I found Ponce Dental Group through my insurance. I haven’t been to the dentist in a couple of years, so I was really nervous about the appointment and being at the dentist in general. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant upon my arrival! They were both so welcoming. I also love that everything was paperless. Barbara and Angel were the two dental assistants that helped me during my visit. Both were kind and enjoyable to talk with. Each took different x-rays, and some x-rays I could even see on the tv in front of me, which was really cool. Everything was extremely clean and high-tech. Also, no surprise fees or bills. A manager from billing went over each cost BEFORE performing any services. I loved that! This is the first time I’ve ever seen a doctor of any sort where I wasn’t surprised about any costs. Dr. Sconion then came in to go over my x-rays and to address any concerns I may have. I’ve never had a dentist go over my x-rays with me in the in-depth manner that Dr. Sconion did. I really appreciated his time. On top of that, he was so easy to talk to, with wonderful bedside manner. To my surprise, he then performed my cleaning! A painless and professional cleaning. Everything ran on time for my appointment. For a brand new patient who needed x-rays + cleaning and all, it took about 1.5 hours. This is exactly what I expected going into the appointment. I will be back and will recommend this dental group to all my friends.

I’ve finally hit my year mark with Ponce Dental Group! It’s been long over due writing this review but I highly recommend anyone looking for a dentistry to come here. I was nervous when I first visited but everyone really made me feel at ease and welcomed. Even when I had an emergency root canal, Dr. Sconion and the team walked me through the process and made sure I was okay and comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Not only that but they have affordable payment plans with 0% interest making it financially feasible for me. As a patient, I really appreciate the staff addressing all my concerns and explaining any treatment needed. Again, I highly recommend Ponce Dental Group to everyone.

An AMAZING experience at the dentist! The entire team is so welcoming and the equipment they have there is really incredible.  Very, clean – brand new dentist office.  Dr. Sconion has a very calm and reassuring manner (which was great because I am a VERY nervous patient) He was able to take off an old crown that was causing me problems and replace it with a brand new crown that feels so much better!!

I LOVE this practice. More specifically, I LOVE that this practice has BLACK EXCELLENCE running up and through every corner of the business. Why is this important? Being that this practice is in a highly gentrified area of the Ponce de Leon corridor; it was comforting to see a black owned business doing well. My appointment was great! I can’t speak for anyone else, but Danielle (is an AWESOME dental hygienist) and explained everything she was going to do. She was sweet, gentle, and well mannered. In fact, everyone that works here seemed extremely happy to be there and went about their business in a professional way. No loud inter office gossip, no bad attitudes, no unanticipated financial surprises, and no rushing. I did not feel rushed through the process. Everything was coordinated well and timed efficiently. Aesthetically, the practice is bright and well lit. It is clean, modern, and inviting. Dr. Sconion is well appointed, and easy to understand. I like that he explains everything going on. He, as well as everyone else working here is (EXTREMELY attractive) lol. In any case, kudos to a great job!

I give Ponce de Leon Dental a 5 ⭐️ First time ever I can honestly say I felt so comfortable and relaxed at any dental office. Everyone there is so welcoming courteous and friendly. They take time out to talk and explain things to you and give you a chance to ask questions. The atmosphere there is so warm and peaceful. I trust Ponce de Leon Dental for all my dental care and I highly recommended them for your care as well.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and was a bit worried walking into my appointment. I was nothing but 100% pleased with my experience here. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and highly professional. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and I was given a clear understanding of all charges and procedures. Dr. Sconion had great bedside manner, and his offices are very high-tech and immaculately clean. I had never seen my teeth with a digital camera, so that was pretty dope. One point of improvement: flavor options for the fluoride polish
