Dr Swainson and his staff are excellent. Now I look forward to going to the dentist. Octavia is wonderful to deal with for appointments and billing, the office is clean and modern and Dr. Swainson is friendly and knowledgeable. He also looks like a movie star. He introduced me to many techniques like oil pulling and tongue scrapping that i was able to incorporate into my home routine and have given me amazing results.

Very professional, does a thorough job. I leave each appointment satisfied because Dr. Swainson answers all my question to my satisfaction making sure I understand. He is also very considerate of my needs when it comes to comfort while performing any procedure, whether it is a general exam, cleaning or teeth whitening. Best part he performed a laser procedure on my gums which corrected a chronic infection which I had been suffering for years which other dentist failed to resolve. Dr. Swainson, resolved the issue in just one session.

I love my dentist! I’ve been a patient at Practice in Balance for about 2 years and I don’t have any complaints. The staff is very friendly and professional every time I see them. Dr. Raymond is one of a kind! Full of energy and always with a big smile every time I visit him. I like the fact that he always makes sure I leave the office feeling good about the results and any procedure done. I wish I would’ve met him 4 years ago when I moved to NY! The office and equipment is always very clean and hygienic and having them 2 blocks away from my job is even better for me. After years of neglect I finally went to Dr Swainson to start the journey towards better dental health. The four hours session included deep cleaning, cavities filling, new technology laser therapy for my gums, two extractions, invisalign moulds, teeth whitening and much more. The professionalism of the entire team was phenomenal and Dr Swainson’s deft hands ensured the delicate laser therapy went smoothly. The after care protocols and advice were on point and despite expectations of pain after this major initial work, I have had no pain nor after effects. Dr Swainson’s energy, personality, professionalism and smiles make for a comforting visit to what is normally dreaded.
