I never once felt pressured to upgrade my services, they gave me insight to my teeth and things to watch for but they did it in an incredibly informative and professional manner. I would absolutely recommend this dentist office and their services to anyone who wants a high quality experience that makes you leaving with a smile! Thank you so much!!!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Patel for over 10 years. It’s been a pleasure to come to a dentist who is honest and will only do what is absolutely necessary. Dr. Patel is good with kids as well as adults. He is very reassuring with my children and always makes them comfortable. He explains the procedures and is always very gentle. Maria is wonderful in dealing with insurance and in fitting us in with our busy schedules.
