I am so happy we switched here they are so professional, welcoming, attentive, & friendly including all staff Dr. Awas, Linda, the girl in the front desk… But more than anything the dentist was very thorough in his explanations, he really helped us understand everything. Everyone was just really good at what they do. No wonder it had such good reveiws. They even give you tv with cable while waiting which you won’t really need because the wait was very short.

I came to Pomona Dentistry because of the yelp reviews, and they did not disappoint. Dr. Awad and ALL staff are friendly, nice people, I even feel like part of their family now (I’m a big joker and they joke back, which is nice). And that’s just after 1 visit. I’m a very anxious person normally, so going to the dentist just makes that worse. But thanks to the doc and staff, they let me go at my own pace and did all they could do to make me comfortable. I received a full mouth xray, pics of teeth (no cavities after 3yrs), deep cleaning of all teeth, and laser treatment to kill bacteria in gum pockets. They have a very nice and clean facility with the latest technology and TVs in the rooms. You can tell they take pride in their job. Plus, I always love a staff that’s not afraid to joke around, just makes you feel more at home, you know? Definitely recommend

All I have to say is: I’ve finally found the best dentist in town!!! Dr. Awad and his staff makes you feel very comfortable! He recently worked on my root canal after having severe and extreme pain, and he tried his best to make me feel as comfortable as possible, while getting the job done!! If you’re looking for a good dentist, just stop looking and go into Pomona dentistry!

Excellent customer service. They always greet me with a smile. Very short wait time. Dr. Awad will answer all your questions and treat you like family. Honest, fair and they have the latest technology. I will keep recommending this place to my friends and coworkers. Thank you!

I have been Dr. Awad’s Patient for several years. As a kid I had several bad experience with dentist and was literally traumatized. He has worked with me and my anxiety to the point where I now don’t dread the dentist and I can do the simple stuff without the aid of sedatives. He recently moved to his own office and its fantastic. The environment and staff are super friendly. I would definitely recommend visiting him. Dr. Awad is kind and honest and will never  upsell you on a bunch of work you don’t need.

Dr. Paul Awad and his staff at Pomona Dentistry is something special. As a new resident of Chino Hills, the search for a new dentists was on. Per recommendation of a friend, I luckily stumbled into this wonderful office. Modern, clean, and a PlayStation? The little kid inside of me got super giddy. Patient forms were filled out electronically, signatures were obtained electronically, this place is up to date with technology. X-Ray machines and digital photos of my teeth were taken as well. There is so much more to say but I’ll keep this short and sweet. Best overall dental experience I ever had. The quality of care was top-notch, staff and Dr. Awad were all very knowledgable. I felt like they left no stone/teeth unturned. Btw there is live tv in each exam room where you can watch tv while waiting or getting your cleaning. Make your appointment today. You’ll thank yourself for taking my advice.

10 Stars!!!! Great friendly staff. The two dentists are very active in our community as well as support our football team! It is greatly appreciated. Aside from this company’s big heart… I am deathly afraid of the dentist, and because of the warm atmosphere I look forward to seeing these smiling faces. And it does not hurt they are some super handsome and young dentist!

I’ve avoided going to the dentist for a long time because of past experiences but my wife recently found a dentist that she really liked and she encouraged me to try them out. I was really surprised by how much I actually enjoyed my visit. I had X-rays and a cleaning done and as soon as I entered the office everyone was very kind and professional. After the x-rays Dr. Awad talked to me about some potential cavities and he could have easily suggested they work on them but instead he encouraged me to first try to resolve them with some over the counter solutions in an attempt to avoid drilling and filling the cavities. I appreciated this because I felt he actually had my best interests in mind. My cleaning was done by Carlos and it was actually an enjoyable experience, which is something I never thought I’d say about a dentist appointment. There was no pain, it was actually kind of relaxing. I don’t write many reviews, this may be my second but I think it’s important to review a place when the experience is such a positive one. Even if you’re happy with your current dentist, I would highly recommend trying Pomona Dentistry out.

I was referred to Pomona Dentistry by a friend and surely, it did not disappoint! The front desk staff were so patient and helped me figure out my insurance situation. I saw Dr. Awad for a general checkup, teeth cleaning and to get a crown replaced. From the x-ray tech to the dental hygienist, everyone was so friendly and professional and they all made me comfortable. Dr. Awad replaced this terrible crown I had and made it perfect. The shape and color match my teeth exactly, you can’t even tell it’s a crown! I’m so happy with it! He was so patient with me and didn’t stop working on it until I was completely satisfied with how it looked. Overall, great experience and I will definitely be returning!

Dr. Awad is awesome and his team is really great!  I miss them so much and was sad to leave the practice when I moved away.  I was always given stellar service at reasonable prices,  and was never left to feel like just a patient, but really part of the family.  Their office is always impeccable …and they go the extra mile to ensure a patient’s comfort. Great for families,  as the lobby caters to the little ones,  as well to keep them entertained before their visit.    I’ll be honest,  I’m really having a difficult time finding a new dentist closer to my new home, almost two years later.
